Burned my face during a wax. Very painful and very uncomfortable. Wax was too hot and ripping was too aggressive. read more

Yooyoo Nail Spa - Nail Salons Near Me - Mount Kisco, New York

A friend recommended this place to me for a manicure and it was honestly everything I needed. Clean, inexpensive, and honestly great craftsmanship and attention to detail. The staff was all friendly. Olga did my toes, and Chloe did my hands. Modest selection of polish, but honestly felt that they were patient and crazy efficient. I was in and out for a gel manicure and regular pedicure in just under an hour. Easy parking, accepts Apple Pay and allows tipping on credit card for bozos like me who were cashless. read more

I have been with this Nail Salon for years and they have been incredible highly recommend read more

My go to nail place. Never have any issues. Make an appointment or call ahead. It's hard for me to schedule in advance but I always call ahead before I go and ask if they have time and they are always accommodating. Very clean and usual prices for Westchester. read more

For the third time in as many months I called to make an appointment with a specific staff member. I spoke to "MIke", who confirmed the appointments. When i arrived, the staff member was working on other customers. I was then handed a cell phone and spoke to "Mike" who directed me use another staff member. While this used to be my salon of choice, the blatant disrespect and inability to honor appointments ensures that i will not return. read more

This is the worse place ever! Stay clear from this place. Do not waste your money or time! Never ever never again. I asked for a full set coffin shape. During the process, the gentleman stopped about 15 times to answer the phone and to do other things I kept asking him over and over and over. Why aren't my nails shaping out correctly, kept he kept telling me it's going come out it's gonna come out, It takes a while to shape the nails. it took two hours and when I complained about my nails, he said oh you asked for the nails to be too long. I've had nails much longer than this before. If you can't do the nails, the way a customer ask for them to be then say you can't do it get someone else or advice for them not to get their nails done at that particular place You can see through the nails, they're not shaped correctly. My five year old do better nails than they do. Two hours of my life was wasted, and now I can't even get my nails done properly because he filed them so much, they are sensitive. This is the most crappy place you can ever go to a waste of money, a waste of time.... I am so, so upset. Do not go here read more

They did an unbelievable job on my nails and although it was busy they accommodated me promptly and they were incredibly kind and professional. My normal salon isn't open right now but I know that this place will be able to be there for me now ! Thanks so much read more

This place is a great spot to get your nails done. $40 for a mani-pedi which is reasonable. It's kept clean and the staff are accommodating. They follow covid protocols to keep customers safe. I'd recommend coming here if you want to treat yourself. read more

Don't come here the right foot doesn't know what the left foot is doing The owner is an idiot I made an appointment and I was rushed the person wasn't ready when I got here.. waited a half hour for the girl to begin my nails. Also had an appointment for a pedicure was told I couldn't have a spa pedicure even though that's what I booked because she said there wasn't enough time she had another client waiting You can't make this stuff up unbelievable. read more

took three hours, two workers trying to get a "powder Gel" fill right! Never again!! Nails were cut uneven, left with short nails and an ugly gel manicure! Most disturbing fact is that they didn't care about their work! Won't be going back to KB Nails! read more

This place is AWFUL. I went in for mani/pedi today on lunch wtih a friend. Maria was my nail tech. Instead of cutting the cuticles around my toes she just started pulling skin. I pulled my foot away and said "ouch". Then she started to do it again, so I pulled my foot away and asked her to please not do that. So then she tried to keep cutting a third time until I had to yell at her to put the took away and stop cutting! Then she muttered a curse word under hear breath in spanish. she obviously didn't realize or expect that I speak and understand spanish. The worst part of this whole experience was that the owner/managers were sitting right there watching this whole thing and didn't come over to say anythign or check on me. They didn't offer me a discount off of my service or even apologize. Never again. read more

I'm not a regular for manicures .... only on special occasions. I got a French manicure here for a wedding and the guy did a really good job. Unfortunately I do not know the guys name but he did exactly what I asked. He really took his time and did an excellent job. I decided to try this place after reading good reviews from others. Highly recommend. read more

Absolutely satisfied with their service. If you are looking for a nice place, give them a try. Olga is the best with pedicures, she takes her time and does an amazing job. Place is quiet, reaxing, and they are adhering to all covid guidelines. read more

I love this place, it's my little secret. I almost didn't post a review because I want to keep it to myself. Good prices, great work. Always quite and clean. David gives great foot reflexology massage. read more

I've just stared going here about 2 months ago. The staff is wonderful - friendly and does a great job. Olga is my favorite.

Been a couple times, and was happier with my spa pedi (amazing relaxing massage) than my gel mani. I will say, it is a solid gel mani, but for thirty dollars my tech could have done a little more than just slap some lotion on my hands when she was done. Otherwise, the salon is meticulously clean and they are following all protocols. Hoping it was just an off day. I will be back! read more

I think this place I under new management; it has gotten a lot better the past few times I've been in! Meticulous gel manicures, very friendly service! The only thing I don't like is that they seem to charge you for gel soak off, even if you are getting another gel manicure. read more

I absolutely love this place!! Finally an EXCELLENT and RELIABLE nails & spa place in Kisco! Olga is WONDERFUL! She's so meticulous and just perfect! Olga also gives killer massages!! Annie does my eyebrows to perfection. read more

Love this place!! Olga is my favorite, she always takes her time making sure everything looks perfect! Not only that but she gives the best massages. Definitely recommend if you're in the area read more

KB Nails & Spa is now run by Annie and David. They are truly warm and friendly and so is the staff (Hannah, Olga and Maria). David gives killer masages and the salon now has all new chairs and equipment. But the biggest plus of all is that they now offer the most amazing pedicure which actually feels like you're soaking your feet in warm sand (but even better) instead of just regular water. You have to experience it to understand! I truly hope that they will be around for a long time! Love this place! read more

An hour & a half for a manicure & pedicure and I was the only customer the whole time. 1 girl was doing everything (even answering the phone) while 3 or 4 other people were sitting around on their cell phones. It was very awkward & I was so frustrated that it took so long. Giving them 3 stars instead 1 because the pedicure with the sand was awesome & the manicure stayed perfect for over a week & pedicure is still perfect after 4 weeks! The girl was friendly too. read more
