DO NOT GO HERE! Went here over the weekend and the woman who went with us on a couple of test drives, although just okay (she didn't show me ANYTHING on the cars at all...got the feeling she wasn't as knowledgeable), was not the one who was actually doing the sale. Once the test drives were done, she passed us to Mark who was incredibly pushy. I told him numerous times that I was only there to test drive and was willing to hear out ROUGH numbers only, but he kept insisting that I give all of my information to them to get accurate numbers and the best deal. I'm not at that stage yet, and he didn't listen to me once when I mentioned that. After telling us to "hold on" multiple times, he then brings over his incredibly eccentric and sleazy supervisor (maybe?), who also couldn't take "no" or "I'm only here for test drives" as an answer. On top of that, I'm the one buying the vehicle, yet they both kept looking over at and directing "questions" to the guy who was with me. It was very misogynistic, and it got to the point where I was feeling harassed because they didn't like the word "no", no matter how I said it or how many times I said it. They could give me the best deal out of any dealership in town and I still wouldn't go with them. Incredibly unprofessional and I honestly don't know what kinds of slimy fees they'd tack on without me knowing. These dealerships have gone downhill so much since I purchased a car from Kia back in 2012 or so. BE WARNED! read more

The dealership was more then unhelpful and tried to gaslight me saying oh this happens all the time! I then had to go to a different Hyundai dealership who is treating me like I bought the car from them. I arrive and it was a different story went from 1 hour to 4 hours. Had to Uber home. Second time the doors on our vehicle wouldn't lock. They refused to even look at it for over a week. Even when we were there with the issue present they flat out refused and were complete assholes in service. We drove to Stockton they looked at it right away. We brought the car back for detail,because when it was purchased it had sap all over it. Well, the polish on the car was so bad you could see the circles and scratches after it was done. So we took it elsewhere to have it done correctly. ALSO..Service dept is horrible...Then we refinanced the car and had Gap insurance to be reimbursed to us. 6-8 weeks to receive a check. 3 months later and still no check. Now they are saying it will be another 4-6 weeks. So, GAP has now opened an investigation. So Beware of this dealership!! read more

Do not take your car to get serviced here. I live 2 minutes away from the Merced "dealership" and will gladly drive my car to Modesto to get seen by a real dealership. They lie about the price you will pay it shows when you make an online appointment and not honor the prices they have listed! If you had a appointment for an oil change at 9am be prepared to wait til 4-5pm for them to be done. Overall it's just a hole in the wall shell of a dealership. I would have given this dealer a 5 star review despite buying my car with this weird odor and these red stains on the roof (glad it wasn't blood, but this sauce of some kind). I managed to remove them myself, so that was that. What really upset me about this dealer was their poor customer service. This is my third car purchase at a dealer and I can tell their team is not very experienced and lacking a lot of training. The transaction went smooth overall but them not handing me the second key to my car right there and then when I drove off the lot, was a bit strange to me. Not sure why they have this system which doesn't make sense to me. They just said "oh we'll look for your car's second key and once we find it, we can mail it out to you" since I drove to Merced all the way from San Jose. I was like okay fine, and after like 2 weeks, Anthony, the sales guy confirmed that they found my car's second key and he would mail it out to me. He never reached out to confirm he had mailed it out or to provide me a tracking number. I had to be the one trying to text/call him and of course, no response. Nobody cares right? Him and the dealer already got paid off so not their business. I get it, but now, it's been over a month and I never received my car's second key. I am not hearing back at all from Anthony nor the dealer. Very shady and poor customer service on their part. Mind you, I purchased a $20k + car from you! The least you could've done for me is Fedex it overnight! Extremely shitty customer service. And then they had the nerve to send me an email asking me to refer people to buy a car there. Uh no, not after this! I don't think so! If you do buy a car here, make sure to grab your two keys immediately. I read another guy's review who also had the same experience (he never received his second car key). I wish I would've read his review sooner! Purchased a brand new 2022 Palisade, we put to much faith in the dealership being honest concerning the car. There was an obvious broken light on the passenger side mirror. Trusting that was all the damage because that was visible beneath the thick layer of dust. We signed for the car never actually being given the opportunity to fully inspect the car without the layer of dust. Big mistake, on our part because afterwords we found damage on the Front bumper where obviously what broke the mirror chipped the paint too. And to top it off they covered up a chip spot on the back hatch that was discovered a week later when I took it in for the first official detailing because that was the soonest they could get it in. It took three weeks to fix the mirror and over a month to fix the back door, at which time I had to pay 800 to fix the front bumper. And NOW there is a flaw in the paint job on the back hatch that I have deal with. If they say excuse the dust everything in Merced is covered in dust RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. Because they are covering something up with their dust excuse! read more

TJ asked what I needed in regards to financing and price. Merced Hyundai financing was able to get a lesser payment and interest rate than my credit union. Cesar explained contract and warranties. We were there towards the end of the day but they were able to do the financing and everything really quickly to get us out of there at a reasonable time (which I really appreciated since that usually takes an excruciatingly long time).
