Everything was well-balanced and spiced. I especially love that we were able to split the portions across multiple meals given how generous the naan was. The most beloved item was definitely the momos in the spicy/sour soup, followed by the buttery naan dipped in chicken tikka masala. I also really enjoyed the baigan bharta.
