They will not remove this unnecessary accessory to make more on the deal, so you must purchase it if you want the car. Also! Remember! You do not need to purchase a 5 year warranty for $4000 if you don't want to. After a lot of back and forth and three different sales people, I settled for a 3 years for only 1600, which is good deal. Be prepared to spend all day there, for some reason they run the numbers in a different room leaving you alone for long periods. Good people that just want to get an extra buck. Only options to pay are by debit/credit, Apple or PayPal all of which are connected to my bank account. I went to the local branch and filled out the paperwork to open my daily limit to allow the purchase. Then went back the next day to do the transaction while in the bank to make sure everything went smoothly since I have had multiple issues with large transactions not going through even when filling out the required paperwork. 2 different times I've tried to purchase plane tickets between $3000-$4000 and never been able to use my bank card. This time the VP said absolutely not. She would not allow my card to be opened for such a large transaction even with me doing the transaction while in the bank. Said that the only way such a large amount could be done is through a wire transfer or cashiers check which is not a payment option for Airbnb. I understand it's for protection but that is why I was doing this while in their presence. Airbnb does offer an option to pay half now and the remainder later and I was still told no. I am tired of not being able to access my money when I need it for what I want to use it for. I will be closing my account and I am encouraging my adult children as well as my siblings and parents to close their accounts.

He calls accounting debt, and they told him to tell me that it's not working because my payment is overdue, MIND you, this has been an issue, even when I was doing my payments on time lol. Honestly working at a bank myself, I personally feel like they didn't know what to say to me so they just assumed to blame it on the status of my account instead of maybe getting to the root of the issue of maybe their ATM machine is not working correctly or my card is damaged in someway. My account is in good standing, and I had spoken with a representative just two weeks ago to request this replacement card. After calling the bank directly, I was transferred yet again to another call center, waited approximately five minutes, and was then informed that their system was down and they could not assist me. The end result: no activated card and a significant amount of wasted time. This experience fell far short of basic customer service expectations. Something as simple as activating a replacement card should not require multiple transfers and system failures.
