This place saved my day. I broke the screen on my MacBook Pro and had some important work I needed to get done that day. I brought it in hoping they could help, and they were able to repair it the very same day, so I was able to get back to work without missing a beat. A big thank you to Omar, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. He kept me updated, answered all of my questions, and made the whole experience stress free. The repair was done at a very reasonable price, and my MacBook Pro has been working perfectly ever since. It's not easy to find a repair shop that's both honest and reliable, but this place definitely earned my trust. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a laptop, phone, or other device repaired. read more

I took my phone in yesterday and they were able to fix it quickly. Now I am able to use it again. Crazy how I have become so dependent on my phone. Anyway, I will recommend this place to everyone I know. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. read more

I accidentally shattered my phone the other day which I use for work and needed to get fixed quickly. Help me repair allows walk ins and has a huge supply of extra parts. It only took them a few hours and my phone us as good as new. Not to mention I saved hundreds by not taking it directly to Apple. Great value, friendly and easy service, I would definitely recommend this shop! read more

Came in to get my PC looked at since it would not turn on. Omar was respectful, straightforward and knowledgeable about the possibility of why it would not turn on and gave me a heads up for the diagnostic charge and the other possible fees to fix the PC. As a college student going back to school to get my Master's degree and I was stressing how much it was going to cost me for the repair, and it turn out WAY less than I thought it was going to be, and i'm extremely thankful for Omar for that! I will be coming back soon for another electronic repair!! read more

They responded to my inquiry immediately. They accommodated my time urgency. Great communication. I had a new screen over-night delivered. They replaced my iPad screen that I'd cracked. They suggested (and I agreed) a glass screen protector. Perfect job. Hopefully I don't drop it again! read more

Took my phone in because the mic was shot and the battery was dying every few hours. They replaced both, and the difference is night and day. Calls sound crystal clear now, and my battery actually makes it through a full day. Fast turnaround, fair price, no upselling nonsense. If your phone's on its last legs before you're ready for a new one, bring it here first. Highly recommend! read more

Absolutely best place in town, maybe even the peninsula! Omar was able to fix my Xbox quickly and affordably.

Letif is great, responded to my Yelp quote within a minute and provided different options based on my price range. Super high quality parts and the repair was handled in less than an hour. I would absolutely recommend this shop for any electronic repair needs! read more

I couldn't imagine a better experience. My screen was becoming un-glued, which is not a typical problem. They walked me through what they'd have to do and explained the risks that could happen and what mitigations they'd take. All future repairs will be here. read more

8/15/20 My son cracks his iPhone 11 screen literally the night before we were leaving to move him into college. The phone was 2 weeks new. Panicked, I went onto Yelp and found Helpmerepair.com. Most Apple stores are not open or require appointments too far out. Jerson was extremely responsive and his online scheduling system was easy to navigate. He arrived right on schedule and replaced my son's screen in 30 minutes flat from his car! So impressed. I would definitely call on him to fix any of our devices again but hopefully I won't have to. read more

I am writing this review to share as I did find reviews are good for us to get a reference for great services. Thank you Jerson for the great repair cell phone service for my manager as he is responsive and on time. He can come to your home for the cell phone repair which saves time for us to drive and with reliable repair service! I appreciate your professionalism to have the repair done promptly!! You will be satisfied with his repair service as we are! Thank you read more

Very professional, on time and responsive. The price was reasonable and affordable. Jerson was quick and finished just little before 30 minutes. One thing I feel iffy about is the coloration of the screen; is more warm and dimmer compared to the original Apple screen. Overall, I'm still pleased with the service and convenience of getting my phone fixed asap. read more

Jerson's really got it all when it comes to customer service, communication, and ease of repair. First off, he comes to you and is flexible with his scheduling to make it work on your time. He replaced an iPhone X screen for me and was transparent in explaining the differences between screens along with risks and insurance policies associated with each change. My phone screen worked, but Face ID wasn't and he was immediately able to come back an hour later to work on the phone again to troubleshoot and fix it. I'd hit him up again if I needed a repair. read more

I messaged Jerson on Yelp and he responded right away. My iPad screen was broken. He quoted me a reasonable rate and offered to come fix it at my home. Was done with the repair in less than 1.5 hours. The screen resolution is like the original one. It works perfectly with my Apple Pencil too. Great service. Definitely recommend him. read more

EXCELLENT service! All you need to know is stop looking for other places and call them now. We are return customers! Asked for a quote last night and Jerson came out today to us. He was masked and kindly offered to do the repair in his truck even though we had an outdoor patio. Super polite, professional and efficient. 30 min later my cracked iPhone 8 Plus screen was repaired and a protector put on. He wrapped it nicely and explained their warranty. This is the place to get a quote for a cracked screen and they treat their returning customers nicely. Would hands down recommend. read more

I can't recommend Jerson at Help Me Repair enough! I dropped my phone and damaged my screen. I found Jerson through an online search and decided to give him a try. I sent in an online request at midnight and he responded first thing the next morning. He was able to come to me that same day and fix my screen. He was very communicative and followed all safety guidelines. Plus his price was excellent (almost half the price as going to Apple) and now my screen is good as new! read more

I was working from home and had issues with iPhone. I wanted to bring the phone for repair right away but had lots of work meetings and could not leave my house. I had a cracked iPhone screen, that needed replacement, so I put in a request for quotes through Yelp. I was pleased to receive four responses within a day. Jerson at HelpMeRepair.com was not only attentive, he made the entire process extremely easy for me. First, he offered great prices and came to my location. I was extremely impressed that he said he'd arrive at a certain time and my phone would be ready in around a half hour. He was right on the dot for both. After repairing my phone, he kindly installed a new screen protector, which was a thoughtful bonus. Had I known this process was going to be so hassle-free, I would have done it months ago! I highly recommend Jerson and his efficient service. His work is warrantied and well done. 5 stars! He also takes credit cards, so give him a tip! ;) read more
