Their booking site is super easy to use, and they are always punctual when it comes to starting at your scheduled appointment time. Every time we walk in, we're greeted by their wonderful staff. There are usually about 4-5 stylists working, and they always have a kid-friendly show playing for the kids to enjoy while getting their hair done. They even offer snacks! They do ask that parents wait in the lobby while their children are being serviced, which I completely understand because we all know kids can act a little differently when their parents are around! I trust their staff and feel completely comfortable allowing my daughter to be with them while they work their magic. They wash, blow-dry, trim her ends if needed, AND style her hair--what more can you ask for?! My daughter always walks out feeling so pretty and confident. And when we schedule her to get her nails painted too? She really feels like she's had the full princess treatment! I absolutely love this salon for her! It's located inside Hickory Hill Mall, which is a slower-paced mall with lots of independently owned businesses, and I honestly think it's the perfect location for an establishment like this. We've had such great experiences here, and I don't see us ever stopping! And while my experience has been bringing my daughter, this isn't just a salon for the girls--boys can come in and get their hair braided and styled too! If you're looking for a kid-friendly salon where your little one can get pampered, styled, and walk out feeling good about themselves, I definitely recommend checking them out.

I watched a few girls get styles, one got her hair straightened, one braids, and one was being blow dried. Each stylist was kind, and patient which goes a long way with kids. I stayed in the lobby while she was shampooed in the back. I could tell My daughter was comfortable when she came out with a trolls book and completely ignored the comforts she brought from home. I loved the fact that they were playing kid friendly movies and she was able to pick a book. I left the salon when it was time to start my daughter's style. That's ideal parents, we know kids act different when we are in the room. I was given an approximate time to return. The salon is in Hickory ridge mall so you can walk, eat at the food court, check out the 3 stores they have, etc. The stylist texted me mid way to give me an update on the timeframe, everything was smooth. I paid cash app, and my daughter's hair was beautiful. She said nothing hurt, and everyone was kind to her. Her hair smelled and looked amazing. I was so happy I made the decision to try them out. It's just a better option for kids. They couldn't keep me away if they wanted to. I'll take more pictures when I return. I didn't want them to be nervous about it, but the place was super cute, neat, and clean. Prices are good. They are appropriate for the care taken and the great experience. I would've given them 6 stars if I could. Go there.
