I was in need of a car quick. I live about an hour and 20 minutes from Razzari and this was the closest location I could find a car that I was satisfied with at least from online pictures. We made the trek to see it and decided to purchase. Eli and Jazz were very kind and reassured me that we would get scheduled for a detail ASAP as the car appeared to have scratches on the rear window (which Eli reassured me they would be able to get out) and the car smelled absolutely terrible with the scent of an exploded perfume bottle from a Vegas hotel. I followed up 4 times before I got to actually speak to Eli. He reassured me and stated he's been so busy and that he would make the detail happen and he would get me a loaner vehicle. He suggested making an appointment WHICH I DID and reiterated the smell issue and rear window. I show up the day of the detail from a 1.5 hour drive after having a babysitter hired for my young children, to find out there's no loaner for me. AND they would need the car overnight to fix the odor..... well cool now I'm 1.5 hours from home... WTH!!!! Now I will need to come back 2 more times if I want the smell taken care of?? Once to drop it off and pick it up?? I chose to sit and wait for the detail which Jazz reassured me that it would only be 30-45 minutes but it took 2 hours!!!!! 2 hours for him to tell me the scratches won't come out, and the car has the same smell. Went in trying to buy a new car for me and my family and when they were trying to get me approved for a sentra brand new. They came back to me saying that it is going to be hard to approve me because of a first time finance, which i understand but they quoted me down for 780/month for 96 months?! which comes out to $75,000 for a basic sentra which is absolutely absurd. I went to central valley nissan the following weekend and they approved me for 0 down and for 570/month for 5 years which comes out to $35,000 after finance. Idk if its just me but that's very far off from the original $75,000 after finance. I am writing this review for the people to know NOT to come here and buy a car from the salesmen they are absolutely just trying to fuck you over for no reason and i do have names that i can bring up but I'm not going to be petty over this. read more

The driver's name was Tim, he was very friendly and made the ride home comfortable and safe. I was home within 20 minutes. One star due to a negative experience with service advisor Daniel Lopez. Had to pick up a customer car for my job and was met with a rude, impatient attitude upon entering the dealership through his office door. Was hurriedly told to wait in the waiting room so I did. He came to grab the next customer and I kindly mentioned before he left the room that we were just here to pick a car up but was cut-off by him telling me "there's a line" and to wait my turn, again, in an unprovoked but rude tone. A few minutes go by and he comes back. We handle the transaction and he points me in a general direction outside to the car we're picking up. Out of the maybe 5 Nissan Sentra's outside I assumed he meant the one right outside that was parked as if it was being picked up. I got in it and was met with him telling me I'm in the wrong car. All throughout the entire interaction with this guy he was just being an asshole and maintained a condescending attitude. He wasn't pleasant whatsoever. I told him it would help if he pointed me to the exact car, to which he told me it would help if I paid attention when he pointed the car out. As I walked to the car he called me a dumbass as he walked back inside, I turned around and asked him to repeat himself. He doubled down and replied saying "Go to take a shower, you stink". This was the last straw and I went back into his office where more back and forth ensued. The service manager Jason Roth came out after a few minutes of seemingly ignoring the whole fiasco (his office was right there with the door wide open). He came to try and "mediate" although it was more like a "you need to calm down and leave" situation even though I was calm when speaking to him and tried explaining to him what Daniel Lopez said to me and how he treated me. Daniel exaggerated to his manager how I behaved to try and justify his own behavior. Me being mature, I let Daniel speak his side but when I spoke mine Daniel tried to deny what he did and lied. I walked out and came back a few minutes later to get his name to which he LIED AGAIN and told me it was "Miguel Medina". This guy was a complete asshole and extremely unprofessional and immature. I called the general manager and let him know what happened, I haven't heard back about any update. Was talked to by one of my higher ups just this morning about the incident and according to Nissan I was belligerent at this establishment and that they were going to call the cops if my coworker and I didn't leave. It never got to that point (for anyone reading this that may be able to relate, yes I am), in fact I was able to go back in and ask Daniel his name which is when he told me "Miguel Medina". Who: Bought the car and took in for repairs to Razzari Nissan When: Bought car brand new April 2018, broke down and towed 6/1/19. Picked up from dealer at 6/20/19, broke down again and towed back to Razzari 6/22/19. Picked up again 7/8/19, with no repairs or help. 37042 miles. (1k over bumper to bumper) What: Car will intermittently not turn all the way on or all the way off. Showed the dealer/service manager video. Service manager Jason, was not bothered with situation and offered no solution. Car is essentially useless and will have to keep being towed. This is for the service center, and not the sales center. Unfortunately this was literally the worst experience I've ever had with a Nissan. First, they overcharged me for fixing the AC in my car. An extra $150 was charged for an initial estimate that was supposed to be included as part of the total cost. However this did not happen and I was charged double, $300 total for a simple freon replacement . This was in December 2018. The work they charged me for didn't even solve the problem, and I had to take my vehicle back for a second visit in March. They did not check my vehicle the day I brought it, and unnecessarily kept it overnight. The next day when I returned to get my vehicle back they kept me waiting for hours. None of this was due to the complexity of the diagnostic, but rather because their service and staff were slow and incompetent. Lastly, I needed to get a record of my visits for insurance purposes, and it took over a week for me to hear back. I called multiple times and was told I would get a call back from a service advisor, or that I would receive an email. Neither of these happened. After constant calling over a week, I finally got a hold of someone, only to be told that they only had records for the December visit and did not have any paperwork for the visit in March. This is hands down the most unprofessional and frustrating experience I've ever had with any vehicle repair center. I would really advise others to stay away from their service. read more

