I walked into this store today to get a price to replace my screen on my Google Pixel XL today. After a year of dropping it my poor phone had dozens of hairline fractures on it. The man behind the counter apologized for not having the screen in stock but would order one for me. I handed him my phone so he could figure out what screen to order. He looked at it for less than a minute and smiled. He said "your screen isn't cracked, your screen protector is" I was wondering why the screen protector came in a 3-pack! If he had said - it's $250 and you have to prepay, I would have. I'm really happy to report that this phone repair shop in downtown Burlingame is run by a smart and honest man. There is good in this world. The gentleman who sits by the counter at iWireless is an example of this! This was the night that happened to be the worst rainstorm of sorts that the Bay Area had seen towards the end of 2022. My family and I parked by this shop, and to my dismay, I had no quarters. I didn't go to get any device fixed. Instead, I went into this shop to ask for two or at most three quarters to feed the meters. My apologies for the late recommendation as this iPhone repair shop is LEGIT! a while back, (may 2021) accidentally dropped my iPhone and cracked the back AND front...oh, the horror! And to repair the cracked glass back of an iPhone requires special tools and skills...google it. It's gonna freak you out as everything INSIDE the phone has to come OUT, in order to replace the special glass back. So, yeah, the fact that Azamat, who owns this shop, could successfully repair my broken phone, put all the innards of delicate components back inside, in 1 hour, and in the right place where EVERYTHING WORKS! I brought in a battery to be swapped into my Android phone. I left the phone and when I returned about 45 minutes later, the battery was changed and the work was done at a fair price. I would have rated 4.5 stars but Yelp doesn't allow half stars. The reason I dropped the rating from 5 stars was that the phone screen was seriously greasy and fingerprinted when returned. I would suggest that the store make sure to clean the case and screen before returning phones to customers. Also, if there is time before the customer returns, put a charger on replacement batteries also. These are minor items but they show good customer service. read more

I had a cracked iPhone needed to be fixed and found iWireless Solution through Yelp. It was rather early in the morning but I was able to get ahold of the owner who redirected me to his other store because he was already there and replaced my screen within 15 minutes. I left the store and realized my front camera was still blurry due to the dust from the crack before and went back to him and he helped me to clean it without charging me. Azamat was able to repair my shattered Iphone XS Max screen and copy over the True Tone to the new screen. He really went above and beyond answering all my questions around hard and soft OLED and the screen options along with copying over the True Tone functionality. Wish I could give negative stars. I called them asking their policies, prior to purchasing a Groupon, and they were very nice answering my questions and ensuring they could fix my IPad Pro. When I got there, I waited patiently while the lady ahead of me complained about their services and pricing. When it was my turn, I was told they would have to add all kinds of extra fees to the Groupon in order to have my IPad fixed. I explained that I had called 2 days earlier and was ensured that the Groupon would cover my repair. He, Aza Mat, said I keep telling my employees not to tell people that. I said but your employee did tell me that. He said I don't know if we're wrong or you're wrong. I said what I'm lying? So I drove to their location in Burlingame. I found parking relatively easy. I put a quarter into the meter and the meter showed 49 minutes. When I came back to the car with my repaired iPhone, the meter showed 37 minutes. City of Burlingame owes me a quarter. read more

Don't trust this place! I wish I could post 0 stars.... They replaced the glass on my iPad Air. Ever since then my iPad powers off intermittently. When I asked them to check it out they said that even if they witnessed the power off problem, they couldn't promise that that they would open it up to see what's causing it - what kind of customer support is that?!! They started pointing fingers at me and claiming they didn't do anything other than replace glass....Excuse me but any idiot knows that these devices are so tightly put together that replacing broken glass by itself is an intrusive procedure - they wouldn't even look under the hood to see if there was something loose.
