The issue is when you call the phone number to the store no one ever answers the phone it goes to the voicemail and store is closed when you go there no sure if this metro PCs is still in business? I went into the store and got talked into purchasing two phones, which he charged me for. After calling customer service, I found out that the promotion clearly states the phones where supposed to be free. I didn't get a printed receipt after paying cash, the sales person stated that there printer was not working. So he hand wrote a receipt for me. Customer service stated I over paid the store $235.00. And he added insurance for both phones which I didn't request. read more

I walked into this location due to a promotion I saw for the iPhone 13. I asked what deals they currently had for new account activation Inwas show the samsung Device told $120 out the door. relieved that was exactly what I had in cash. Tge guy starts inputting the info I provide id and to my surprise he was able to get me a 415 number. The total would 150. which was weird such an even number and he did say 120. oh no that was the device it's additional 30 for the plan. fine I charged it. he hand s me the phone I ask receipt he print the pos card receipt I ask for the other receipt with terms ect. the printer was @in m was down he said email me receiot as I awaited the email he told me it would take awhile I walked to my car parked in front the closed the store and left. a couple hours I'm alertedvthank you my recent payment of $60. sum it the device was part a free with new line. he walked out with my cash in pocket and was land a sale.!customer service informed i want my money back that deceptively stolen m. Im surprised this store has 3.5 stars to begin with. Came in this morning around 10:15 and as im pulling up, the store associate is pulling up. Wait I thought the store opened at 10am? I'm literally the first customer because the girl was late. She's a the heavier set girl with glasses with black and blue hair. What through me off even more is that she wasn't wearing a mask even the store has a poster on the front door telling everyone who enters needs to be wearing a mask. I literally had to ask her to put on her mask. I literally had to sanitize me hands multiple times too after she touched my phone.The best part of this experience was when she was assisting me, she literally answers her phone and starts yelling at the person on the other line. Can u say ghetto? Also extremely unprofessional. I hope the manager reads this and improves the customer service. Definitely will not be coming back to this store and I Definitely won't recommend this location. This store is terrible. I went here a few years back to buy a phone. Everything went smoothly and I went home. Then I noticed that there was a small clicking sound inside the phone. I went back and just asked that they exchange it for another one since obviously I had just bought it. The people there refused to do it because they said "we don't know if you just dropped and that's what caused it." I don't doubt that some shady people exist, but when you get someone that just bought a phone and found something wrong with it, it's part of customer service to evaluate the situation. Sure, you managed to hand me a phone that had a small defect in exchange for $100, but as the years passed, I have spend probably another $1000+ on phones that this specific store will never see because of their greed and poor customer service. read more

I don't even have Metro PCS service but my boyfriend does and he was looking for a new phone. First thing I noticed was the pungent odor of smoke lingering in the store!!!!! I was immediately grossed out!!. Second, the workers didn't even acknowledge us until my bf had asked about which phones were the newest ones out. Third, the selection of phones just sucked! If I could give 0 stars that would be my option. My husband went into the store because his phone suddenly locked and he was not able unlock it. A man named Jose (the guy working at the store that day) did nothing to assist in any way, not even a call to Metro. The suggestion was "your going to have to buy a new phone". Not even a look at the phone. Not only did that happen, when we arrived they appeared closed with a sign on the door that he would return in 20 minutes. This was not the pain point. I called a day prior and spoke to a manager about bringing in my elderly mother's phone in for replacement in avoidance of covid. The manager said it wouldn't be a problem and also gave me a quote for a replacement phone and said to come in between 10-7. I arrived at store the next day (today) on a Wednesday 1:30pm and the manager from the phone was not there. Instead, I spoke with a lady that seemed to be utterly pissed and upset with the fact that she had to help a customer. Nonetheless, I explained my prior phone call and situation and asked if she could again tell me the estimate cost of the replacement phone. She said she had to ring it up first and actually transfer the services over BEFORE I would know the amount. This is absurd. I asked for clarification as I was dumbfounded by this and she raised her voice only to repeat the same. Despite that, I said ok and I tried to proceed with her on the new phone and soon after that she flatly told me she couldn't help me and the account holder had to be there. I explained the covid situation and my elderly mom being 75 again, but it didn't matter. I even had my mom's ID and credit card, able to show the address matched my own. Her overall demeanor was EXTREMELY negative. Even if she didn't feel comfortable honoring what the manager said, she could have at least been polite. This 10 minute visit was the most terrible customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life and I believe I'm a pretty easy going person. I do NOT recommend this place not even 1%. I guess you have to work with the manager and if not avoid like the plague! read more

So I went there with my Boyfriend so he could get a new phone that he really needed. They seemed really helpful and he seemed really pleased at first. I was kind of urked by the group of guys sitting in the front area just lounging! They looked like they were just at home relaxing instead of at work. That is not the worst of it! So we leave and we later realize his phone isn't working properly! So we go back and he has it looked at and they do something to it and we leave. Later that evening it still isn't doing what it is supposed to do! So he calls, goes back & they give him a new one and forget to put his contacts in the new one! ERRRR! So then the phone still wasn't working right and he called them and a corporate store and they told him that he was basically screwed and they couldn't help him! I purchased my phone from this store several months back and I am very satisfied with the customer service I received at the store. I purchased a blackberry and the gentleman that helped me explained the features of the phone and the details of the plan very thoroughly. From what it looks like, I believe this store is a family owned business and they really make you feel at home. Great location to pay my bills. I have 2 kids who have Metro and not only can i pay their cell phone bills here but i can also pay my PG&E and home phone line. I paid less than i expected when i first purchased a phone for my daughter, and the guy gave me a free car battery booster which was a $19 value. A well-stocked store, very organized and helpful!
