Rude customer service!!

I only gave one star because I couldn't put zero. Spoke to them about a vehicle I saw online for $25k. Asked if there was any deals to mark the price down a bit. Was told the price of the truck online was only to get attention and it was actually more. Offered $21k up front and he told me they don't sell salvage. Asked what he meant and he told me that's all I'll get for that amount. Attached the conversation. No customer service whatsoever. Don't help them to be rude to people and go somewhere else!!

I won't go as far as being honest but what used or new car dealer is? Be careful of down payment agreements as the office people will charge your card without your authorization. At least that's what they did to me! Better to give them the down payment, take your car and don't look back!

The same service that said it was up to the office. Was told I would receive a call before my lunch break is over and did I get a call? No! This is my worst experience with a car place I have gotten a great experience from A+ motors the man's name was Ali. I wish I had went to him this time. I can tell you no one in my family will ever go back to this place and if any of my customers ask me about a car place I will tell them all about Auto Resources and how they don't care for their customers. Good thing I work in the customer service field and will be sure that I inform my customers of this experience. For reference the vehicle I purchased was at the end of February and issues started before 30 days and they reset my screens on my car assuring me they did service it. Not even 2 weeks later oil lights and engine lights are on. Don't even have the registration and haven't even had the first payment due!! You make your own conclusions on the company from that. Ali at A plus motors went above and beyond for me when I got my last vehicle years ago and if I or my family ever need one again that will be where we stay

I have a credit score of 508 and I also had delinquent in my credit report due to co-signing with a friend. She hadn't made the payments and so I took the heat. I've tried 3 places prior to coming here and they all were not able to help me without me having a co-signer. I didn't give up hope yet, so I called Auto Resources and Leo answered and I explained him my situation and that no one was able to help me, he guaranteed me that he would do all his best to help me and that I would leave today with A car regardless of the situation. I didn't believe him but I said okay, and then he told me how soon could I get there, I said I wasn't sure because I don't have a ride. Leo OFFERED to pick me up, and so I said thank you! No one has ever done that. Let's just say, I left this place with my own car in ONLY my name. All I had to do was put a 3000$ deposit down for a car that is good on gas. I also want to give a huge thank you to Jose (the boss man). He was able to pick up the pieces that the bank was unable to handle for me. He's really nice and friendly and made me feel very welcomed. I would not have been able to get a car if it wasn't for them. I was in and out of this place within 2 hours (which is really good considering the fact my credit is all bad). Yesterday evening, I put in an inquiry regarding a 2022 Volkswagen Atlas. This morning a lady from…read morethe dealership called to ask about my inquiry. The level of customer service provided by her shows that she was about the numbers and not about the customer service experience. The first question I asked was regarding Carfax. This dealership does not use Carfax. They do use an alternative which she was going to provided. I explained that I knew this car was a rental with two previous owners. I wanted to know if it came directly from a rental company or from the auction. Her answer was the first one of trying to deflect the questions rather than explain with an answers. After pressing her for an explanation was that with the report that they would pull up it would be uncertain if they knew where they purchased the vehicle from. The main reason asking this question is to know where the vehicle was rented and type of climate the vehicle was normally in. Where things went South was I inquired about the out the door price. She insisted that I had to come into the dealership in order to get the out door price. I did acknowledge that I was looking at a similar vehicle with 2000 miles more at a Chowchilla location that was slightly below their asking price. However, I didn't want to support local, which is why I inquired through them. When I acquired about the days that the vehicle had been on the lot, she insisted that they owner their cars, which does not impact the amount of length that they are staying on the lot. Which I would think that the owners would not be fond of especially with a car that is sitting on the lot for over 100 days. That led me to the conclusion that if they purchased it from auction, that means they got it at a really low price and are overcharging on the vehicle. When I had mentioned that Chowchilla provided the out the door price she then is instead to go there for business. Instead of trying to keep me as a customer she was willing to give the other dealership, the opportunity to have the purchase. It would be reasonable to think she would get another sales person or management trying to speak with me to inquire more about the car rather than lose the business. I will be gladly taking my business elsewhere, which is why I am posting such a negative review regarding this business. It makes it feel as if it's only about the numbers that they care about and not the customer.

Do NOT go here if you are a person of color. You are not safe…read more I am writing this review to warn everyone, especially people of color, about what happened to me at this dealership. My daughter went to buy a car, and a salesman told us we only needed $1,000 down to drive the car off the lot. We were waiting for an insurance payout from a totaled car. Acting in good faith, I spent over $800 to update my insurance and gave them the $1,000 down payment. After taking my money, the salesman changed the deal. He said I needed more money down because the insurance check wasn't in my name and they "weren't sure where I would get the funds from." I proved my income from three jobs, but it didn't matter. When I asked for my money back, I was met with vicious racism. I was called racial slurs. Most shockingly, the General Manager sent me a message telling me to take my "ghetto ass back to the ghetto and go buy a ghetto ass car." The staff was so aggressive I believe they would have assaulted me if I didn't have a witness with me. This has caused me significant financial harm and deep emotional distress. I was scammed out of nearly $2,000 and subjected to hateful, racist abuse by the management. NO PERSON OF COLOR IS SAFE IN THIS BUILDING. I am filing reports with the Better Business Bureau, the police, the Attorney General, and civil rights agencies. Please, protect yourself and your family. Take your business anywhere else.

They replaced a few things and even offered to put the spoiler on that I purchased elsewhere, at no extra charge. Yesenia had my paperwork all prepared and ready for me to sign when I bought my car. Cars 4 Less made it so easy and painless when I needed a car. Eddie went over the code reader to show me there were no codes. They provided the Carfax report free on Car Gurus, where I saw the car advertised. It showed most of the maintenance and repairs that were reported for this car. I felt confident that I was getting a dependable car. They were honest and accommodating, Eddie even worked with me on the price. When I am In the market for another car, I am definitely going to come here. Thank you Cars 4 Less team!

They reported the car stolen took the car back and have not giving me my $5,000 back they ignore me they do not answer my phone calls they blocked me on social media they are a scam don't ever buy from them they are a scam they cause the murder of my child or the death of my child I should say because when they took the car it was evacuations in Mariposa I could have died my child did die because of their actions and now they insist on the keeping my $5,000 their thieves they should be in prison
