Coming all the way from Boston to my brothers graduation thinking I could find a great place to get my nails done. I made an appointment, waited almost 20 minutes (no biggie). Finally Linda comes over to greet me, she hits and starts filing, a hit confused since I know usually cuticles are the first part they do. As more customers come in, I see their faces and I can tell they're stressing about time. Linda starts to rush, barely touches my cuticles and it took her 23 minutes to do my GEL nails. I asked for a wax and she hesitates but laughs and says yes. She rushes me in there and I've never felt more upset about the treatment. This place use to be great but lately it's been trash. I walk out now with crooked nails and gel polish that lasts maybe a week if I'm lucky. They seem to have stopped pushing down cuticles while doing fills so you see growth pretty quick and they don't clean up nail beds at all any more. Also, the gel polish selection sucks. My pedicures have started chipping after 2 days. Idk what they're doing to their polishes but they aren't lasting. After my last 3 visits, I'm not going back. Edit to add since I'm so annoyed. At first I thought this was going to be my new go-to spot. I'm still new around NY as I have only been here for less than a year and gotten my nails done 3 times while here. I was paired with Amy who at first was doing a very good job with my nails, she took her time shaping, making sure they were the same length and etc. It went down hill when she was working on my French tips. Personally, I like thin french tips but she had a hard time understanding what I meant and the owner had to tell her that I wanted them thinner.. which I believed annoyed her. Afterwards, it looked pretty nice once I took them out of the UV lighting but she put a second coat of the French tip which made them look atrocious. I didn't realize how bad it looked until I went to my car.. I had to go to a different salon to get them fixed. Overall it wasn't a bad job.. just don't get french tips here lol read more

Not so divine. I was in Mount Kisco for a hair appointment and decided to get a manicure for a baby shower this weekend. Based on positive reviews, I thought I would be in good hands. The manicurist was nice enough, but when she got to my left thumb when cutting my cuticle, she cut me. It wasn't a small nick either. It's still sore to the touch (2.5 days later). I'm pretty sure they also water down their polish. My go to color is Fiji by Essie. Two coats should not still be streaky. Within 12 hours, two of my nails already have chips. Sufficed to say, I won't be back. read more

Very happy w my experience here. I had an hour and a half to kill before lunch w a girlfriend so stopped in. Got the hot spring pedicure w Amy and she was great. Did a nice job for me and worked hard. Nail polishes were sorted out by color which was nice. If I'm ever in the neighborhood again I will be back. Great spot! read more

I like to get services such as waxing and nails at Divine because they are quick, professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is busy but pleasant, as they have many clients :) They offer a wide variety of manicures, pedicures, skin treatments, etcetera at rates that are far more justifiable than most of the exorbitant costs of other local salons, especially for massage and nail services. I have had great fills, pedicures, and waxing there, and the massage was truly rejuvenating. One technician's talented touch realigned my shoulders and practically changed my day with a few simple pressure points while my nails dryed, it was great! I plan to try the hot stone massage and facial just to see how divine they really are...but so far so good. This is the best deal for the most quality I have found in the area. read more

I was pretty nervous to even try this place after reading these horrible reviews- especially because I wanted acrylic tips. But, I am SO glad I gave them a shot. I've tried so many different places (8, I'm not exaggerating) in both LI and the Pleasantville area. All of them were horrible and really hurt my nails (made me never want to go to a nail salon again). Divine nail salon quickly became my one and only nail salon. Divine nails met and exceeded my expectations. I wanted a very particular look, acrylic tips with the coffin style. They last 2 weeks without a doubt, I can even stretch it to 3 if I need to. I always have Mark do it because he's unbelievable. He's also very good at designs! He did a snowman and an ornament on my nails during the holiday season. The picture I posted is of my nails exactly one week after getting them done. I work with young kids so I use my hands A LOT. I couldn't be happier with my experience. this is by far the WORST service i've ever had at a nail salon. I walk in with my friend and asked for a manicure and an acrylic fill. I waited 30 minutes for that alone. Then, another 20 in the pedicure chair. Mind you, it wasn't even that busy. Then, while in the chair, my friend asks if they could do an acrylic set. They responded with "we don't have time". side note, it was only 2:00 at this time and they don't close until 5:30. Then, once our toes were done, we sat for ANOTHER HOUR waiting for someone to pay attention to us for our nails. I asked how long they would be, and they said 15 minutes. Well, that 15 minutes turned into ANOTHER 45. My friend and I upped and left, outraged. Will NEVER be going back. Don't recommend at all. Steer clear. read more

