It was so aggressive that I stood by the door for a few minutes observing this and decided this is not my new nail salon. This is not where I want to go for rest and relaxation. He was cruel to his staff and not very nice to the people that were waiting to get manicures and pedicures. I came in the next day because I seriously could not show up to prom with nails like that and got them soaked off and redone completely, but before we soaked my nails off, the lady who was doing my nails cut at least 6/10 fingers of mine. I was bleeding and it was extremely painful. Then proceeded to put my hands in boiling (literally bubbles boiling at the top) hot acetone. After she finished my nails for the second time (because I got the same lady both times) -- they were SO THICK. I haven't had much success with Gloss Nails locations but I thought to give it a try. I only scheduled a pedicure and some of the top requested nail tech were out that day. Either way I proceeded with the pedicure which is the most basic service you can do. The tech was not patient and did a rush job on my pedicure. Polish was outside of my nail beds and this was gel so it's hard to remove once it's set. My toe nails were cut crooked. Overall one of the worst pedicures I have had in a long time. Needless to say I may try some of the top rated nail techs that work there but this will not be my back up spot if my regular tech is out of town.
