I purchased a wheel/tire warranty when I purchased my Tiguan. Popped tire on 4/27/26. I had the car towed to closest VW dealership. Informed dealer about wheel/tire warranty. On 4/27/26 around 11AM, I received a call from the service department stating my policy covered everything except for a $2.15 tire disposal fee. They said they would receive tire on 4/29/26. Received call around 3PM on 4/29/26, was told that they were putting on new tire and instructed me to come pick it up after work. Upon arriving at the dealership, service rep told me that they weren't able to get in touch with the tire warranty company and that they could not "release the car to me." I was then told to "file the claim myself and to pay the $350 or they would keep my car. The warranty instructions are clear: Take your vehicle to any dealership or state-licensed repair facility. Have the repair facility verify coverage and obtain a repair authorization number from Zurich before any repair is made by calling 1-800-491-5117. Submit invoice/repair order to Zurich verifying the authorized repair has been completed. Pay deductible, if applicable, and any non-covered expenses. Zurich pays the repair facility directly. So they did a bait and switch to extort money from me. Had I have known this would be the outcome, I would have taken it to another VW dealership. read more

They were unavailable so I left my info for them to call me back. Nothing. They're available and responsive when you're buying but always unavailable when you have a question after the purchase. Brought car in for 120k service, and they broke the engine to the point where I couldn't drive it around the block. (The engine had started making very faint knocking sounds a day before but the car drove just fine and when driving it was not audible.) Then I bought a new used engine, and let them repair it, but then they broke the water pump. Around $12k and over 5 weeks later, I got the car. They were not willing to pay for what they broke and charge absurdly high prices. They also never gave us receipts for what they did to the car until we had asked for a few weeks. Because of this, the Bureau of Automotive repair (gov) said we can't do anything except file a complaint for not giving us receipts when asked. They are nice, but David is very passive-aggressive if you call him out for lying to you/not saying the whole truth. read more

I went to just look at cars and was approached by Izzy. I know it's his job to try and get me to buy are car, but boy he sold the hell out of this car. I went to VW to look at VW's I've never ever though about Mitsubishi. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me a tone of options but the Mitsubishi was over and beyond of what I thought I could afford. I went there in my Mini Cooper and traded it in and got a good amount for it. What they offered me paid the remaining mini's balance and still had money to go towards my done. Not sure who's in charge of the service department but it needs to be someone else. I took my car into the shop on 9/11 to have defect fixed, when I got there they told me a few other things needed to be done which I was fine with they told me my car would be done in 2 1/2 hours. The 2 1/2 hours passed and I haven't received a call to pick up my car so I called and I could not get through for an hour and 45 minutes only for them to tell me my car wasn't ready. So I finally received my call to pick up 7 HOURS later! And then I was told they close in 30 minutes if I wanted the car the same day so I rush there to pick it up and they only did the tire rotation and alignment they never called and told me they didn't have the part for the defect fix or anything they waited until I got there to tell me I owe $150 for the tire rotation and alignment and when asked about the defect he brushed it off saying "oh that, we can't do that today cause we don't have the part, we have to order it" so they basically had my car in their shop for 7 hours just for a tire rotation and alignment!!! It is now 9/16 and I can't get a hold of them to make the appointment to have the actual defect replaced!! Worse VW service department EVER! read more

TLDR: Sales people/techs were intentionally deceptive or uninformed, recommended a complete transmission replacement for a simple problem. Go somewhere else. Brought my girlfriends 2010 golf in for a transmission issue it was having. They took the car and gave it a diagnostic test that we requested and paid for, they also test drove it and found nothing. A few days later the same issue came up and we brought it back. The diagnostic scan showed the issue (a shift solenoid) and they refused to fix it. Instead they recommended a complete transmission replacement for almost 6k. The salesperson also said they test drove the car and " the transmission is a mess" when it was clear the milage on the car hadn't changed and the transmission hadn't been opened. I ended up researching a bit more and doing the relatively simple repair in my garage in about an hour with a $50 part and some transmission fluid. The car has been on the road for over 6 months and 5000 miles with no problems. We used this dealership for services in the past with no issues, but they were either uninformed or intentionally deceptive when it came to recommendations on how to fix their own product. This is for the service department which is actually located on 1530 main(17th). I brought my new Jetta in for a recall and had a great experience. Originally I had scheduled for a Saturday but Juan Ortiz emailed/called me to let me know the specialists that took care of this particular service were only in during the weekday, so that's something to consider. Luckily I was able to get in the following Monday. They have a nice waiting room with free refreshments and a complimentary shuttle. They seem to be dog friendly as well, just like the Volkswagen near my hometown. I look forward to getting my annual service done here. read more

