They are a bit expensive, but what isn't these days? They always do a terrific job and are very nice.

This is a nice place as far as salons go. I love Lina. Also, when I have had an issue, management has resolved it quickly.

This is their attempt at A "redo" nail after the manicurist tried LITERALLY 4 times and didn't even bother after the 5th. This is what I left with. 2 completely different shapes, sizes, designs. I had returned days later since the same day I left my mani and PEDI that I paid over 120 dollars for, got ruined. Smeared broken nails. And this is gel so you can imagine the amount of pain you experience having to fix a gel nail. :) more than once. Absolutely insane and ridiculous read more

I'm not the one to leave reviews but this is now the third time I have came to get my toes done and I am disgusted how I left and she kept telling me I can switch the person but everybody I go to does a terrible job..From filing to applying the paint. I usually get gel but decided to get regular because my toenails were really weak and they kept breaking. This is how I left. Maybe they need better training with toes. But kris did my nails wonderfully, I'll go back for that. Also she was eavesdropping on my conversation that I was having. read more

This is a local place. Important to know that in a 1.5 mile radius there have to be 10 other nail salons. You would think since there was so much competition they would be more pleasant. Made an appointment on a Saturday morning for a pedicure along with my daughter. It was the quickest pedicure on record. 20 minutes from the time we walked in to the time we were sitting under the dryer. Once they heard we only wanted a regular pedicure they were very uninterested. Barely filed my toenails. Polish application was mediocre at best. Some spots were very transparent! Wondered why at 10:30 on a Saturday morning they were barely any customers now I know why. read more

I am a frequent customer when it comes to yh nails, I have never had a problem with my nails, until recently. While home for a break I made an appointment for an acrylic full set. During application the only time the manicurist asked any questions regarding my set, was if I was okay with the length. He then proceeded to file, and ultimately ruined the length and shape I had requested. After the nails were completed, no questions were asked and I was rushed out the door after paying (the black nail set). My fingers were raw from the amount of cuticle work they had done, most nails were different levels and the top near the cuticles was sharp and ragged. I then called after my appointment to request a full new set (due to how short they ultimately became and for them to file them all to the shortest nail, would have just not looked right). They gave me no problem and scheduled me for the next day. I then had the same manicurist do my nails, I requested a white chrome set, after the final layer of the white polish (which I am not a fan of alone without the chrome) he then proceeded to tell me he does not know how to do chrome finish. At this point I had enough, now I have a nail color I am not happy with and although the application was better, it was no means perfect especially for a redo, the nail shape and lengths were still uneven. I appreciate their attempt to accommodate me but will no longer be receiving my business. read more

I've always had a great experience here -- I get acrylic nails done with a design and have never been disappointed. The price is reasonable for the area in my opinion (although it is extra for shaping and design per nail). My acrylics last for a month or more. read more

Currently having a pedicure with Kelly. She is clearly miserable and was finished in 15 minutes total. She also hovered over me as I signed the receipt to make sure I gave her a tip. It was a horrible experience. I will not be back This place is beautiful but after a long day all I wanted was a nice pedicure and was horribly mistaken choosing this place. Hanys nails in Yorktown is close to here just as nice and clean but the staff is so friendly and truly Love what they do. I will never come here again. read more

I had a 12:30 appointment and was a few minutes late, and got the look and attitude immediately followed by an exchange in a foreign language. I told them if they were too busy, I would try another day. Didn't feel comfortable staying anyway as I saw people waiting inside and that doesn't seem wise with high COVID rates. read more

Pros: Clean, Fast, Friendly, lots of colors to choose from, decent prices depending on the service you are requesting Cons: If you need your cuticles or ingrown nails cut, this is not the place to go, if you want multiple services, you would get multiple workers which means you would have to tip all of them. read more

My teenage daughter (Who for the first time got a manicure by herself) went into the salon to get her nails done. Her appointment ran really long and they didn't finish her manicure until two hours later. She didn't complain, and still gave the manicurist a tip. On her way out of the door, the man behind the register abruptly called her and said "Wait! Did you leave her a tip?" I don't think I have to explain all the ways that this was inappropriate. My daughter, being an innocent kid, was very eager to assure the gentleman that she did, fearing that he thought she did something wrong. I think it was an extremely poor taste to stop her at the door to press her about tipping. And for that reason, I will make sure she never returns. I will continue to let my friends and family know how you operate as well. Wondering if you do that all of your clients, or if you only have the nerve to do that to young teenagers who are by themselves. read more

