My daughter went to buy a car, and a salesman told us we only needed $1,000 down to drive the car off the lot. We were waiting for an insurance payout from a totaled car. Acting in good faith, I spent over $800 to update my insurance and gave them the $1,000 down payment. After taking my money, the salesman changed the deal. He said I needed more money down because the insurance check wasn't in my name and they "weren't sure where I would get the funds from." I proved my income from three jobs, but it didn't matter. When I asked for my money back, I was met with vicious racism. I was called racial slurs. Most shockingly, the General Manager sent me a message telling me to take my "ghetto ass back to the ghetto and go buy a ghetto ass car." The staff was so aggressive I believe they would have assaulted me if I didn't have a witness with me. This has caused me significant financial harm and deep emotional distress. I was scammed out of nearly $2,000 and subjected to hateful, racist abuse by the management. NO PERSON OF COLOR IS SAFE IN THIS BUILDING. I am filing reports with the Better Business Bureau, the police, the Attorney General, and civil rights agencies. Please, protect yourself and your family. Take your business anywhere else.

This is my worst experience with a car place I have gotten a great experience from A+ motors the man's name was Ali. I wish I had went to him this time. I can tell you no one in my family will ever go back to this place and if any of my customers ask me about a car place I will tell them all about Auto Resources and how they don't care for their customers. Only options to pay are by debit/credit, Apple or PayPal all of which are connected to my bank account. I went to the local branch and filled out the paperwork to open my daily limit to allow the purchase. Then went back the next day to do the transaction while in the bank to make sure everything went smoothly since I have had multiple issues with large transactions not going through even when filling out the required paperwork. 2 different times I've tried to purchase plane tickets between $3000-$4000 and never been able to use my bank card. This time the VP said absolutely not. She would not allow my card to be opened for such a large transaction even with me doing the transaction while in the bank. Said that the only way such a large amount could be done is through a wire transfer or cashiers check which is not a payment option for Airbnb. I understand it's for protection but that is why I was doing this while in their presence. Airbnb does offer an option to pay half now and the remainder later and I was still told no. I am tired of not being able to access my money when I need it for what I want to use it for. I will be closing my account and I am encouraging my adult children as well as my siblings and parents to close their accounts.

Why is activating a new credit card such a complicated process?…read more I called the activation number listed on the card and entered all the requested information correctly, only to be transferred to a call center representative who told me I needed to contact the bank directly about my account. My account is in good standing, and I had spoken with a representative just two weeks ago to request this replacement card. After calling the bank directly, I was transferred yet again to another call center, waited approximately five minutes, and was then informed that their system was down and they could not assist me. The end result: no activated card and a significant amount of wasted time. This experience fell far short of basic customer service expectations. Something as simple as activating a replacement card should not require multiple transfers and system failures.
