Also the people I talked to on the phone had initially quoted me for 115 pre-tax for the replacement, but when I spoke to them yesterday, owner tried to pull a fast one and quoted me for 125 (hence my confirming the price as well). After refusing to pay this price he went back to his initially quoted 115. Not a big deal, but it's funny that they tried changing an agreed upon price last second, lol. I brought in my DualSense controllers to fix analog stick issues and paid $100 to repair three knobs. Just one week later, I had the exact same issue with one of the supposedly repaired sticks. When I brought it back, I was charged an additional $60 to fix what should have already been resolved. What's most frustrating is that I couldn't get a clear explanation as to why I was being charged again for the same issue. If a repair doesn't hold up after a week, that should fall under some kind of workmanship guarantee--not an additional charge. I want to continue supporting this business because I've had good experiences in the past, but this situation felt unfair and left me questioning the quality and accountability of the repairs.
