Rich Rodriguez and Sou were the representative that helped my parents and I with our purchase. We had went through the Costco Auto program that introduced us to great deals. For a dealership to be apart of their program, they must follow strict requirements so not many dealers are linked to this program. I was pleased to find out that Merced Kia was one of those dealers. Once I signed up, I was contacted immediately by another friendly representative named Sou to scheduled a visit. When we arrived, we had an idea for what we wanted as it was either a 2016 Kia Optima or a 2016 Nissan Altima. Sou showed us a few options then shortly after, Rich had joined in to assist us. We were adamant that we wanted a black on black color for the Kia but even though this dealership didn't have it, they had very convenient options of finding that exact car and brining to Merced for us if we chose. The 2nd option was a beautiful Pearl White Kia with black interior that they had there as an option. Rich took the time to thoroughly explain why the Kia Optima was a great option as it had an amazing safety rating and a ton of cool features worth knowing. Since my mother was unable to join us at that time to the dealership but was going to be making the final decision, Rich gave us the option to take the white Kia to my house so that my mother could see it in person without a rep going with us so we could comfortably show it off to the family. Once we realized we wanted the car, the financing options and process of doing the paperwork was among the easiest I've ever been apart of. We were on a strict budget but we felt very accommodated as they worked every angle possible to get as close as possible to the monthly payment that we can manage. Overall, we did think about going out of town to buy our new car but found that there was great options in Merced and glad we chose this location. Highly Recommended. read more

Merced Kia is the BEST! When the manager, Gilbert, tells you something, he keeps his word. Merced Kia beat every other dealerships prices, since I shopped around (and there were several, let me tell you) and Gilbert beat them all just like he said he would. That is what you call SERVICE!!! I had one of the greatest sales people ever helping me at Merced Kia. His name is Vincent Garcia and I highly recommend him. Vincent took his time with me and had so much patience. Vincent really cares about your driving experience when trying to decide on buying a new car. He is just wonderful with showing you all that the new cars have to offer and explaining each feature with such ease. It is such a big decision when purchasing a new vehicle and Vincent Garcia makes it so comfortable and stress free. I actually purchased the Kia Niro Hybrid Plug-in, mostly because of the wonderful help I received from the best sales person ever, Vincent Garcia! I also purchased the Kia Niro because of the really good reports it received, all that gasoline I will not be paying$$ for, and also saving the air we breath. I had the BEST experience at Merced Kia with the help of Gilbert Hernandez, the sales manager, Vincent Garcia, the best sales person ever, and I also have to mention the finance manager, Troy Sutphin, because without his knowledge, I would have not received such a good loan payment. Troy can explain the numbers in a friendly way that helps even people like me, understand the math. I will always remember the great experience I had at Merced Kia not to mention the most wonderful sales people I have ever worked with. I love my new car even more because of the people at Merced Kia. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. read more

Last weekend my husband and I needed a new car due to our current car being totaled in a reck. We quickly learned just how safe Kia's are : ) We also learned a used Sorento doesn't last long on a car lot due to the safety level and available seating. We were first greeted by Richard who was kind and informative. He then had us speak with Rob when it came to the numbers end of things since we were very interested in buying a used Sorento they had just got in stock. Being that we were not in a place to put any money down since we were having to but a car unexpectedly and we like most households have tight finances we could only afford so much. Rob fought for us to leave with not only having the car our family needed but at a price we could afford. Ask for Rob and tell him Adrian and Krista sent you ;-) read more

I recently visited and purchased my first off the lot car here with Merced Kia. I had an amazing experience and it was thanks to Sou! He was an awesome person to work with, purchasing a car is always a difficult and worrisome process especially purchasing a car you haven't physically seen or been inside. With a very professional and personal approach Sou made this experience delightful. He reassured me and gave me any information I needed to ease my worries and catered to my family and made this a very relaxed and easy process. Merced Kia seems to be a very trustworthy dealership and if you're looking for somewhere that cares about what your looking for this is the place to be. I'm extremely satisfied with my experience as well as my purchase and I can't thank Sou and the rest of his team enough! read more

