And it was nothing short of superb in all facets. My son ordered the Southwest Avocado Burger, which an earlier review this year praised. He agreed. He loved it. His mom had the Chicken Philly. Equally good. Both had large portions. I had the Russian Reuben. It was like 3X the size of a traditional Reuben sandwich one might get dining out. I was barely able to eat a third. It was huge beyond huge. It was spectcular. I wasn't sure corned beef would blend so well with turkey but both meats did. Sumptuous! The Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, Russian horseradish sauce and 1000 Island dressing on top - OMG - it was so unbelievable! $2.00 more - you get your fries and soup (choice of 6 - wow - what eatery has 6 soup options)? The onion soup was $1 extra but who cares? It was all a ton for the buck. The basket of tasty dinner rolls upon arrival was delightful. Our waitress Terry was excellent thru and thru and worthy of a large tip, which we obliged. We got free refills on our drinks too, a big thing for us. We were all totally pleased with our visit and will be sure to return at least once or twice before moving out of state later this year. We wish we could clone this place and take it to where we all are moving. I truly don't understand those whining here and their posts. Everything we had was good throughout. If I had to nitpick, I would say the French onion soup itself was average and not rich but the large crouton in the soup and abundant melted yummy Swiss cheese well compensated with the grated topping over the cheese incredibly tasty, making it over the top. The raspberry iced tea could have been a bit sweeter but it wasn't bad either. And you automatically get water delivered to your table, a rarity among diners today. And yeah, I get to a degree the 3% (rounded off) card charge but when you're spending $80 to $100 for gargantuan portions of great food, come on, who really cares about an extra $2.50-$3, chump change? A church friend of the family told me she and her husband go to Omega periodically and recommended it. So this evening we all went. And not one bit disappointed. 24/7/365 diners are a dying breed these days but we are so glad Omega is still around and I say long live the Omega. A shout out to the crews working here as well as the owner.

Then I tasted my hot beef sandwich. It was delicious and plentiful and even the mashed potatoes were acceptable. My sister had the special pot roast with egg noodles that was also great tasting with a lot of meat. Our server (I forgot his name) was excellent. He was concerned when we didn't like the soup or salad but was glad we liked our entrees. They also have a large case of desserts. We tried the baklava which was also delicious. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I came here for the first time recently because we needed to fill some time before a…read moredoctor's appointment, and overall, we were content with the experience. The diner has a classic, retro feel with a checkerboard aesthetic that gives it a traditional diner vibe. It is not very modern or trendy, but it is clean and well-kept, which is really what matters. The space feels simple and comfortable, making it a place someone can visit regularly for a quick, reliable meal. The menu is very straightforward and features typical diner staples. The food was pretty good, but the dishes were very basic with nothing particularly unique about them. It felt like the kind of food you might make at home, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but it wasn't especially memorable either. I ordered an egg sandwich with cheese and sausage ($9.95). I also ordered bacon on the side (3 for $4.25). The egg sandwich was okay, but the bagel tasted like those cheap bagels you would get at a hotel during their complimentary breakfast that come from a bag. The sandwich didn't have anything on it other than exactly what they called it on the menu: a bagel, sausage links cut in half, an egg, and cheese. Nothing on the sandwich was seasoned or flavorful. My husband enjoyed his food much more than I did, and he ordered the Big Texas Breakfast ($12.95). This came with country-fried steak with sausage gravy on top, 2 eggs your way, and hash brown potatoes. He also ordered sausage links on the side (3 for $4.25). The service was friendly, and everything came out in a reasonable amount of time, which worked well for us since we were on a bit of a tight schedule. Overall, Lola's Diner delivered a simple diner experience with homemade-style food. I would come here again, but it wouldn't be my first choice for breakfast.

