By far the worst nail experience I have ever had. Ellen cut my nails so short - literally to the skin! I told her to please make them even and she cut them all wayyyy shorter than even my shortest nail. I specifically said "cut them just a little." I wanted to leave halfway and the manager, John, told me I still had the pay the whole price of $15. I spent months growing my nails so any woman knows how frustrating this is. FYI I never ever complain at nail places . This is my first negative review. I am not a difficult person so if I'm taking the time to do this, you can believe it. I left $10 - waste of money and waste of all that time growing my nails . If you do go, do not sit with Ellen. She laughed when I said it's too short and rolled her eyes. I hope the owner reconsiders who has working there!! Manager also terrible. *PS - I AM BEING GASLIT ON OTHER PLATFORMS THAT I REQUESTED THEM TO BE THAT SHORT. THAT IS A SIMPLE LIE AND HERE IS MY RESPONSE TO THAT NONSENSE: ***IN RESPONSE: NO, THAT IS COMPLETELY UNTRUE. MY SHORTEST NAIL WAS MY MIDDLE NAIL ON THE LEFT AND I SPECIFICALLY SAID YOU CAN MAKE THEM THIS LENGTH TO BE EVEN. THAT NAIL WAS NO WHERE NEARRRRR AS SHORT AS WHAT SHE DID... And then laughed when I complained. And to make matters worse the manager tried to charge me $15 when I didn't even stay to get them painted. GLAD TO SEE THIS BUSINESS IS STILL MAKING EXCUSES. Called five minutes before arriving and they fit me in 30 minutes before closing! The space was extremely clean, everything seems brand new! They have a large selection of Essie, OPI and other products as well as gel offerings. I got a pedicure with Jenny who was so kind and sweet. She did an amazing job and I will definitely be coming back to see her again not to mention their TVs play gardening YouTube which was so relaxing and totally up my alley! read more

This place is a wonderful spot to get a mani/pedi! I am very particular about where I spend my time and money -- and in other salons, I am weary of cleanliness, kindness and the final results. This is a space where I am always treated warmly and respectfully. I usually get a gel manicure but recently tried tips/dip powder. Before the service, the manager took the time to explain my options and the costs, as well as removal and how long it would last. In other spaces, these conversations are rushed -- or the staff if impatient. I always leave very happy, feeling pampered and I love my nails. The nail techs are gentle, communicative -- making sure you are comfortable and happy throughout the process. I bring my mom and my 6 year old daughter regularly, and they both love it too. read more
