I believe Sprint Boost on Middlefield Rd., Redwood Ciry intentionally reset my Mobile password…read morewithout my knowledge when I attempted to save money by moving to a new carrier. Additionally, Sprint Boost refused to honor their printed ads offering three price ranges fior a transfer of phone service. The Manager insisted my plan purchase had to be $50 per month, at the high-end range of the scale, and he said a tax of $20 would also be added. I have customer service history with Boost Mobile and don't know why I was treated so badly this evening! Now if I wish to take advantage of a carrier-switch promo, unnecessary delays will ensue. This is discouraging and should have never been allowed to occur. My shopping experience was ruined for the day and this week's schedule will suffer s blow. I likely will be further inconvenienced and technically set back for another one or two days!

It cost me a day so they could make more money! Don't trust them for anything

I finally got helped and it felt rushed since there was a long wait for others. The staff member ended up messing my family plan and disconnecting one of the other phones instead of mine, making it an extremely difficult process. Let alone inconvenient. It's really important that when you leave your services to double check the changes that were made. It took like 4 weeks for everything to get back to normal. They disconnected the wrong SIM card instead of the one on my old phone which I lost. Not trying to be dramatic but T-mobile customer service isn't the best either, so when one mistake occurs on premises of a store, it slows everything down. I don't recommend this location and I had a pretty awful experience

I got my smartphone battery replaced at Cellular City Phone Repair in San Leandro!…read more Recently, I noticed my smartphone battery was rapidly losing power. Well, I didn't want to buy a new phone, so I looked into replacing the battery. I watched a few DIY YouTube vids, and decided I better find a professional tech to handle this. Using Yelp Projects, I found Cellular City in San Leandro. James responded to my request, and he asked for details about my phone and the problem. He quoted me an estimate on their website of $99-$149, and about 90-min repair time. I scheduled an appt, and it covered a 2-hour time slot. This place is easy to find, it's in a shopping plaza at Doolittle Drive & Marina Blvd. There's two special parking spots just for customers of Cellular City. James is very professional and easy to deal with. There's no pushy suggestive selling or unwanted services. Battery replacement was $100, no added fees. All done in under 2 hours. James gave me a few tips on how to prolong battery life. My phone runs fine now.

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation and special recognition to Ms. Christina Weng for…read moreher outstanding customer service at the AT&T store in San Leandro. Last Sunday, my wife lost her phone. We received the replacement device yesterday, and I immediately contacted AT&T customer service at 800-331-0500 to transfer her phone number (ending in 6262) to the new device. Unfortunately, the representative mistakenly transferred my number (ending in 9805) instead. This error occurred while I was en route to a colleague's 30-year retirement celebration, leaving me without service. After returning home to connect to Wi-Fi and speaking with customer service a second time, the representative confirmed the mistake and recommended that I visit a local AT&T store for assistance. I called the San Leandro store around 7:00 PM to inquire about wait times and was advised that no appointment was necessary. Upon arrival, Ms. Christina Weng assisted me immediately. She demonstrated exceptional knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency, resolving the issue and restoring service to both phones in less than 20 minutes. Her outstanding support completely turned around a very frustrating experience. Ms. Weng truly deserves high recognition--potentially a raise--for her excellent performance. I would give her the highest possible rating. For other customers, I recommend calling the store ahead of time or scheduling an appointment before visiting.

The guy that was helping me was Ramon, he told me that he would be able to help, then asked for my phone number however, the account on my cell phone is not under my name. He said that he would not be able to help me. I told him the internet is under my name that it has nothing to do with the cellular account and he said he can't help me because my cellular is not the same name as my internet. I told him many times that has nothing to do with the internet which he replied, "Do you know how many years I've been working here". I left before he could say anything else. Now you are telling me that he was going to be able to give my personal PIN number to someone else whose name is NOT in the account, but he can't give the number to me? That is really a BIG CONCERN for the security of my account! Also I want to add that the security guy there was really nice and polite.
