I have a fairly new nose piercing, I came to this shop because of the great reviews. I don't remember the girls name that helped me but she's young with short hair. She told me I was fine getting it changed to a hoop (I have had it 4 weeks). She couldn't figure out how to take my original piercing out, after pinching me with the tongs and a lot of pulling and twisting she got it out, then couldn't get the hoop in. She kept trying to jam it through from the inside of my nose, finally used a threader and got it in. It hurt worse than the original piercing and now I have a lovely keloid scar forming on a piercing that was healing beautifully. Needless to same I am so angry...unbelievable. You count on these places to do what is best and not the best way to make a buck. read more

Came in today to get my nose pierced and from the moment my friend and I walked in, we felt the atmosphere was great. We had a fun little chat with a few of the employees while filling out some paperwork and whatnot. Lots of jokes, staff was super easy going and pleasant to be around, and the studio was very clean. Syd was the one who pierced my nose and I couldn't be any more satisfied. It was quick, easy, painless and all the aftercare instructions and the thereafter were explained to me thoroughly, which I very much appreciated seeing as I haven't had a new piercing in over 7 years when I took most of mine out. The thing that really won me over was how comfortable I felt when I was inside. I'm glad we decided to come to this specific studio because I now know where to go for my next tattoo. Oso took a vague idea I had and a few examples, asked questions to figure out my taste, and designed a beautiful tattoo for me. He wasn't too heavy-handed with the sensitive spot my tattoo is on and it looks so crisp! It was my first tattoo so I'm glad to say I couldn't ask for a better experience. I'm extremely upset how my daughter was treated yesterday. She left this place crying and blood running down her ear! No one offered her a gauge, napkin, or qtip.. nothing! How INSENSITIVE. My daughter is still in pain, and I wish she would have never gone into this place, but she really wanted this piercing for her birthday. To add insult to injury, I am AFRAID of large dogs. I have a PHOBIA! Instead of being concerned for my safety and as a good customer service jester, my pleas were ignored! No one put the dog away or secure it out of the main area. The dog continued to roam around even when I said multiple times that I was AFRAID! I had to suffer with anxiety while this large dog was near me and no one did anything about it! (Some people are extremely afraid of dogs and that should be respected!) And on top of that, I feel that it is extremely unsanitary to have a dog roaming around while puncturing into people's skin! Imagine the germs and infection that could come resulting from a simple dog hair contaminating your wound! I would not recommend this place to anyone from the LACK OF HUMANITY, PROFESSIONALISM, and DIGNITY! I pray my daughter ear heals because the damages caused yesterday isn't normal and should have never happened and been this serious! read more

I got a moth tattoo here on Friday the 13th for $20. So, I know I can't say much because I got a $20 tattoo. But, the designs were simple, and I was expecting it to at least look like the stencil, which it did not. The artist seemed to wipe off the stencil before he got to actually tattooing over it, and then filled in whatever he thought would look good. I paid $20 to get the tattoo I picked out, not whatever he ended up putting on my body. It sucks, because it's there forever. Part of this conflict was because the artist I had (bald man) was not the artist who drew the design I picked out, and I'm sure his style was not as fitting for a design he did not personally make. I also waited like 3 hours in line for the tattoo, but that was okay because I expected it due to the offer they had that day and the apparent business of the shop. So, bottom line: $20 tattoos are usually worth $20. Don't bother. Pay for one that'll be worth it. read more

I was referred by a friend to come see Dustin to fix my tattoo I got a month ago. I will say he's a good guy who has had a lot of experience working and training other tattoo artists. Dustin was a genuine nice guy while tattooing me for the day. The things that kept me from giving a full 5 stars is being little late for my appointment and smoking constantly during the tattoo process. I learned a lot that that your work makes you accountable rather than your past discretions which everyone makes mistakes in life.