I typically dread the days when I need to have something done to it- not the case here. I was initially helped by Sarah, who was extremely personable, and waited in the lobby where there were donuts and coffee. Sarah made sure to offer their shuttle service in case I wanted to go elsewhere, as there is really nothing in this area other than car dealerships. After the diagnostic test was performed, Martin explained to me the problems with my car and went over my options with me, working with Sarah to make sure that I only had the necessary repairs done to work with my budget. I was also able to use a coupon from checking on on Yelp for an oil change. Took my vehicle for a service as it was having electrical issues. I asked them to text me when the vehicle was diagnosed ($180) which I was fine with. I waited until 3:30 and texted them on the number they provided and at around 4 they responded via text telling me it's the battery and they would have to order the part in or I can do a non Oem one for $600. I told them I would pick up the car. I called the desk and asked what time the car department would close as the rep that was helping me was swamped and responded 30 minutes after inquiry. I was told 5 pm. So I attempted to make arrangements for pickup and I was going to miss their cutoff by probably 5 or 7 minutes. I called back (4:29pm) asking if I could pay for the diagnostic over the phone and pickup the car when I got their from the dealership side since the service center would be closed at 5pm even though they are buddy enough were their service tech can't respond to customers or let them know status of the vehicle. The lady told me she would have to transfer me to the sole service rep working at the center to see if I could do this. She attempted the transfer no response like usual and. Back to her. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to and was told no. Just very substandard customer service. I have a 2015 Altima, which the lights have been bad a while now, but it's so expensive to fix, because the entire casing, both sides, have to be replaced. I got a coupon for 20% off major work over $500. I arrived at 730 this morning and tell Guillermo that I have a coupon for 20% off major work so I want to get my lights replaced, an oil change, and also my driver side air bag light is on, so need that taken care off. He states so we're replacing the light bulbs? I said no, I've already changed the lightbulbs, the whole casing needs to be replaced, one is completely out, the other is very dim, so I am using the coupon as I know it will be over $1000 (as THEY told me when I took my car to them the first time). I asked if I'm getting the work done now and the recall goes through later, will the lights be taken care of again with the new parts as a result of the recall? Guillermo's manager (I'm assuming that's who he was) states from his desk about 20 ft away, work done now is completed with new parts, so it shouldn't need additional work. I said I just wanted to make sure should the recall go through. The (mgr) comes over to where we are and asks if I have the paperwork I was sent (I'm assuming the class action suit because that's the paperwork I've told them I got), to which I stated it was at home. He tells Guillermo to pull my VIN to see if there is a recall. Not sure how else for them to realize I know there is no recall yet. Shortly after I get to work, I get a call from Guillermo who tells me the headlights are on back order, and unfortunately they can't guarantee when they'll be in. Ok, no problem, it happens. I asked if they would still be ordered and he said yes. He tells me they'll let me know when my car is ready (remember still getting the oil change and air bag checked out). Around 10, I have a missed call/voicemail saying my car is ready. I go on lunch, Guillermo brings out the paperwork for the oil change, and casually tells me that I'll have to pay a deposit for the headlights to be ordered. I stop what I'm doing...I ask well, how much is the deposit? He states I would have to pay for the cost of the parts...mind you, for the 2 headlights casings, parts only, I'm looking at $700-$800. I asked him (as I am in total disbelief), so you want me to pay in full for these parts, which are gonna probably be part of a recall, so you can order them, when you've already told me it could take 6 months for the parts to come in?? He says yes. So I followed up, (maybe asking it differently will help), so if I pay for it now, and the recall goes through, I'm going to have to try to get my money back from Nissan for parts I won't even have and work not even done...he responds yes. Im paying for my oil change, and I ask Guillermo if the air bag light got taken care of? He says, that's a diagnostic. (Yeah, I know, that wasn't what I asked him)...so I stated again, did the air bag light get taken care off, he said it's a diagnostic that would have to be done. So I said, so why didn't you tell me this before I came down here so it could be taken care of? His response, "I called you, you didn't answer". So I tell him, you're right, I did not answer, but you left me a voicemail saying my car was ready, why did you not ask me to call back before coming down, about the air bags. He just looks at me, no response. By this point, I'm over it, oil change is paid for so I start to get up, I said, you know, you should work on your voicemail skills and give people the info they need. He snidely says, yeah, I'll work on that. As a woman, I've had my fair share of instances where males in certain fields of work have tried to speak to me as I'm an idiot and don't know what I'm talking about. But today took the cake! Not listening to things I was saying, not handling the issue with my air bag and blaming me because I didn't answer my cell when I was AT WORK, trying to speak to me like I didn't have a clue, and then suddenly I have to pay in full for parts that they can't even tell me when they will come in. I will NEVER go to Merced Razzari Nissan, nor will I ever go to any Razzari. I'll take the day off work and drive to Modesto, Fresno, Tracy (really anywhere else) if that's what it will take to get competent service. More than 30 min later I get a call from the shuttle telling me that my car was ready and that they had requested a ride for me to pick up my car. I'm going on 4 hrs now just for an oil change.
