Best pest control service in the valley! We moved to Florence, and Merrill Pest Solutions did not shy away from our location like other services have. We have a new build, so keeping critters at bay has been our priority. Our first treatment was in January 2024, and we had our second this month in February. I am happy to share that our home has zero bugs inside. We live on a street with dirt lots on both sides of our home and heavy construction all around the street. I am also highly impressed with the customer service. I prefer texting; the owner/representatives are very professional and quick to respond. The pricing is fair, considering all the areas they include and the quality of the spray. We did our first two months back-to-back, and then we will receive treatment every two months, keeping the same monthly price. I can't recommend this company enough. It is worth every penny for the peace of mind! I am terrified of spiders, roaches, anything with more than a reasonable amount of legs, or flies lol. We are looking forward to continue keeping our home safe from all the weird things in the desert. They understood my very specific request, a termite inspection for a mortgage. Virtually everyone else tried to sell me a treatment plan presumably because they thought we had termites and heeded to get rid of them. Merrill gave us an appointment time and arrived promptly within the stated window. The inspection took about 15 minutes, we paid and the mortgage company had the report the next day. Wish i could give them more but 5 will have to do. After an unfortunate bedbug problem due to roommates, my girlfriends house needed to be sprayed. I called on Thursday night to get a quote and spoke with Nick (the owner) about or our problem. He gave me a great quote and i asked if there was any chance he could get it done tomorrow. He told me he would make sure to get someone out. He said he would be there between 10-2, i assumed it would be closer to 2 as they were busy but right at 10 Nick himself showed up to take care of the house. He told me all his guys were busy but he wanted to make sure we were taken care of. I can literally sleep calmly now knowing the problem was fixed. Also, the technician was really good about explaining everything that needed to happen and giving me ideas of why I was having some of the problems I was having with German cockroaches. He offered such insight about the best termite prevention and treatment efforts, and patiently explained to all of us the differences in method based on how the houses were built. He also offered a competitive price that me and my 9 other neighbors decided to go with him over the other companies! Once we confirmed, he immediately scheduled us in a couple of days and now we are all termite free. Treatment come with the standard one-year warranty, with option to renew the warranty. Merril Pest has tons of 5 star reviews and I definitely see why now. The buyers of my home are using a VA loan and there was record of previous termites. I sent Nick and his team the inspection done by the buyers and he had me on the schedule for treatment the next day. His tech came out and was done in about 3 hours. I needed a 2 year warranty for the termite treatment as well, and their price was extremely competitive. Basically the same price as every other company that was offering a 1 year warranty.
