The pedicure women have extremely dirty coveralls , it's so unsettling...turns me off doing my pedicure. If people don't care how they look... I don't trust their hygiene. The owner ( I think), Terry, is the only one who is professional and knows what she is doing . The men are pretty much useless... don't know what they are doing there, don't use them if you are being offered their services. The ambience of classical music is my favorite. I've been going here a lot lately when spending my weekends out of the city, and I've been very pleased with the handful of gel manicures and couple pedicures I had there. Each time my manicures have lasted weeks without chipping - my nails grow quickly so they end up with too much growth at the cuticle and are just too long before the tips even chip. They have a decent variety of colors and it seems like a pretty clean place. I've found all of the staff very friendly and the prices seem reasonable to me. read more

Disappointing. They charge a fee to pay with a credit card but it is not advertised anywhere. The salon is old(dim lit & carpet) and their prices are very expensive for the quality you receive. The parking lot is also horrible. I will not be back! read more

I was beyond devastated when my nail place closed and frantic trying to find a new place. I do the powder manicure and I've tried a few other places in town where they did a terrible job. Never square misshapen and bubbly. Just awful. I was beginning to think I was never going to have nice nails again.... until I came here. Anthony did such a great job!!!! He took his time and listened to what I wanted. Not only did he listen, but he delivered. So happy to have found a new nail place!!!! i was between doctors appointments and i am from out of state, so with time to kill i called and was able to get 2 pedicures without a wait for my boyfriend and i. when we arrived they took our temperatures, had us sanitize our hands and fill out a little form with our information. they have plexy glass between the nail tech and customers at the pedicure chairs and nail tables. they are only using every other chair as well. anthony took care of me, we did the milk & honey pedicure - which was amazing. gina took care of my boyfriend who has never had a pedicure before - she also did an amazing job. all tools can from fresh packages or the sanitizer. the salon itself is very clean and relaxing. great job on the covid sanitization! i felt safe and was able to relax. unsure if i'll be back to this area much but if i do return to the area i'll be back to kiscocos! read more

I have been going here for years on and off. This is by far the best one in the area. Depending on who you get you will have great work that will last 2/3 weeks without chipping. The only downfall is parking, and you MUST make an appointment. That in itself tells you a great deal. The only thing I will not do is the callus pedi add on. It doesnt work, and I do not have thick callouses so that was disappointing. read more

This place made me realize what an awful job my old salon was doing. This salon is clean and the staff is friendly. They also give your gel polish time to soak off instead of waiting a minute and then filing it off, destroying your nails in the process. I legit could've left after they took my old polish off without having them do anything else and my nails would've looked great, which has never been the case for me before. Also, they didn't roll their eyes at me when I asked for them to get my nails as short as possible, which was refreshing. Not everyone likes having long nails! I was a regular at this place years ago but left when I moved away, and until now I had forgotten how awesome they are. Love it. Will be back! read more

Rude owner is right! I've had some good services here over the years, but finally I've had enough with the not just indifferent, but outright rude owners. The salon was clean but super busy. I was there for a pedicure and a manicure. I got "shamed" into buying a $60 pedicure instead of $35 bc she said I have calluses. I had rough feet at the time (had been like 1.5 months since my previous pedi) but I did not have calluses. That extra $25 didn't even buy me extra massage time. The manicure was ok. I never do reviews but I feel compelled as I receciced the worst customer service today. I had come in before Xmas and had a pedicure. My toes chipped after two days really badly. I called and spoke to Tony who was lovely and he said when I was back in town to come in. I went back today (two weeks later) and told his wife what had happened. I said I wasn't expecting a full do over but if they could do something for me I was willing to have a manicure and pedicure. She. Could not have been ruder.she basically said sorry nothing i can do, you have to come in 2 days after. I explained again i spoke to her husband and i was out of the country. I said so there is nothing you can do and you're willing to lose a good customer . She said yes! Ok then i left . I have been going to Kiss Coco's for years and I love this place. By far the best manicure I can get in the area and great prices too. I get a regular manicure here and it lasts so long without chipping which is awesome. A variety of spa pedicure options available. Also my favorite place to get my eyebrows waxed. I came here when my usual nail salon was too full and I am so happy I did. This is a hidden gem! The place is so clean and cute. It has beautiful artwork and crystals hanging from the wall. The atmosphere is very quiet and relaxing. Most importantly, they do an amazing job! They take their time on you, even if there is a wait. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The pedicure station is very clean. They have new chairs and liners in the tubs. They use new files as well. My gel manicure was amazing and turned out perfect. They didn't file and scratch my nails like they have at other places. The equipment was new and state of the art. The manicurist spent concentrated time on each finger and did an amazing job! I've used Coco for 2 yrs.,and experienced so many unprofessional practices, I've listed them below, in priority order: 1) The owner takes no responsibilty. 2) the owner is quick to accept payment, but unwilling to compromise when things don't turn out as you wished. 3) She makes the non-technicians make corrections. I stumbled upon this place recently. Went in for pedicure, and saw what a great job they were doing on other clients, so I decided to get a manicure for my very short nails. The girl doing my nails had beautiful, short nails. She told me it was a gel manicure. I didn't believe it, because they were totally natural looking, not thick and square like I am used to seeing. The woman next to me showed me her nails. She said she has been getting this gel manicure for 3 years. Her nails looked absolutely natural. They, too, were "normal" thickness and very naturally shaped. I decided to drop $30 on the gel manicure. I was told it would last 2 weeks and I should come back in for a follow up. I have been away on business, so it has been 3 weeks since the gel. They look fantastic. I should mention that I am gardener by profession so my nails take a beating.
