Mezeh is generally one of the more consistent fast casual spots in the area in my opinion. I like coming here since they uses olive oil for cooking rather than seed oils, and because they're open later and are less crowded than the in-mall restaurants. They also say they don't restrict toppings/sauce amounts and historically, that has been true. The last two times I came to this location, I had negative experiences about the toppings/sauces. The first time, I only got one scoop of hummus because I got distracted while ordering. When I came to the counter to ask for a scoop of tzatziki, the woman at the counter asked how many scoops of the dips I had gotten. I answered honestly that I only got one, and she gave me tzatziki but warned me that they're supposed to charge if I already got dips earlier. I didn't want to argue even though I was previously told I could have as many dip scoops as I wanted. The next time I came, I asked for a second scoop of eggplant (which was clearly almost out and they gave me a very stingy amount in the first scoop). Even when they give a generous scoop, I've never been denied an extra scoop of these toppings. The employee said he would have to charge. From everything I see online, Mezeh's policy about toppings hasn't changed, so it's just employees at this location acting shady for no good reason. read more

I love mezehs food on my lunch break so i always order pickup and they take so long even when it is not busy. Today i ordered 20 minutes before my break and i still waited another 15 minutes even though it was marked as completed. drives me crazy how i have to wait so long and then gobble my food down before my break time ends. ordering ahead really saves me no time. and they never apologize for the wait it makes me sad it's one of the only healthy options for me as a mall employee but it's not worth the wait anymore read more

We ordered pick up ahead of time. The order was fulfilled promptly and the staff at the register was very nice. Unfortunately, got home to open up our bowls to find them barely halfway full. There were barely any greens at the bottom, even though we ordered salad bowls. The toppings were skimpy and missing a couple. This is the unfortunate reality of ordering ahead (vs ordering at the restaurant. Watching them) and being skimped on quantity. $20 for half a bowl of food. read more

Decent value for mall food. My wife and I were headed to the movies, and we normally grab food at one of the restaurants at the theatre end of the mall. This time, on a whim, we pulled into the small lot next to Mezeh. We were pleasantly surprised to find a parking space and even more pleasantly surprised once we got inside. The restaurant was clean and spacious. It was just before noon and there were only a couple of people there so there was no wait to order and no problem finding seats. It was nice that we had the option to eat at one of their outside tables. We shared their Greek salad. The ingredients looked great and were all fresh and tasty. And, the one salad was plenty for the two of us. As we were finishing we noticed that a line had formed and was almost out the door. It appears this place is a mecca for nearby office workers. I guess the locals already know about the decency of Mezeh's value. My recommendation is if you're planning on stopping by for lunch that you do it either a bit before noon or maybe a while afterwards. And, as a side note, after we finished our lunch, we hopped back into our car and drove to the parking lot next to the theatre entrance. If you know Tysons, you'll understand why. read more

Located at the mall which is only accessible through Bloomingdale's or outside. We went by pretty late (8:30 pm) so the mall entrance of Bloomingdale's was already closed but we were able to walk through Old Navy / Primark. We were quickly greeted by the server and I made my own bowl. The ingredients looked very fresh and clean, but some of them were out of stock and they said they weren't restocking. I found that odd since they weren't supposed to close until 11 pm. Some of them were shelf ingredients too like the fried pita croutons and basics like the cucumber and eggplant. A bit disappointing but carried on. Came out to be about $13 that lasted 2 meals. Would prefer some of the competitors more but still tasty and filling read more

Mezeh is better than Cava. No question. Mezeh is on the far end of the mall by the Old Navy and American Girl stores. This is a bit out of the way, but allows them to have a whole restaurant space as opposed to a kiosk in the food court. Portions are usually generous and staff friendly. Delivery is fast, too. My one complaint is that on this most recent order, all of our sauces were missing, which made the bowl pretty dry. Other than this, all of my orders have always been high quality, and I make it a point to go here when at the mall. read more

Mezeh is a bit tucked away next to Old Navy and you can get there from Bloomingdale's (sometimes the entry door is open). Very similar concept as Cava and Roti, there are more toppings and bases are a little different. I love the sweet roasted eggplant and cous cous and appreciate that baba ganoush is on the menu. I wish Cava had these! I wasn't a big fan of the bland falalel made of split peas. While I enjoyed the Basmati white rice, I noticed that lentils weren't offered as a base. The juices weren't good. The pita was warm, but didn't look like it was house-made. The tortilla was definitely not made in-house. I was rooting for Mezeh and it was fun to try, the staff was a bit stand-offish and I honestly prefer Cava. read more

Good spot to get a custom made salad or wrap anytime you stop by the mall. The location is by a parking lot right between the Bloomingdale's and Nordstrom. The staff prepare the food pretty quick. I like that they switch up the menu options seasonally. The seating area inside is unique, with hightop tables and regular tables as seating arrangements. Good spot if you have a small group coming by for a casual lunch. read more

In this area, I honestly think this place has the best Mediterranean "fast" food! It's quick and easy, you choose what you want, pay and you're done! You have the option to dine there or pick up and east elsewhere. I tried another one nearby and I wasn't impressed! This place has more of a variety of proteins and vegetable options. We love Mezeh restaurants, so when visiting Tysons for the day we stopped into this one. It's actually connected to the mall via Bloomingdale's. Service was great, helpful, and friendly. I was really blown away with this place, it's an outstanding fast casual chain! The staff was kind and accommodating when helping someone unfamiliar with the process and the place was very clean. When building your meal there were so many different options to choose from personalizing your meal and allowing for you to return many times without having the same thing (think Chipotle but x 10). I see a lot of people are frustrated with this restaurant. Did they not get my hot chicken order completely accurate? Nope but you know what, this restaurant just opened up. Let's be real and give it a little time. My hope is this will earn my rare five star review eventually. Yet due to a few minor errors, this is still a wonderful place to go. Patience is a virtue, which a lot of northern Virginia types seem to forget. Food was tasty and healthy. If you want to be fit, I can't recommend Mezeh enough. This is probably one of its prettiest locations. Yes it's new but I like the more modern/friendly vibe. All of the staff were very kind, and from what I can tell of the manager, he's a conscientious hard working man, who's doing all he can to boost things up. I'm quite confident in him and his staff, who are giving all they got here. Will be back again, because Mezeh might as well be synonymous with healthy good tasting meals. "Rome wasn't built in a day." This will soon be the best place for a affordable and healthy meal at Tysons. read more

Clean, quick Mediterranean restaurant. Like Cava but the toppings are more plentiful. For about $13 you can get a big bowl with a protein and a lot of toppings and pita bread so if you are a parent with a small child, I would just share. Tucked between Nordstrom and Bloomingdales but the entrance from Bloomingdales is not prominent (owner should ask to make that area more inviting - the foot traffic to an Italian cafe attached to Nordstrom was heavier but prices were higher and offerings not as appetizing). My son didn't want to go because there weren't many people at noon but he said, this is good! I got lamb kofta (an extra charge) and he got steak. Both were tasty. Other offerings at the mall are greasy or expensive so this was a good find. read more

For this price, I would rather go Sliver Diner. The basic bowl price is only included chicken protein, if you choose other kind of protein , there's $2-$5 add on. Plus, the food is not that tasty.
