They will pluck your cuticles, rinse the tool in the tub while your feet are still soaking, dry it on the paper towel they put your feet on, and chuck it back in the bin. The towels were ice cold, the stones were ice cold, and her massage was pitiful - rushed and unenjoyable. She yawned, wiped her face, and coughed all over my legs the entire time. This place is a sad excuse for an establishment and 100% one of the dirtiest and most unsanitary businesses I've ever come across in my life.

I am super picky with the length and shape of my nails. They know I like them sort and roundish. Also, I always get SNS - this is the best quality powder around. I've had SNS from other salons in the past and my nails would break after 2 weeks. Here, I always go 3+ weeks (and hypothetically if the nail does crack, it still stays ON, and does not fall off... but my nails have not cracked in over a year!). The color variety is awesome too! Some colors are really fun and glow in a black light! (See my attached pictures for all my fun colors over the years!) The pedicures are always very relaxing and they recently started with a hot stone at the end! It's an amazing extra! If you're in need of a massage, see Dora! More importantly though, each of the employees try their best to satisfy each customer- any time I ask them to make a change (I am very picky!!) they oblige and do an amazing job. This is just some of the wonderful work they've done on my nails :) I always ask for different designs and like to challenge them, and they're always up for it and willing to try. I know in the past they've accepted walk-ins, but now with how everything's been set up because of COVID, they've had to start requesting appts. First off she made my nails look like teeth and I had to keep correcting her on multiple nails, especially the right thumb. I let her know multiple times that this is not right and I even asked her "is this your best?" I received no response. I tried to show her a picture of what I wanted so she would know what to do and she didn't even look. The French tips I got were so thick and nasty I told her to take it off, with respect of course. She took it off and then top coated me. The residual paint from the French tips was left and I asked her to fix it. She shaved it off and did not put on another top coat. I asked her if this was it and she said yes. I let her know I was not satisfied and she did not respond. When I told the people at the front desk that I will be requesting a refund through my bank, she attempted to hold my card!!! This nail job lasted 2 hours for terrible results. I called my bank from the parking lot for a refund. Next time, let someone know if you cannot do a simple French tip. I was the only customer at the end of the night and around 5 workers began to argue with me. As I said before this was my first time there and I love getting my nails done, so this was by far a huge disappointment. These nails are ugly and I will be getting my money back. This event happened on 5/1/26.
