Great experience at McAuley Lincoln! I recently purchased a pre-owned Lincoln Aviator and couldn't be happier. Jose was awesome--friendly, helpful, and absolutely no pressure. Aaron made the finance process quick, easy, and personable. They both made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. I love my Aviator and would definitely recommend Jose and the team at McAuley Lincoln! read more

I had such a great experience at McAuley Lincoln, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Jose! From the very first phone call, he was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and just an all-around cool guy. When I arrived at the dealership, that same great energy carried through the entire experience. No pressure, no stress--just someone who genuinely wanted to help. Jose took the time to sit in the truck with me and walk me through all the features on my new Ranger Raptor, which I really appreciated. He made sure I felt comfortable and confident before I drove off, and never rushed anything. The whole process was fast, easy, and actually enjoyable--which says a lot when it comes to buying a vehicle! If you're heading to McAuley Lincoln, ask for Jose. You'll be in great hands. Absolutely love my new truck--thank you again, Jose! read more

We bought our Corsair here. When we had issues with an unidentified noise and increased gas consumption, Fresno Lincoln could not (or would not) figure it out. McAuley staff not only diagnosed our problem quickly, they provided a loaner and fixed all problems they found. Suzie was great at communicating with us. read more

their sales and service department are easy to work with, and make you feel very welcome. i give them a very high recommendation.

We were looking for a Nautilus, and received the most amazing and professional service. It was an absolute pleasure working with Jose in sales and the Aron the Owner. They were so respectful of our time and did not play numbers game. This was the most enjoyable car purchase ever. It was worth the drive. If you are wanting a Lincoln they will get you exactly what you are looking. read more

They never miss a beat! Always lovely chatting with the McAuley team. If you want service with a smile, choose them. Also, im currently in SoCal for the summer and I'm nearing another oil change. I plan on waiting until the school semester starts so I'll be back in mid August for another service date. Your ford/Lincoln is in good hands. I'm pretty sure it's family owned too, which is a plus. It means they have a softer hand when it comes to car problems and maintenance. read more

Loved working with Aron on the purchase of my Lincoln Nautilus. Through multiple visits, I was never pressured to purchase . Just helped me decide which vehicle was best for me. Amazing dealership!!!!! Sale went quickly and easy. Will definitely refer friends to buy here.

Easy and Amazing Experience! Great people to deal with and made the car buying process enjoyable yet fast! Thank you!

This is the 2nd time the McAuley had the Lincoln vehicle we were looking for in the specs we wanted. They seem to focus on the more high end optioned cars, which is great. I was sick of seeing primarily base models in the Bay Area, so I'm glad we discovered them. I worked with Andy over e-mail and the phone since they are about 200 miles from my location and he was very easy to talk to and work with. Upon making the trip to their dealership he and Matt made the purchase experience quick and painless even with my trade in. All said and done I was in and out in less time than I had expected. These guys have a high standard of customer service and it shows. The vehicle I purchased was a CPO car and I was concerned about a potential recall issue and whether it had been addressed or not. Their technician overheard us talking and came up to take care of it immediately. Andy gave me a great recommendation on a place to stop for lunch on my way home too. If you are in the market for a nice Lincoln, definitely come here even if you have to drive 3 hours to do so, I did and I am glad I did. read more

Fantastic purchase experience. Pain-free negotiations! I drove away in my gorgeous lincoln feeling like I had been respected, and taken care of while receiving great value for my money. I will be purchasing my next Lincoln here and will tell all my friends this is the place to go for respectful and friendly service and astounding value. Special thanks to Jose Manzo who treated us like a friend. He endured about a zillion emails from me over a four day period while I made my decision. I drove over 260 miles round-trip in one day to purchase this vehicle and I would do it again. In fact, I WILL DEFINITELY do it again when I make my next automobile purchase. Thanks to everyone at the dealership. You all are rock-solid! read more

On the day before Thanksgiving, our car broke down, near Yosemite, while driving home to Long beach. We had our car towed to a AAA approved repair facility McAuley motors Lincoln dealership at 744 W.Main, Merced CA 95340. Despite it being late in the day and near closing time, and being closed for Thanksgiving the next day and then only a small crew on the Friday after, she prioritized our work and fixed our car so we could get home to Long Beach (approx. 6 hour drive) for our family Thanksgiving the next day. Susan (Parts & Service Director) took great care of us, by pulling a mechanic off the job he was working on to check out our car to see what the problem was and to see if they would be able to fix it that day. They drove to another dealer to get the part we needed and got us back on the road to home. Thank you Susan, we appreciate you and your exceptional customer service. read more

