Went here over the weekend and the woman who went with us on a couple of test drives, although just okay (she didn't show me ANYTHING on the cars at all...got the feeling she wasn't as knowledgeable), was not the one who was actually doing the sale. Once the test drives were done, she passed us to Mark who was incredibly pushy. I told him numerous times that I was only there to test drive and was willing to hear out ROUGH numbers only, but he kept insisting that I give all of my information to them to get accurate numbers and the best deal. I'm not at that stage yet, and he didn't listen to me once when I mentioned that. After telling us to "hold on" multiple times, he then brings over his incredibly eccentric and sleazy supervisor (maybe?), who also couldn't take "no" or "I'm only here for test drives" as an answer. On top of that, I'm the one buying the vehicle, yet they both kept looking over at and directing "questions" to the guy who was with me. It was very misogynistic, and it got to the point where I was feeling harassed because they didn't like the word "no", no matter how I said it or how many times I said it. They could give me the best deal out of any dealership in town and I still wouldn't go with them. Incredibly unprofessional and I honestly don't know what kinds of slimy fees they'd tack on without me knowing. These dealerships have gone downhill so much since I purchased a car from Kia back in 2012 or so. BE WARNED!

My husband and I were very impressed with the service department staff at the Merced Chevrolet…read moredealership. We were driving our 2015 Chevy Silverado truck up to a wedding in Tahoe. Unfortunately a exhaust fluid warning light came on telling us to get it serviced and it stated how our maximum speed would gradually decrease to 4 mph. It was a Friday morning and we were desperate to get to Truckee by 4pm for the rehearsal dinner. We had already disconnected our travel trailer and left it at a Los Banos RV dealer. After several phone calls to other Chevy dealers, they all told us they would "try" to get our truck in on Monday. Then we called Tom(the service manager) at Merced Chevrolet and he said they would look at it today, but couldn't guarantee it would be fixed today if they needed to get parts. So off we went to Merced, thinking we would have to rent a car, rent a house or hotel room...if we could find one! We arrived at the Merced Chevy service Dept where we were greeted by a very kind service advisor. He actually was sympathetic about our situation. Got our truck up on a lift immediately and suggested we wait 1-2 hours "in case" they could fix it by then. We never dreamed they would make US a priority!! So off we went to eat some breakfast while we waited. We were back in an hour and it felt like a miracle, as we walked up to the service bay our truck was there facing the street and it was ready to go! They had found the problem with a faulty heat sensor that tripped the EF service warning which was slowly shutting down the truck's speed. Merced Chevrolet Service Department truly saved our trip. Headed back to pickup our airstream trailer and we arrived in time for the rehearsal dinner after all. Thank you to all of the service department for caring about us and our truck. A special thank you to Tom, the service manager and to Mark the service advisor.

I wrote a review recently in which I shared my disappointment with the Merced Chevrolet service…read moredepartment. They needed to keep my 2017 Chevy Trax for the week of June 8 to June 12 to change the water pump, struts, and battery. But as soon as a paid for the service and drove off the lot the problems with my car started again. I noticed a green leak and I assumed it was coolant. However, I was in the process of moving from Merced into a new house which I purchased in Los Banos. I moved into my new house in LB and decided to call Steves Chevrolet in Chowchilla to have them look at my Trax. I explained what was happening and set up an appointment. Since I moved I boxed up all of my things and I couldn't find the invoice from my last service and Merced Chevrolet. On July 10, I called Gio Cowie at Merced Chevrolet and let him know that I was taking my car Steves since it was closer to my new home in LB. And I asked Gio to let me know what was done during my last service so I could let the people at Steves know. Gio told me that since it had only been 4 weeks since my last service, he would have a technician look at my trax and not charge me for the service. I then called Steves back and cancelled my appointment. On the morning of July 14, I drove my trax to Merced Chevrolet to have them look at my car again. Gio said that it should only take a few hours. I waited in the lounge while my car was serviced. However, a few hours later Gio came to me and said that they found more problems with my car. Gio mentioned a blown gasget and said the turbo charger oil feed pipe was leaking and they'd need to keep my car longer. Gio also said that it would cost me around $3,300. I reminded Gio that he said he wouldn't charge me for this visit. But Gio said this was a new issue with my car that they didn't notice 4 weeks ago. For that reason Gio said that I would need to pay. It was also during this time that Gio made what I consided a very unfunny joke. Gio said that if I was bored I could go to the broom closet and clean up the floors. After 4 hours at Merced Chevy I told Gio to just have them bring me my trax and we'll take care of this another day. I decided not to go back to Merced Chevy and took my trax to Steves in Chowchilla on July 27. I dealt with a service manager named Jared. I showed Jared my last invoice from Merced Chevy. I also asked Jared to have the oil changed and tires rotated. I did need to bring my Trax back to Steves on July 30 as there was a part for my car that they didn't have. When my car was ready, Jared told me that the turdo oil feed return pipes were not leaking. They did install a new thermostat as they saw some leaking there. And they added coolant. The charge for my entire service including the oil change and tire rotation was $627.16! That's more than $2,600 what Gio at Merced Chevy said it would cost to address the problems with my car! My advice to anyone thinking of getting their Chevy serviced and Merced Chevrolet is make the 20 mile drive to Steves Chevrolet in Chowchilla. They were far more honest and friendly with me at Steves than anyone at Merced Chevrolet ever was! And they don't lie about things being wrong with your car the way Gio did! I clicked on 1 star, but actually Merced Chevrolet gets a ZERO from me!

I called the dealership and was connected to Christian who made it a point to get me to the right people with the right information so they can help me. He even gave me his personal cell number. My point is...he didn't really have to go out of his way to help in the degree that he did! That's just purely great customer service skills. I appreciate you Christian! Thanks, Ed

Thank you Gordon, and Ricky!…read more We had a horrible experience at ElkGrove Dodge, and although we were skeptical on any dealership in the the surrounding area, I'm glad we made the decision to reach out and explore Razzari. Our 2nd Dodge lease was up, and we were specifically looking for the new 2021 Dodge Durango R/T (tow and go package). Razzari had one we wanted. Due to us living in the East Bay, we wanted to avoid wasted time on both ends, so my fiance called the dealership to get information on the car, and talk numbers. He spoke with Gordon, the Manager, and he was very attentive and had excellent follow through. He was transparent, and did what he realistically could to get us near a price we were comfortable with. Although the pricing was more than we were currently paying for our current lease, we knew times are different, so we were willing to justify the payments. We made the drive out to Merced, and fell in love with the suv, and secured the deal. After 3 different leases, this was the most simplest, painless and quickest lease process we've experienced. We couldn't believe how quick the entire process was from start to finish. Ricky was also great, and personable. He made the process painless, and was very knowledge. We love our new suv. Thanks Razzari!

Shortly after picking it up, I went to change the engine air filter and noticed it was covered in fresh oil. Took the air box off and saw about a 1/4 of a quart of fresh oil in the intake. Took it back to Razzari and a tech said that it's normal...don't think so man, you clearly overfilled the crankcase. Today (3 months later) I noticed dripping oil in the garage. I checked the oil filter and it was so loose it was about to fall off...not even remotely hand-tightened. So...combining the fact that Razzari has poor quality control in their service department AND the fact that they pitched me $4000 in "recommended maintenance" after nearly destroying my engine, I will never be going back to this laughable business. The rumors have always been true about Razzari dealerships...STAY AWAY.

Received call around 3PM on 4/29/26, was told that they were putting on new tire and instructed me to come pick it up after work. Upon arriving at the dealership, service rep told me that they weren't able to get in touch with the tire warranty company and that they could not "release the car to me."
