The owner and co. went above and beyond in every aspect. We will absolutely return for future repairs, oil changes, and other routine maintenance. Our Costco car battery died while it was still under warranty. Unable to switch it out ourselves, we turned to Super Shop. The staff was warm, welcoming, attentive, and they worked hard to help us out. With little notice, they removed our dead battery and even gave us a ride to Costco to switch it out for a new one. After we arrived back with the new battery, Super Shop staff had it installed in just a few minutes. As we tried to pay, the owner informed us that they waived the installation fee for the battery. Our experience at Super Shop was overwhelmingly positive. It is an honest, reasonably priced, and welcoming auto service center. After being told the A/C unit had to be "totally replaced" in my Chrysler 300 ( even though it was still blowing just not cold) at a cost of 2 grand by another local shop - a friend recommended SuperShop. We took my 300 to them - they fixed it right away , literally the same day! - it was a bad seal. They reprimed it and put dye in it in case there is a leak. They told us if it happens again to bring it right back. They were wonderful. We will now be taking all of our auto repairs to these guys. They are honest, hard working and awesome!!!! Took my car to super shop and they gave me a list of a bunch of repairs my car needed to get. It got suspicious when they told me that one of the things my car needed was a transmission flush due to the fact that my car had had a flush 6 months before. I've taken my car to other shops in the past and ended up paying for extra services that I was told was needed. When, it turned out I didn't need the extra service. Here, they are upfront and honest. Found this place on yahoo as we were driving home from Yosemite because we heard a noise coming from the engine. We called them to see if they could fit us in at 11am on a weekday, they were very friendly and said yes. Once we got there they told us what it might be, we told them we were going to walk to get something to eat and they said it wasn't a great area and that they would take us. We told them that we wanted breakfast and they took us to the best place in town. BBQ pit, food was phenomenal. They called us about an hour later with a quote and told us it would be a few hours. They picked us up at a local coffee shop when it was ready. I cant tell you how great the customer service was here, I wish they were in my hometown of San Diego. I trust these guys! My co-worker recommended this place after I took my car to Jiffy Lube and they effed up my car. Bernie is very nice, helpful and patient. I took in my car for a second time for an oil change and the service was still super! They check your whole car to see if it's good or needs some work to get done. They don't pressure you to get something done unless it's something that MUST be done soon for your own safety. I think their prices are affordable and they know what they are doing. Made an appointment the week prior, dont hear from them for 2 days after dropping vehicle off in the morning. They drain my differential fluid and call me back quoting me for a whole new differential instead of option to rebuild. They stated it was better to just buy a new one because they dont know what part failed. My confusion was why did you drain my fluid and open the case if you weren't going to find the cause? Probably exceeds the time that you pay to have them diagnose for $125. Upon pickup, they dont give a detailed quote for parts and labor and just say the noise is coming from the rear diff and it's best to replace than repair. I'm not sure if they think all people get their funds from the government but that was ignorant not to give the repair option in detail for those who dont want throw 3400 in the drain. These guys were most likely very busy, but you shouldn't take in more work than you can handle and keep a customers vehicle longer than a day if you can't complete it. They were also going to let me take my vehicle with no fluid in the case until I told them(note left on my dashboard)!?!?!?!?!?!? Its damaged not totaled, unless that's their point. Quality over quantity fellas, get it right. read more
