This is the 2nd time the McAuley had the Lincoln vehicle we were looking for in the specs we wanted. They seem to focus on the more high end optioned cars, which is great. These guys have a high standard of customer service and it shows. The vehicle I purchased was a CPO car and I was concerned about a potential recall issue and whether it had been addressed or not. On the day before Thanksgiving, our car broke down, near Yosemite, while driving home to Long beach. We had our car towed to a AAA approved repair facility McAuley motors Lincoln dealership at 744 W.Main, Merced CA 95340. Despite it being late in the day and near closing time, and being closed for Thanksgiving the next day and then only a small crew on the Friday after, she prioritized our work and fixed our car so we could get home to Long Beach (approx. 6 hour drive) for our family Thanksgiving the next day. Susan (Parts & Service Director) took great care of us, by pulling a mechanic off the job he was working on to check out our car to see what the problem was and to see if they would be able to fix it that day. It was such an easy car buying experience. I just get my car serviced regularly and I haven't had any issues with it since I bought it. The car I bought had lower mileage than the one I was gonna buy at Toyota, and it was around the same asking price and year. If you shop here you will not regret it!