This is for the Service Center only, I have no experience with the Sale Center. We took our Jetta in for a diagnostic as the check engine light came on and it failed smog (the smog shop gave the codes that explained the check engine warning, we just wanted an idea of what the repairs would be). We received a call from Bobby stating that they couldn't do the diagnostic as the car was overheating, but they could replace the battery tube block for $235 and that would allow them to attempt to diagnose the cars issues. The car had NEVER overheated prior to that visit so we were shocked. When we stated such, they became defensive and we ended up picking up the car after refusing to pay for the diagnostic that we didn't get. We picked up the car and even after letting it idle, never saw it overheat. So we took the car home and the car suddenly stopped working MID-DRIVE. When we looked under the hood, the fuel line was COMPLETELY disconnected. We reattached the clip and were able to drive home. If you know how hard it is to remove and attach those damn clips, you'll know this is highly suspicious. Needless to say... we will not return for service and subsequently, we will pass on visiting the Sales Center in the future too. read more

All I can say about this place is that they need to brush up on their customer service skills. I have taken my car here twice seeing as it is like the only place I know of that knows how to work on it. First off I have to say the guy who works the counter in the service dept. (I'll be nice and not mention names) is quite a bastardo! He wasn't very helpful and was rude when I asked questions, and the 1983 shuttle they use to transport customers was an hour late to pick me up when I was only two exits away on the freeway. As I was leaving after paying my bill the cashier called out to me and told me I needed a new battery. HELLO!!! Why wasn't that something I was made aware of before I picked my car up? Needless to say I had to go back the next day and have a battery installed. I am still irritated with this place. read more

We purchased a new touareg on January 24th. The salesman and sales manger assured us that an acid bath and good buffing job would resolve the issues. We took car in on January 30th to have the detailing done ( Paid an extra $500.00 for the paint protection ) After the first hand wash ( It's a black car ) we noticed that the problems still persisted. We took the car back on February 28th and they kept it until March 7th. Upon looking at the car on the 7th we saw that it now has 4 dents in the hood. Nobody seems to know where they came from ( Maybe a little excessive force while buffing? Dealership to cheap to paint hood? ) So finally we go and pick up the car on the 15th of March. The car seemed ok but then again it was raining that day. Sales manager told us he's not doing anything else on the car. Sunday March 18th I hand wash car and see the dents So now I have a new $51,000.00 car with dents in the hood. I did receive a really good deal on the car, they had it in inventory for 28 months. I'm sure that they did not make much on the car but you don't treat a customer the way they treated us after the sale. I've contacted VW of America and hopefully can resolve with them. And as for the paint protection, It's a joke in my opinion. read more

This is for the auto repair shop. Just bought a side view mirror blinker from them. First they didn't have it in stock so I had to order it and wait three days (why wouldn't they have something so common?). Second I paid $80 for a simple light. While I was there picking it up, the guy inside tells me that one of the mechanics would be happy to help me install it. I go outside and into the shop and find someone. He comes outside and looks and tells me I just need to take a screw off. He goes back inside. Not so. I'd already looked online. I ask the service manager if someone would help. Sure, he says. But it will cost you. Are you kidding me? Even freaking Jiffy Lube will put in a bulb for free since you bought from them. And I just spent $80 on the thing. On top of$70 for new wipers! read more

Terrible in every way. They do not deliver what's promised, high pressure sales to the point of almost insulting you, and poor follow up. If you must get a Volkswagon, Kia, or Hyundai do yourself a favor and shop out of town, otherwise look at another dealership.