I cannot resist commenting on someone who put up 2 bad reviews: 1--- they complained that there was loose trim when driven on freeway, but the repair dept had no reason to drive a used car on the freeway to discover this when checking out a used car 2--- anyone who accuses a car dealer in business for many, many decades of lying, cheating and stealing over an issue with a used car is a -------. 3. --- very unlikely that the prior rental was not disclosed on the sales contract, More likely that this ------- person overlooked it I GOT VERY PROFESSIONAL TREATMENT read more

The best experience in buying a car so far! José the salesman was very helpful over the phone and in person. When I got to the store all the paperwork had been done, all explained in details. I drove the car, signed the papers and was out of the store in less than 30 minutes. Extremely efficient and pleasant workers! read more

Great customer service. We bought and serviced multiple Ford vehicles from Razzari. I got sick and tired of their poor customer service. Razzari lost thousands of dollars worth of business and McAuley just earned our business. They are an authorized Ford dealer. read more

By far the best car buying experience we've ever had. Worth the 4 1/2 hour drive! We couldn't find the car my son wanted in Los Angeles, but found it at McAuley. I called and spoke with Jose, he was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful that I decided to take a trip out there just my son and I so that he can see the car. Jose had it ready and the car was exactly as described. My son fell in love with it! We worked out a deal and picked it up the next day! (For personal reasons) They gave me their best deal up front no haggling. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. It was seriously perfect! I recommend them 100%! Specially Jose! I would definitely buy from them again! read more

Excellent experience and HUGE thank you to Andy for making it happen. I was looking all over the internet for an AMD Lincoln MKX and found the perfect CPO version online through Carfax at McCauley Lincoln. I sent an email inquiry and Andy emailed and called me the next day. He confirmed everything and I was planning to drive from Reno to pick it up but learned that they would have to charge California sales tax. I was concerned I would have to pay sales tax again to NV when registering it so Andy offered to drive it to Reno for me where we made the sale here. WOW, good, old fashioned SERVICE and I am one happy camper! I love my CPO Lincoln and loved working with Andy. Thank you! read more

Great experience with Andy at McAuley. Always got back to me quickly when negotiating over the phone. I traveled 100 miles to buy a used car from them. Andy picked me up at the train station and let me take the car for an independent inspection. Everything was easy going, no pressure. Paperwork wasn't overly complicated and no pressure for up-sales. They have a great reputation in the community and I see why. Thanks Andy! read more

Great Car purchasing experience. Looking for a Certified Pre-Owned Lincoln. Found one at McAuley Motors. Great car. Andy was fantastic. No pressure, negotiated a fair price. He took time to take me and my wife through all the features of the car. One of the best car buying experiences I ever had. We drove 80 miles to the dealer and would do it again. This review is long over due. Buy your next car here! And ask for Andy, he gives really great car buying advice and is not pushy at all. He's very helpful and made my car buying experience go very smoothly. I usually hate buying cars because of the pushy salesmen and price haggling but I didn't have any issues with any of that here. It was such an easy car buying experience. I just get my car serviced regularly and I haven't had any issues with it since I bought it. The car I bought had lower mileage than the one I was gonna buy at Toyota, and it was around the same asking price and year. If you shop here you will not regret it! I hope Andy is still working there the next time I go in to buy another car. read more

My buying experience with McAuley Motors was OUTSTANDING! My salesman, Jose was professional, knowledgeable and very importantly, not "pushy." I highly recommend McAuley Lincoln. They will have my business for many years to come! read more

Purchased a new car from McAuley Lincoln in Merced!! Great Experience. Jose Manzo is terrific. We have purchased a car from them before and it was also a great experience. Par of the reason we really wanted another Lincoln was because the Service Department here can't be beat. The Service Department is the absolute best. Susie comes with over 40 years experience and she really knows her stuff. We also bring our Ford vehicles into McAuley for service. The owners work with you and do all they can to make this a quick, smooth experience!!! read more

The service that I received at McAuley Motors was excellent. Approximately three weeks prior to actually purchasing the vehicle I test drove a couple vehicles. My salesman, Jose was never pushy and did not hound me with phone calls or emails. When I returned last weekend and test drove a few more, I was given excellent customer service again by Jose. Actually financing the vehicle was fast and efficient and the dealer principal, Aron was knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend McAuley Motors - they treat you like family, provide great service and fantastic deals. The service department is pretty awesome too, as I have been taking my cars there for over 20 years. read more

We live in Fresno and have been looking to purchase a used Lincoln Navigator for a few months. Fresno seemed to only have a few and they were priced high. My husband was up in the Merced area and came across McAuley Lincoln and they had on their lot 4 extremely clean used Navigators and selling for a few thousand less than the Fresno area. Well needless to say we bought one and our salesman Jose was super knowledgeable and didn't talk that normal car salesmen BS lol. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle! read more
