Strings of beads. So many colors.

Service 2/5 The times I've been here you MAY get a hello, welcome in. I'm not sure if staffing is an issue on an ongoing basis but it's rare you see staff on the floor ready to assist customers. I usually have to walk the store to seek someone out and get the assistance I need. They've now gone to self checkout so I'm not sure what the staff are doing. Selection 5/5 A plethora of arts, crafts, frames and painting supplies. Tons of jewelry necessities for DIY and baking needs as well. Value 2/5 Overpriced in my opinion.

    Issa sale!!

I visit this location quite often. Not because it's the best, but because of its location. This store has an odd layout. It doesn't flow. The blank shirts aren't always stocked. So that's a big inconvenience for me. The staff is always changing. This store also has less inventory than other locations. There is lots of room for improvement.

I went to Michael's to purchase beads and the cashier did not know to procedures concerning the promotion of buy three and get three free. She did not want to cash me out after spend $88.00. She was not professional and very rude. I will not patronize this store in the future.

Went to Michael's yesterday to get 14 balloons blown up for my daughter.. took the lady 30 minutes to blow up, we left at 5:45 by 11pm the balloon were on the floor.. the balloons weren't even inflated all the way bc I bought the same pack and inflated them at home for floor decor and they are much larger. Not sure why they cannot refund my balloons and want me to come back (going out of my way) with the balloons. Didn't even offer the stuff that makes the balloons last longer. Not only that if you're going to take on party city's job blowing balloons up make sure they are lasting at least a day in a half. Extremely disappointing would've had a better opportunity but the helium tank and done it myself they probably would've lasted longer. Will not be coming back to get balloons from here again.

It's been awhile since I visited this location as it wasn't the best organized and their parking is a little crazy...fast forward about 3-4 years, I visited as the Dublin location didn't have items I was looking for my niece's school fundraiser: treat boxes, cake pop sticks, melts etc...I guess it's that time of year! Fortunately, this location had most of the items I needed to make Halloween cake pops and cupcakes. Newly remodeled and now better organized with a more open feel to it...staff, Rayna and Pam were super friendly, helpful with locating items and my order pickup. Michael's is a great places for arts and crafts and basic baking items as usually satisfies my craft A.D.D. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards as you'll get 20-25% off your total purchase and other offers

Need a bunch of photo frames, two 7 X 5.5, saw a promo for Michael's. WORST website I've seen, gave up after a minute.

Don't trust their website if it says something is in stock. Call ahead and ask them to look instead of wasting your time.

I love the store but I don't enjoy waiting in line. They either don't care or not looking. I blame management though.

The store has implemented social distancing measures throughout the store with arrows on the floor and they have clear shields up at the checkout counters.

We talked as she waited on other customers. She was very polite, kind and just a whole vibe. The item I purchased. I said it's a gift for my daughter. She said would u like me to wrap it in tissue paper. I said wow thank u but no thank you. She said well im here to please! It was amazing! Then I saw puzzles 40%off. I said my cousin and myself loves puzzles. I saw a cat one for her. I said oh this is a must have! She loves cats! The cashier in front greeted me b4 I could reach the register. He also said if there is anything I can help u with. Please let me know. He said and when you're ready to check out I'm available. An employee walked in. He made a small finger gesture to his boss. Maybe she wasn't suppose to work. I don't know! However, unlike the cashier on New Years he didn't talk until he was finished with me. And he was super young! I would expect him to talk like the elderly did! Not the other way around! I really enjoyed shopping today! January 7,2025. I will return especially if this crew is working. Thank you all! A 10/10!

No apology. No explanation. No effort to move things along. Just one long line of people standing there like idiots while nothing happened. This is basic retail management and somehow it's still a disaster here. It's AD 2026 and this store still runs a system like it's 1985. After 20 minutes of watching absolutely nothing happen, I literally threw the items I was holding onto the counter where the cashier was and stormed out. Only then did the manager suddenly decide to react and come after me. Completely unacceptable customer service and total disregard for anyone waiting in line. By the way, their fabric section sucks. Not enough thread. I miss JoAnn's.

Singles are kept in the 1$ long boxes which include a lot Marvel, Image, Valiant, Ultraverse comics from the 90s, you'll also find some DC and vertigo titles as well. Sifting through these boxes gave me flashbacks of when I was a comic collector in the 90s. Towards the back left and back wall of the store, you'll find shelves of graphic novels, omnibus, and other collected editions. Back issues are set up on a large table in the back. You can find a mixed selection of different titles from Silver age to modern. I found surprising inventory of certain title runs. I have a bit more exploring to do in this store. Usually, when this customary…read moregreeting and query is conveyed, the forced inflection is obvious, leaving one to wonder why, if unhappy with their employ, they remain in it; this however, was not the case with Brandon, who, I sensed, really enjoyed meeting people irrespective of common interests and showcasing his considerable knowledge and understanding of the patterns in pricing and the driving mechanism behind the sales value of sports cards. I went there to sell some baseball cards and walked out of there edified -- I got schooled instead. But I could not be happier about it, for the process by which I, and apparently many others, gage the value of our cards, coins or what have you, is faulty and can lead to frustration and disappointment because you believe that, unlike others with the same items, you are not getting the supposed value of your precious items. Not only did Brandon take the time to explain the process by which we dupe ourselves into thinking we have that special card and will amass quite the premium for it, but demonstrated the process for me in real time. What he showed me was precisely what I did, and was doing, in assessing the worth of my saleable items. I walked out of his pretty snappy business educated and less frustrated. It made sense, and I can now approach my vocation with a different methodology in assessing the value and expected sale price of my coveted coins, ect. I am grateful for Brandon and his store, for at 60 years old, I got schooled. The store itself was stocked with the kind of things gamers fantasize about, and while there, the customers kept coming. This business is obviously doing things the correct way and the store's popularity is testimonial of that. For my part, I always lean toward doing business with the genuine proprietor, even if it means going out of my way a bit to give them my business. I recommend this store for the products available as well as for the pleasant people there operating it. There is parking along the street and room for several cars without having to walk a distance.