Today an angel was sent to me and his name was Saan. As I came into the Merced Kia parking lot, I saw a car I already had my eye on, but wasn't sure of the full details on the vehicle. It was just my luck the vehicle that I had my eye on, was pre-owned and turned into the dealership just last night! Saan worked with me and got me into a 2014 Kia Optima! I was so happy, I cried tears of joy! I would also like to thank Gilbert the Finance Manager for making this happen for me as well. Saan provided excellent customer service and I would recommend everyone looking to buy a new car to go see him. Thank you Merced Kia for working miracles for me today! The best dealership I have been to thus far!!!! read more

Hi My name is Mrs. Boylan and recently I bought my 2nd Kia Soul from this dealership in 8 months. Our Salesperson was Mr. Fabian Jimenez who is a very respectful young man whose personality and honesty was outstanding. He never pressured me into buying any vehicle and was very knowledgeable in the functions of each car on the lot. I had a no haggle conversation on the price of the Kia Soul I purchased and got a great value when purchased. I highly recommend Fabian and the dealership. If you would like to talk to Fabian his number is 1-209-384-2000. The best time to call him is around noon, but you can call after 10am and leave a message and he will get back to you in a very short time. read more

Quick shoutout to Sou Saechao (Internet Sales Team) & Arturo Ornelos (Finance Manager). I filled out the finance application online and was immediately contacted by email and phone from Sou about being pre-approved. I'm a first time car buyer and couldn't be any more happier with my new 2016 Kia Soul. I wasn't expecting to get the car til after I filed taxes but Sou & Arturo made it happen for me the same day with little down and an affordable monthly payment. Went in, test drove the Kia Soul with Sou got back filled out paperwork with Arturo and next thing you know I'm driving a brand new car off the lot, awesome. Had a very pleasant experience at this dealership. Had been dealing with so many sales men at other dealerships it was nice to deal with someone who you actually felt was working to try to get you the best deal. Very happy with my purchase and a big thank you to Sou Saechao for going above and beyond to make this happen for me it was a pleasure working with you on getting this car. Thank you. You were so helpful, patient and even had to stay at work super late to wait for me as I was coming from over 2 hours away. I truly appreciate you. read more

I had to take my car back for a recall issue, so I sent my brother to take care of it. Let me tell you he came back so impresed by the way Kia Motors took care of them on the 2 hour wait. They not only provided shuttle service to the nearby mall, but to pick them up after the repair was done. Not to mention they took the time to vacuum and wash my car! I was very pleased by their company's performance! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience my brother had with my car! If there was a 6th star for rating, I would have done so! :) read more

Great place! We bought our daughter's first car from here, and Jake was by far the best car salesman we've dealt with! He was very patient and knowledgeable. When we finished signing, it was so late no one was left to wash and detail the car, so they told us we could take it home and bring it back to be washed, or come back the next day to pick it up. Jake took it while we finished up and washed it himself...he said it was her first car and she should be able to take it home tonight. Great guy! We will definitely go back again! read more

We returned to Merced Kia to renew my lease on my Kia Optima and was attended by Andrea. She was totally ready to offer me the best deal possible! We came here expecting to purchase my car after the lease ended but we walked out with a new car and lots of options. She had several car options ready for us such as other cars/models and rebates/savings. The entire staff was friendly and genuinely interested in the customer experience. So I inquired about trading in my old ford for a new Kia and the sales woman who helped me (Andrea Lowery) went above and beyond to find me the right vehicle for a price I could afford. She was very determined she sent me pictures and prices of vehicles that she had on the lot. As well as did the best she could to get me the lowest payment possible. Now I drive a 2016 Kia Forte lx with 30-40 mpg and I couldn't be happier THANK YOU Andrea for all your help! read more
