They stated that ran out of items and are shopping for the items at another store. I informed them that I paid for the hour delivery in which they told me "oh you did, then we will refund you but your order will be there". I informed them that it is for a school and school is out at 2 pm. I was told it'd make it on time. Two young ladies met me in the office at 1:59pm. None of the arrangements were the arrangement I ordered. There was supposed to be m&ms in the arrangement in the vase and there was just kale. Additionally, all of the red boxes were torn and it looked sloppy. Furthermore, I asked for 7 balloons that say thank you for the arrangements and they gave me 6 which made it awkward handing out to staff here. I do not appreciate not getting what I paid for. I got an email that my complaint was received then another email stating the complaint was closed. He then informed me that he'd sold them to a collector who then did not pay him - he offered to pay me in small installments because he was broke but then never answered my calls again. The man is systematically stealing pens, as is clear from these other Yelp reviews. Obviously, stay well away from this man and his company. Also, I'd be happy for the other reviewers on here to contact me directly about coming together and filing a criminal complaint. This is clearly not a one-off problem; it is a criminal operation and we should have recourse to the law.
