Very nice people and no pressure tactics. We found a great car at a good price. They were very patient and went out of their way to help us.

Very easy to work with and got a very nice older Avalon, if I need another car I'd definitely back over done of the bigger dealers

DO NOT GO HERE! Went here over the weekend and the woman who went with us on a couple of test…read moredrives, although just okay (she didn't show me ANYTHING on the cars at all...got the feeling she wasn't as knowledgeable), was not the one who was actually doing the sale. Once the test drives were done, she passed us to Mark who was incredibly pushy. I told him numerous times that I was only there to test drive and was willing to hear out ROUGH numbers only, but he kept insisting that I give all of my information to them to get accurate numbers and the best deal. I'm not at that stage yet, and he didn't listen to me once when I mentioned that. After telling us to "hold on" multiple times, he then brings over his incredibly eccentric and sleazy supervisor (maybe?), who also couldn't take "no" or "I'm only here for test drives" as an answer. On top of that, I'm the one buying the vehicle, yet they both kept looking over at and directing "questions" to the guy who was with me. It was very misogynistic, and it got to the point where I was feeling harassed because they didn't like the word "no", no matter how I said it or how many times I said it. They could give me the best deal out of any dealership in town and I still wouldn't go with them. Incredibly unprofessional and I honestly don't know what kinds of slimy fees they'd tack on without me knowing. These dealerships have gone downhill so much since I purchased a car from Kia back in 2012 or so. BE WARNED!

The same service that said it was up to the office. Was told I would receive a call before my lunch break is over and did I get a call? No! This is my worst experience with a car place I have gotten a great experience from A+ motors the man's name was Ali. I wish I had went to him this time. I can tell you no one in my family will ever go back to this place and if any of my customers ask me about a car place I will tell them all about Auto Resources and how they don't care for their customers. Good thing I work in the customer service field and will be sure that I inform my customers of this experience. For reference the vehicle I purchased was at the end of February and issues started before 30 days and they reset my screens on my car assuring me they did service it. Not even 2 weeks later oil lights and engine lights are on. Don't even have the registration and haven't even had the first payment due!! You make your own conclusions on the company from that. Ali at A plus motors went above and beyond for me when I got my last vehicle years ago and if I or my family ever need one again that will be where we stay

They blame it on my tires since I'm all terrain tires then I had to go somewhere else to get a diagnose and they only replaced one coil pack out of six I've been having nothing but issues ever since I bought this car check engine light all the lights on the dash they are a scam and they're worthless. I would never do business with these people ever again

From Cesar the Salesman and Gilbert the General Sales Manger couldn't get any better. My daughter got a Jetta SE 2.5 for the payment she needed without haggling over the price and the finance was approved in minutes. After the deal was approved they took the time to deliver the car to my daughter in San Jose. This is an experience that deserves Five Stars!!!! I called Paul the General Manager to let him know that his dealership and employees are outstanding and I can assure them that my daughter will let everyone who is thinking of buying a Volkswagen to go to Merced to purchase one!!!! I purchased a wheel/tire warranty when I purchased my Tiguan. Popped tire on 4/27/26. I had the car…read moretowed to closest VW dealership. Informed dealer about wheel/tire warranty. On 4/27/26 around 11AM, I received a call from the service department stating my policy covered everything except for a $2.15 tire disposal fee. They said they would receive tire on 4/29/26. Received call around 3PM on 4/29/26, was told that they were putting on new tire and instructed me to come pick it up after work. Upon arriving at the dealership, service rep told me that they weren't able to get in touch with the tire warranty company and that they could not "release the car to me." I was then told to "file the claim myself and to pay the $350 or they would keep my car. The warranty instructions are clear: Take your vehicle to any dealership or state-licensed repair facility. Have the repair facility verify coverage and obtain a repair authorization number from Zurich before any repair is made by calling 1-800-491-5117. Submit invoice/repair order to Zurich verifying the authorized repair has been completed. Pay deductible, if applicable, and any non-covered expenses. Zurich pays the repair facility directly. So they did a bait and switch to extort money from me. Had I have known this would be the outcome, I would have taken it to another VW dealership.
