They showed me pictures of my drums showing signs of excessive heat. This did not prompt the technician to look at my rear brakes or any form of root cause analysis. I was just sold a brake job and sent it on my way. I asked the service advisor before I left. Did that prompted to look at the rear? He left me with "I would have yeah" and would not elaborate. I checked the rear myself come to find out my push rod was 1/4 inch past the "out of service" legal limit. This compared to the front pushrod, had my front brakes doing majority of the work, it was likely root problem. I only brought this to a dealer despite knowing it had a more expensive price tag, because I " knew he would get done right". Unfortunately, I was proven wrong.

    Brought the 2006 Kenworth 3 axle 4000 gallon water tender here for repairs after finding some…read morethings that needed to be fixed during inspection. After two weeks and $3000, they had taken some play out of the drive shaft(with a shim), fixed the wiper switch(contacts were dirty), and repaired a wheel seal. I'm not sure if I will bring the truck back to this shop because of how long it took. Time is money and with the truck being down that long during fire season, I lost revenue. There is a driver lounge with vending machines and ice, which is great for minor repairs that can be done in a short amount of time. For a shop that is open 13 hours a day, I guess I expected the job to be completed quicker. There are other things that needed to be fixed and I just couldn't wait any longer because the truck was reordered for the same fire that we brought it in from. I would expect to give more stars had the repairs been done sooner.

In less than three months we've brought our truck here multiple times and have spent more than $10,000 trusting their expertise. The result? The truck continues to break down, including today, as I sit waiting for a tow truck on Interstate 80. Apparently, fixing the actual problem is optional. What makes this even more frustrating is that this isn't some unexpected first-time failure. The truck has a history of returning to their shop for the same ongoing reliability issues. Every visit comes with another invoice, another promise, and another disappointment. The financial cost has been significant, but the downtime, missed work, and constant stress have been even worse. When you're paying professional repair rates, you expect professional results. Instead, we've received an expensive lesson in what happens when repairs don't solve the problem. I have completely lost confidence in this company and would never trust them with another vehicle. There are too many other repair shops out there to risk wasting your time and money here.

    Had a breakdown and was towed to this dealer. The first person that I met when they opened the next…read moremorning I thought was a disgruntled salesman that had to work on a Saturday. It was the owner. He was, and is absolutely disrespectful and has zero customer service skills. One of those perpetually angry at the world people and couldn't care less about you, your situation, or your business. Not once has he said a single nice thing to me and I've been in his shop for four days. In fact, he mumbles under his breath about my bringing my truck to his shop and won't even engage in any sort of conversation. He is like this to all customers and most employees. I even called the local Peterbilt dealer and was going to have my truck towed to them but my issue is a Navistar specific warranty. That being said, the parts, service, and techs are very friendly despite the owner's attitude. They have tried to accommodate my being stranded and are doing what they can to get me back on the road. They are a smaller dealer with limited parts and have had to order twice, which is making the repair take longer. They are easy to get to. They offered me a ride to a nearby hotel and I've had no issue getting information and updates. If you have a warranty issue, you're pretty much limited if you're broke down and cant get to another dealer. If it were me and It wasn't a warranty repair, I'd go elsewhere simply because of the owner.

They told me they were a week behind and my truck would be scheduled in by Tuesday I agreed to it but no one even looked at my truck until Thursday. To be fair I brought in an Isuzu when they are clearly an international truck dealership. Still doesn't excuse the poor service. One star for the lack of communication and for not picking up the phone during store hours on several occasions.
