I came in for my wedding nails and was told we didn't have appointments, though I had made them a couple weeks prior. My friend was complained to multiple times by her stylist about us not having appointments which made the experience more stressful. I have received a lot of complaints so far. They have another color called Mimosa #115, I will try this color the next time I visit.
