In March 2026 I drove from Razzari Nissan to Razzari Ford and a nosy Mark asked me why? First red flag. He then asked more annoying questions. Later he texts and hounds me with phone calls. Today 3/10/2026 told him to stop calling and lied about his name. There is no Greg. There is a Mark Perez. Front desk receptionist who took my complaint misled me to another Mark in Finance who had nothing to do with Sales department. Also receptionist should know Sales manager she referred my complaint to was out for a few days and route my complaint to the other Sales manager. Bad customer service. In addition Ford Escapes years 2013 and 2020 riddled with engine failures denied by Ford. Sticking to Toyota and Mazda. I know more about 2026 Ford Eacape plug-in than the salesman. I took my truck in for a torque converter/ transmission problem I didn't know what the problem was, I had a warranty that I bought when I purchased the truck from a different dealership, Razarri said my transmission was no good and they use my warranty money to replace the transmission, it was a rebuilt transmission not a new and they definitely over charged me, they used up all of my warranty and the end result is it still has the same issue that it had when I brought my truck in, I took it back and they said it was my motor mounted that was causing the hard shifting and that they needed to reprogram the transmission, I changed the motor mounts my self and the problem still did not get fixe, this has been a nightmare and I feel like all they want to do is get money from me. read more

I came in on the 15th day of August, 2025 to request a sun visior for my 2017 F-150. The lady at the computer said that would cost $450 at the minimum, and that would take several weeks just to arrive. So, I went to a different parts store in Turlock, also a Ford dealer and they got me one for $175 with tax, and that took three days to arrive.