Hi. I have been going to Divine Nails for several years, even though I don't live in Mount Kisco. I live in Rye Brook, NY. I have a very good friend who lives a mile from there so I often combine a pedicure with a visit to her. Every time I go to Divine Nails I am greeted warmly. I always get a basic mani-pedi. I don't know of ANY place near where I live that would do this for $30. They also usually massage your shoulders while you're waiting for your nails to dry. No additional cost. Today, without my asking, they fed my parking meter with their own quarter so I wouldn't get a ticket. I always get a very good basic mani-pedi. During Covid, they have clear plexiglass shield between you & the pedicurist. There is hand sanitizer available. It is clean. Last year they upgraded pedicure chairs, light fixtures, and a new color scheme. Please give them some business whenever you feel comfortable with these services again. read more

I came in looking for a salon where my gel mani and basic pedi wasn't going to cost an arm and a leg (as is always possible in this area) and that's what I got. As always, you get what you pay for. We tried about three or four gel polish colors before we found one that was still available and not so old it didn't look like the same color anymore. Pedicure was fine. After moving to NY this summer and I've been to several nail salons. I've tried to find a great place and a great technician since I'm very particular about my nails. I've an acrylic overlay and need someone who can shape them well as I like them short and natural looking. Mark is THE BEST! Massages are great and everyone there is friendly. Prices are reasonable. The entire staff is friendly, kind and helpful. I come here every two weeks for manicures, pedicures and eyebrow waxing. I leave very happy with the job done each time. I normally go to Iris in Katonah but since my go to lady left I finally decided to try Divine in town thanks to the mostly positive reviews. I have to say that Divine is not the most clean salon that I had been to. The Pedi chairs are old and uncomfortable with broken massage remote controls. They didn't have a coat hanging area so I had to carry my coat everywhere I turn. After pedi, Sophia, who was servicing me helped me put it on the mani chair (very uncomfortable, too) next to me, a few minutes later another lady who worked there came over and just grabbed it and stuff it behind my back when another customer walked in. I was fine with it but then I found a polish stain on the back of my coat!! So was I happy with the conditions of the place per se, not really! But I have to give four star based on Sophia's service and skills, SHE WAS AWESOME! She did a GREAT job on my pedi and color gel Mani on me and OMG her massage was amazing!! I added 10 extra mins of foot massage and she almost put me to sleep!!! She was so patient while I was going over the color gel. When I couldn't find the color I wanted she asked me to describe it and she brought me exactly what I asked. Will I go back again? Absolutely, I'm sure we ladies all agree that it is so hard to find someone that knew exactly what u prefer especially when comes to our hands and toes:-) at least that's my top priority. Great waxing! Very thorough and efficient. I went in for a full leg and bikini wax with Anna and was done in a little over a half hour. Before we started she also asked whether I wanted anything else (eyebrow, lip, etc) and she waxed the hair on my big toe without me having to ask (love that). She also double checked the spots that are often overlooked, like behind the knee and around the ankle. I will definitely go back. I have been here twice for eyebrow waxing and have had varying experiences, but overall this was a negative experience. It is clear that there are inconsistent practices for cleanliness and waxing. My technician did not use new tools for me and I believe there were instances of double dipping. There is clean paper placed under your head, but the table is covered with a table cloth that is not easily cleaned. While the prices were fair, I felt uncomfortable and won't be returning. read more