It's an old school diner feel - box cereal, pies in a cooler, cooks busting out great meal after meal. Takes you right back to the 90's. My first time here and brought my parents. We all loved it. Dined for $115 with tip and we all had an omelette with a protein, side of bacon, and coffees. I got the Spartan omelette. It was recommended and right up my alley with mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, and feta cheese. I also added bacon and it was delicious! I was able to get it with a cut banana and it was perfectly ripe. My husband got the Denver omelette which is also know as a Western- ham, onion, bell pepper, and American cheese. He really liked his as well as my parents who ordered Corned Beef Hash omelette and Spartan. I will definitely be back! It was so good, we didn't even take a second to snap a pic!

We order eggs Benedict and the Mac wrap. They are out in less than 10 minutes. I give her and the cook props for the timing and the cook jokes, "all out of a microwave." HA! We knew that was not true. Looking at the menu, the ham off the bone looks like their specialty so we both were sure to get meals with that! We split the burrito and the Benedict. Both were lacking salt in my opinion but I understand under salting for the masses so us salt lovers can add our own with reckless abandon. Please note this is CASH ONLY! Which I missed despite the sign in the front. They do have an ATM with $2.75 fee. Pricing for the food did seem steep for a diner but it's 2025 and nothing is cheap. The food came out so fast I didn't get pics besides the rest of my burrito I ate at home.

We arrived early for our reservation and were taken right in. We ordered two appetizers, the bacon & potato croquettes and the corn bread in the iron skillet. They were both very good. I had the Prime Rib, it was flavorful and brought out exactly how I wanted it--rare. My daughter had the rotisserie chicken and was very pleased with her meal. My wife had the Pike Place Salmon with the smashed cucumbers. She would order it again. The skillet cookie we ordered to share for dessert was very undercooked. It was just a smidgeon over raw dough. While it had the ice cream, it didn't have the caramel the menu advertised. A few more minutes in the oven would have solved the raw dough issue The server was obviously new and had some missteps. He was late to greet the table in a half full restaurant. The drinks had a late arrival-after the appetizers had arrived and never came back to check on the table. It also took an inordinate amount of time to find him to get the check then having him return with the receipt. The restaurant was very clean and tidy, extra points given for having immaculate restrooms. Some suggestions: Perhaps another potato option(s) besides mashed or fries. A loaded baked potato would have been perfect with my Prime Rib. Have another soup(s) offered on the menu besides the soup du jour.

Sent out deserts and didn't bother to clear the dinner plates that were obviously finished. And didn't give the kids spoons for their ice cream right away so it melted by the time it was received. Also, no birthday candles on hand?! Put kids hot hot food directly in front of them bc the table was full of menus. Why not help clear the table and make some room? Had to ask for extra plates multiple times for our massive, to share desert. The kicker. Charged us for kids meals when they are free before 6. When we asked they removed from bill. But this is the second time this has happened here. I am beginning to think the policy is to charge unless the patron brings it up. Sad because the atmosphere here is lovely.

Although you definitely need butter and syrup on the pancakes, it wasn't very tasty without them. I could only finish half of this meal and had to take the rest home. Do not order the coffee, it tasted terrible, as if it were burnt. The server was very friendly and attentive at first. But when the food arrived, he didn't check back very often. My family is fully a savory meal crowd, so we loved having options that weren't just two eggs with toast. There were assortments of skillets to choose from, frittatas, stuffed potato pancakes, chicken fried steak -- they really had it all. The food came out fast and had so much flavor, for the price you really can't beat it. Though I'm more of a fan of savory I couldn't help but be intrigued by their sweet offerings -- the Dubai chocolate waffle? Churro waffle coated in cinnamon sugar? Banana bread French toast? The list goes on and on, these flavors are so unique and I can't believe that I can find them all under one roof. I had to try the carrot cake pancakes, and they truly tasted like carrot cake. No syrup was needed, every bite had flavor and sweetness. I love that Brunch Cafe has gluten free options as well, and though I didn't try them I know they would be just as amazing as everything else. There's truly an option for every kind of eater in your family, and it proves they aren't a typical breakfast eatery. Pro tip: They get super busy, so be sure to join the Yelp waitlist to secure a place in line!