The man doing my manicure almost 4 weeks ago was digging into my cuticles very aggressively and had to ask him to stop two times. After the second time I was bleeding and no apology! Two weeks after that manicure I am now suffering an infection in that same finger!! I have been to urgent care twice as of today and now on second antibiotic! Last week I came here for the first time since they opened, I've also heard good things about it so why not give it a try. I arrived at 10:15, the place was beautiful, I was greeted right away, & Diana was also able to take me right away which was great since i didn't have an appt. It took her 1.5 hours to give me a basic acrylic fill with gel polish. Not only that, but she just seemed so sad and depressed the entire time, barely looked up, and looked so miserable to be there doing my nails.. I appreciated that she was articulate and took her time, but I couldn't even get the design i wanted since i was already going to be late for work by that point. I just felt bad for the poor girl who actually had an appt at 11am, she was sitting there waiting and by 11:30 she told them she was unhappy & left. My nails came out okay. I ended up taking the gel polish off & redoing it myself though. I had to smooth out the surface of my nail first, cause she didn't do that great a job on that part. She also did the first coat of gel polish too thick, so it was lumpy, i could see the strokes, & there was also a few bumps from not cleaning the drill shavings off good. Im happy with them now though, since I smoothed them and did a better polish job than Diana. It might also be nice to add that the 15 minute massage is an additional $10 BEFORE you go to pay, cause it wasn't that great, i wouldn't have paid for it, and i was in such a tizzy trying to pay and rush to work that i didn't even tip that poor guy. I'll likely be back since it's local & affordable, but I'll be sure to ask for someone faster next time & decline the massage. read more

Was upset that I went once the girl I booked was no longer working there gave me someone that was inexperienced. Did a lousy job. I went another time and my regular Kris wasn't working that day and again I got someone that was not good. Don't put regulars with people that aren't good. If you go get Kris. I got my tips done for prom and the women doing my nails (Rose I believe) was very rude. She wouldn't look at the deign I gave her for reference for more then 2 seconds , she wouldn't let me look at my own nails and she rolled her eyes at me when I didn't understand what she was saying. It hurts me to write this review - it really does. But I had the worst experience about two weeks ago (mind you, I've been going here for almost a year). If I could give ZERO stars, I would. All I'm saying is, nail techs, if your PAYING CLIENT asks you to do their nails a certain way or if you're hurting them, JUST LISTEN!! I will not name names as to embarrass this person but she did not listen to me when I told her specifically what I wanted and to not cut my nails. Not to mention she broke my skin a few times from filing too hard (mind you the file looked like it was run through by hundreds of hands and I had to stop her to spray alcohol as to not get an infection) and the polish came out bulky. She even left the acrylic powder to dry on my skin when I told her it was caked under the nail and hardened on my skin. She said she "forgot". I was charged $50 for a French fill in, no designs. I went to pay and I wasn't about to tip because I wasn't happy. TIP IS SOMETHING YOU EARN! Do you know the ladies looked at me and asked if I'd tip?!! TIP?!!!! Not to mention, I stormed back in moments later because my nails were chipping and if I was going to spend $50 plus tip, I need a little extra design. That was the least they could do after that horror show. I won't be back. My nails didn't even last the week before they started chipping. I will NEVER come back!!!! read more

Gorgeous place, everything was sparkling clean and seemed brand new. The employees were friendly and kind. There was no strong chemical stench (as found in most nail salons.) I had a relaxing pedicure and felt very safe with the amount of space between customers as well as clear barriers between staff and patrons for our safety. I went in for acrylics about 2 weeks ago, and my nails have lasted, which is awesome! I did have to wait for a little while, but that was my own fault as I went a Friday afternoon, and happened to get there during rush. I was seated and the woman was very precise and efficient. However. I went to get them removed and it somehow took over an hour. The man who removed my nails scraped on my skin with the file a couple times and then dipped my hands in the polish remover, which hurt. Either way, I would come back to get my nails done but get them removed somewhere else. read more

The rest of the staff are nice. Pedicures are good too. Feet remain smooth they do a good job. I have been going to this nail salon since they opened. I often take advantage of the coupons printed on the back of ShopRite receipts because it saves an additional $5. However, today I spent $141 between services for myself and my daughter. When I tried to use a coupon for her and one for myself only one coupon would be accepted. I'm not sure where this policy is printed or posted. I find Bryan's attitude extremely disrespectful-he answers the phone and sits at first table by cash register He never addressed me or even looked up-all he did was nod NO when Maggie asked if she could apply a coupon for each of us. This is bad business practice aside from RUDE BEHAVIOR. I ASSUME since I paid on one transaction that is why my second coupon would not be taken. Again that's my assumption since no one bothered explaining. Another example of a salon that doesn't need clients and doesn't care about keeping the loyal ones I guess...DONT GO HERE!!! Nice and clean. Everyone welcoming. The reason for the 3 stars is the nail tech was very rough with the cuticle trimmer. She kept cutting away more than dead skin. I let her know it was uncomfortable but that didn't stop her and she drew blood in a couple spots. Needless to say, many of my fingers are very sore now. read more

i walked in for a UV gel set and was immediately seated which was great! the place was clean and gorgeous on the inside. i told the tech that i wanted square nails with rounded edges (more natural looking). while she was doing my nails i quickly realized she was putting HUGE amounts of the gel on my nail at one time and having me cure my nails under the light which felt like actual fire on my nails. i kept taking my hands in and out because it was so hot on my nails. before she put the paint on i asked her to please fix the shape which she still didnt understand what i wanted. i explained again and she "fixed it" and started painting. after painting i told her again this isnt what i wanted and she said when they dry she will fix them, again did not fix them. i left after being coned into their VIP memership card (still have no idea what it is) and getting in the car i got a closer look at the nails that were the total opposite of what i wanted. maybe i got the wrong tech idk but now im home reshaping my $75 nails that took an hour and 15 minutes to do. im not happy honestly read more
