What an awful experience. They don't keep the pricing sheet out for public display, but I knew pricing given my family comes all the time; as early as a couple days ago. Lack of pricing transparency aside, the final product is terrible. This may be the worst no-chip I've ever received - extremely uneven and unpolished. They even charged me a $5 "design fee" for adding the dot, which I should make note, isn't even centered on a couple of my nails. I asked not for a refund, but if they could please redo it correctly and the manager was unwilling to even hear me out, saying he'd remove and refund the money/I can go somewhere else. I believe in paying for a service and simply requested it be done right. He hung up on me twice. Should also note, staff weren't wearing masks. read more

I have been coming here for a LONG TIME. during Covid I came here to support local , the prices went up tremendously but the customer service and work still looks the same if not worse. My daughter and I recently came in here to get manis and pedis for Memorial Day matching, absolutely terrible. It starts with Linda forcing you into a gel pedicure (after I said NO 5 times ) then pretty much begging for us to get a deluxe pedicure . After declining that , I found out they still put gel on mine and my daughter (7) feet. They polished my daughter with gel ( the wrong color than she picked out) when letting them know I got told sorry it's already been done. I got acrylic with glitter around the top , none of my nails are the same length. the glitter is more on my skin and nail beds than it is my actual nails , my eyebrows got waxed LOL they look absolutely terrible and then I get a bill of 165. I unfortunately will never return here. The most money I've ever wasted for such a terrible looking job. read more

My sister took me here today for my birthday. I haven't been to this location in over 4 years. They were able to see us immediately, which was nice. A lot of salons these days require appointments now during the pandemic. The service is still very good but the cleanliness of the salon has gone downhill and the prices have gone up. They no longer have the Tuesday-Thursday special I mentioned in my first review. Otherwise it is a decent choice if you're in the area. read more

I have been searching for a nail shop in the area. Been living on the area for a while now. Was going to another location, had a bad experience so I decided to try Luxury nails. Pedicure was horrible. My feet are not soft, they didn't take any of the dead skin off. Just because you massage my feet and put some hot rocks on it, that's not a pedicure. I spent $118 on nothing . Been here before and was ok but todays visit was horrible. My technician criticized my pedicure, not realizing she is the one who last did it. She laughed at my nails, not realizing she was the last one who did it. Refused to apply the polish I picked out, was pushing for gel ( extra $$). They told us the specials when we arrived, as we were checking out they told the specials were only on weekdays?! I got gel shellac, within ONE week they are ALL peeling off and chipped!!! They added a price on for a design when it was the basic one on the wheel. Complete waste of money. read more

This was the second salon to try while in town. My friend and I walked right in without having to wait. They employees seated us and started working on us immediately. I had a pedicure this time around. They were very quick and thorough with their foot/leg massage. It felt amazing! Plus, the lady was very detailed while she painted my toes. This location is a little more pricey than where I went to previous, but being closer to where I was staying. This paint didn't last as long either which was sort of upsetting. Not sure why this place has such great reviews unless people are just desperate for nail salons in Arlington. I came here because of the high reviews so was surprised when I was ushered to a waiting pedicure chair and then left to sit for almost 20 minutes. I finally took my feet out of the cold water and waited until someone came over. They did put in fresh hot water so I was feeling hopeful now that I finally had some attention. The gentleman then began removing cuticles and even though I told him he was hurting me on my big toe, he kept at it until I bled. When I pointed out I was bleeding he said "yeah." He then rushed through the rest of the procedure in 2 minutes. I noticed people who had their pedicures started before me were still going as I was now being finished up. I also heard other customers being offered something to drink, I was offered nothing and finally asked for some water. On a side note, I'm not a person who goes around writing negative reviews but this place really rubbed me the wrong way. I would definitely not recommend coming here unless you want to be treated like cattle. read more

Just moved to Arlington and it's always hard when you have to start all over with everything. So I decided to try out Luxury Nails and was very satisfied. Upon entering I was friendly greeted. I was asked if I would like anything to drink as well. I had a pedicure and nail dipping powder. She took her time with my pedicure and also a good job with my nails as well.
