I asked not for a refund, but if they could please redo it correctly and the manager was unwilling to even hear me out, saying he'd remove and refund the money/I can go somewhere else. I was bleeding and it was extremely painful. Then proceeded to put my hands in boiling (literally bubbles boiling at the top) hot acetone. I haven't had much success with Gloss Nails locations but I thought to give it a try. I only scheduled a pedicure and some of the top requested nail tech were out that day. Either way I proceeded with the pedicure which is the most basic service you can do. The tech was not patient and did a rush job on my pedicure. Polish was outside of my nail beds and this was gel so it's hard to remove once it's set. My toe nails were cut crooked. Overall one of the worst pedicures I have had in a long time. Needless to say I may try some of the top rated nail techs that work there but this will not be my back up spot if my regular tech is out of town.

The process is pretty simple and doesn't take long; everyone here is a total pro so there's no discomfort even though you're standing practically naked in front of a stranger. I'd say the first day was a bit more than that I would have liked but my wedding tan wasn't my first so I knew that going in. I was sprayed on a Wednesday and got married on a Saturday and had the bridal glow I was looking for. The tan slowly faded throughout my honeymoon. They have package deals that are really great and there's also partial body tan options. Love love love!
