The work and service were outstanding, prompt, and way beyond what could reasonably be expected. They were very friendly, did a great job, Followed up with me on a consistent basis and got it done on time. Honest, efficient, and prompt service.. I am seriously so blessed to have found this company. It's very hard to find quality work by quality people. I can't think this company enough for the work that they did. I set up an appointment a week prior to taking my Tahoe and get the air conditioning fixed. My vehicle sat there for two days . Before me calling and asking what is going on. The girl told me they have no time to fix my vehicle that I need to come pick it up. They are very unprofessional and wasted my time during a heat wave. Worst customer service!! I never leave bad reviews but they have earned it and then some. Seth only gave verbal estimates. Every time we spoke he had forgotten our previous conversations. Did not do the job as we discussed.. Then he added 33% on the bill over his verbal only estimate. Now this was only a small repair so it was only a few hundred extra, but when I questioned it Vic said he would just put a lean on the vehicle and report it to collections... then I looked at the repair they did and its crappy work.. the paint has a very visible run in it and bumps lumps in areas that should be flat! Drive to Madera or Merced it is worth it to get honest dependable quality work! I hate it that our local shop is run this poorly! read more

I took my car to this shop to get the hood aligned and done properly. They ended up returning me a car with a bad hood latch (didn't even bother to replace it even though it WAS on the estimate of parts to be replaced that was given to me). Then they tried to lie out of it multiple times, claiming that a bent hood latch was "normal". "Seth Bird", the floor manager, literally took me around all the cars in the shop to try and prove to me that the hood latch being bent is "normal". He failed miserably at it and it took one relatively pissed off customer afterwards to get them to try to fix the hood latch properly. This was a 3 month ordeal and all that needed to be done was buy a $80 hood latch to make it right (again, included in the estimate). Says a lot already doesn't it? Now today, Seth lied again, this time in front of me and the owner. Seth told me that my fenders had to either removed/altered to get the alignment done right with the new hood. Today I pointed out to him that my right passenger fender was not aligned properly. "Seth" then blatantly lied infront of me to the owner about not taking off the passenger fender to get the job done "properly". This is a lie, because when I initially brought the car, he said it had to be altered to be done right. At this point, Seth's credibility hit the negative point. It was already at zero when he tried to claim that a bent hood latch was normal, *while* failing miserably to show that's the case on all vehicles. I highly recommend that you pass on this shop. Lots of lies & deception going on here, not to mention the owner himself choosing to take the word of a highly manipulative employee that's only looking out for himself, instead of just being forthright about his claims to me in front of the owner. Not to mention the fact of going at length to prove a lie to me (a bent hood latch being normal...). Furthermore, the owner didn't want to take any responsibility for the misaligned fender. At that point I left and will be taking my vehicle somewhere else. Don't risk your car & your head with a potential extended headache induced by the lack of competence. I tried to support a local business in my town, but this left a pretty bad taste...I won't hold it against any other business here because of ONE tasteless body shop. read more

Never dealing with Chuck again.. I will take by car somewhere else. His workers are great but he is not professional at all. I took my car down there to get fixed and he wrote down all the info. he needed for the insurance company. He said he would call in 2-3 days to let me know when to bring my car in for repair. THREE weeks later I called him to see what was going on. He didn't even submit my claim and lost my paperwork. I had to miss work and go down there again to re-do everything. I also ordered an extra part to put on my car three times and when I picked up my car it was not fixed. Ill order the part through anyone else. He don't even seem like he cares. The day I picked up my car, he wanted to figure out where his payment from the insurance company was. He was paid over two weeks ago from them and this whole process took over a month! Horrible service from Chuck for a 6 hour job! Never again... read more
