I do think this store needs to review their orders to make sure when their customers who are ordering and paying extra for a delivery window is made to meet what they are offering and not just one avoid phone calls or just push the customer off to corporate to only be sent back to the store who doesn't care to answer.

Since then, he has offered every excuse under the sun for not selling the pens, and, subsequently, not paying me for the eventual sale. He then informed me that he'd sold them to a collector who then did not pay him - he offered to pay me in small installments because he was broke but then never answered my calls again. The man is systematically stealing pens, as is clear from these other Yelp reviews. Obviously, stay well away from this man and his company. Also, I'd be happy for the other reviewers on here to contact me directly about coming together and filing a criminal complaint. This is clearly not a one-off problem; it is a criminal operation and we should have recourse to the law.
