I've since found Jenny- who does the best dip manicure I've ever had. She is so friendly, efficient and GOOD. 5+ stars for her! The shop is clean and VERY quiet- almost too quiet for me as I feel like I'm going to fall asleep with the very lullabyish music that's played, but it's a relaxing vibe! I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure at The Nail Bar for a Friday morning. I was a little early for my appointment and I was taken right away. The inside of the nail salon is very clean and spacious. Kim did my pedicure, she was fantastic! Again, the salon is very clean... they used a plastic cover for the pedicure foot bath. Kim was very thorough and asked me if I was happy with my toenail shape. She took her time painting each toe nail and I will definitely be back to see her again soon :) Jenny did my manicure, she did a great job as well! I did dip powder for the first time and it still looks as fresh as the first day I got it :) The Nail Bar shares a parking lot with multiple retailers, I did not have any issues finding parking. It can be a little hard to find since it is not off the main road. I have been walking in almost on a weekly basis with no appointment for the past 6 months, and although the salon is pretty busy, I was always made welcome by the receptionist/owner? and received the service I needed. Went in for a spa pedicure today and very disappointed. Massage had no pressure and left hot towel on my legs. Basically, cold towel left to wipe scrub in the end. Have been going here for a very long time but service has declined. For $62, for a spa pedicure nail tech should be able to speak instead of using hand gestures and be more attentive. Like a factory. Went to this nail salon with my friend and I was impressed at first with the cleanliness and variety of colors and products they offered. I asked for gel X nail tip manicure and gel pedicure. The gel pedicure turned out great and the initial look of the manicure did as well. I really appreciated how timely the service was and how nice the ladies were, but I was pretty disappointed with the manicure since it only took 3 days for some of the nails to start falling off. They both fell off with normal wear - the first one as I was grabbing laundry out of the dryer and the second one while opening a bag of chips. From what I know, this should be lasting up to 3 weeks not a sad 3 days. You can tell in the photos that the tips came off cleanly which I think means they weren't very secure in the first place. I did notice that when she was applying them she didn't really buff them out beforehand but I didn't say anything because this was only my second time getting them done - looking back now, I'm pretty sure what she did was not the right technique. Normally I would go back to the salon and ask for them to fix it, but unfortunately I do not live close by and It would just be inconvenient. I am leaving a review so hopefully management can address the issue with proper application so someone else doesn't have this happen! read more

I had gel nails put on there which were great but when I had them removed about a month later they used a drill that took multiple layers of my nail off versus letting them soak. My nails are destroyed! I have been going there for years but recently have noticed the nail techs are all miserable, don't smile, act annoyed you are there and have zero patience when asking for anything. My nails are tissue thin and hurt. I had them just do a regular manicure after and my nails immediately tore. If they had been more gentle, taken their time and done it correctly I am sure it would not have destroyed my nails. Will not be going there again! read more

Such a nice nail salon. I got a spa pedicure for $50 which was a really good deal especially considering all the time they took to pamper me. My feet felt great from all the massaging and moisturizing! My toe nails looked great afterward as well! This nail bar has a great environment, it is sparkling clean and bright and welcoming. They share a parking lot with many other shops nearby so there is plenty of places to park. Highly recommend trying them out! read more

Super clean salon and great work done. Everyone was nice and the owner/manager checked up on all the customers including me multiple times. I had gel x done and the results are great! I'll be going back when these grow out to get them removed and a nail strengthener put on. I went to get a gel manicure, and it started coming off later that night. I went in the next day to get it fixed, and the receptionist just seemed angry with me that I came back. She rushed me to sit down, made me figure out which color was used, and only fixed the nails that had peeled off although there were more that were chipped. I felt too uncomfortable and unwelcome to ask for a complete redo, even though a gel manicure is pricey!. I unfortunately will not be back. read more

I'm on the fence about this place. The good things - very clean and my mani lasted for longer than others. The bad things - my pedi was so so rushed, my feel were in the water for no more than 5 mins. When I arrived, I had polish on my fingernails, and the technician removed it. When she did, I tried on the polishes I choose, so I could make sure I liked them on my clean nails. She was very irritated and grabbed my hand and removed the new polish very quickly. Def did not feel pampered, and did not think she scrubbed away the dead skin enough, because it was rushed. If a friend wanted to go, I'd try again. I thonk the issue was this specific technician, because while getting my mani, I saw other people getting pedis and they were sitting for a while. read more

Absolutely thrilled to see Jenny, Lynn, Michelle and Tina, and to meet Brandon. Went yesterday for a manicure/pedicure (first time in about 16 months, thanks Covid... not!) and was SO delighted. The salon is absolutely spotless, the customer service is top notch, and the services are excellent. The color selection for regular polish was amazing, and while I didn't do gel or SNS, I could see rows and rows of options. I'm excited to go back for an SNS manicure soon! My nails look brand new and I feel a million times better. Tina paid attention to all the details, including the awful amount of cuticle growth, and did a spectacular job cleaning everything up, shaping and polishing both my fingers and toes. The Nail Bar was also exceptionally accommodating when I asked at the last minute to add an eyebrow wax. Michelle took great care to make my brows look beautifully feminine and delicate and a little less sasquatchen (another byproduct of the pandemic, whoops). The wax smelled faintly of coconut or chocolate, but either way, a plus for me! The entirety of the staff took great care to adhere to safety and cleanliness, and I felt absolutely comfortable throughout my entire appointment. Will be eagerly awaiting going back soon!! Haven't had a mani/pedi since pre-Covid times so I decided to try somewhere new. So glad I found The Nail Bar! Everyone was very courteous and the salon itself is very clean, bright, and relaxing. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure and both are excellent. My daughter got a pedicure with Brandon and not only did he do a fantastic job, but he was very kind to her as well. Owner Deletes Google reviews! That's very pathetic. I paid $55.00 for a beyond mediocre gel pedicure! I asked for a soft pink French. However, I received a very clown like amateur sloppy version. No hot towel, no massage, no hot stones! No removal of the dead skin nothing. What do you get for $55.00? Very rushed clipping and filing and buffer for about 2 mins and no top coat. My favorite nail salon around! Initially I was worried about going to get my nails done during the pandemic but here you see them really deep clean everything each time someone moves, they have barriers in between everything, and everyone is super spread out. Not only is it safe but is also just a beautiful salon and they did an awesome job. My experience at this salon was awful ! First I made an appointment in advance and I had to wait 20 minutes to be seen. Next, I requested unicorn chrome nails on my toes. I even provided a picture. The inexperienced tech claimed she could do this style but failed. When it came to my manicure I was getting a simple French manicure to which the tech asked me if I wanted a clear coat over the acrylic. I was really confused because I have never seen matte/dry looking French nails. Lastly when it came time to pay, the white lady behind me paid $80 for gel nails and toes. I, a person of color, was charged $120 for the same thing. This location is only 3 minutes from my home and I will be taking my money elsewhere. I also tipped $20 on top of being overcharged for nails that were mediocre. read more

Service was poor....the lady at the front counter was nice, but the lady actually servicing my nails came across as unprofessional. There was a miscommunication on their part to the point where she messed up my original 85$ full set to the point where I told her to just remove all my nails.
