I was greeted by Juveria at the counter to place the order. She was very sweet and patient with me placing the order as I was asking a lot of questions. I even saw that with the previous customer as well that she was very kind and patient Since it was a takeout, I asked for plates, spoons forks, and she made sure everything was in my bag. The way she was working. It seemed to me that she was the owner of the place and when I asked that she said I am Just an employee. I told her the way she's working she is not JUST. The place has an odd decor, and it's in a strip mall, so we weren't sure what to expect, but the food is phenomenal, and the service was pretty quick. We started with the samosas, and I could eat those all day - crispy outside, tender inside, with such depth of flavor. Man, those are good. We also got the butter naan and the garlic butter naan - both hot, fresh, and delicious. My friends got the butter chicken, and I tried it - it's truly great butter chicken. I was feeling adventurous and ordered the goat biryani. The goat was tender and very flavorful with those warming spices. You do need to eat it carefully, as there are a lot of small bones in the goat, and a truckload of rice in the dish (way more than I could even think of eating). That dish could be balanced out better, but overall, the flavors of everything, the cooking techniques, and spices make it a 5-star.
