Cannot thank Jo enough…read more My Wife and I were travelling with our baby from Sacramento to Los Angeles. Our front driver side wheel was shimmying and we had oversteer on the freeway. We pulled over in Chowchilla and I kicked the tire, to see the whole wheel loose... We pulled into Jo's at about 45min before close. Jo cleared his rack given the situation we were in and found the issue within 5 minutes. Our home mechanic that performed an alignment just two days earlier missed a loose bolt/cracked bushing that left the whole suspension wonky. He also found a crack in the center support bearing. These were all caused by a transmission mechanic that recently rebuilt our tranny and failed to put the control arm assy back together properly... Jo replaced the bushing and fixed the issue on the spot, getting us back on the road. Jo was considerate, professional and very fair. If I lived nearby he would be my go-to mechanic.

Showed no interest in helping other than to tell me to go buy it at Auto Zone. A Valvoline shop not carrying or even informed of a Valvoline oil product and sending me off to Auto Zone!?!? I was prepared to bring in all 5 of my family's vehicles and switch to them for all future oil changes. Don't know if I'll ever set foot in there again.

Then proceeded to call me a liar about me telling them my car was stuck in the middle of the road. At that point I had had enough and told him a few choice words so he lied to CHP told them he was towing it and as soon as CHP left unloaded my car because he felt unsafe to tow it because I yelled back at him. Quick!! Found them via yelp, called and they got here within 20min!! They did such a quick, clean…read morejob. They known it all! Two guys working on it! They thoroughly inspected our spare tire, helped take it off and put back the popped one. They put in the spare..all within 40min! Usually this job would take way longer. They were detail. They service Merded, Merced, Chowchilla, and another city off the road. They were so sweet. They gave us tips, and even some tips on our radiators since its a usual problem for our old buses.

I really don't know where to start…read more This morning around 2 am my driver called me and said the truck (18 wheeler) was placed out of service by CHP inspector at a scale located in Chowchilla, CA. and we could leave until all repairs to the tractor and trailer were completed. My driver being smart and on top of everything was able to get in touch with a mobile repair gentlemen who came out at that time and repaired the tractor issue. Unfortunately he did not have the right tools to repair my trailer. My driver and the first gentlemen were able to these gentlemen and they responded to the scale within one hour. Great response!! They arrived with all the right equipment and got straight to work. Within the first hour all the parts of the trailer axles were taken apart and they were on the road to the shop to place the new parts in and come back to install them. As far as their pricing, we all know being in this business it gets pricy to have you equipment repaired on the road. They charged me a one time $85 service call fee and after that $85 each hour. My first communication with Arnold over the phone was good as I was explained what was going to happen and the fees were. Also I was told that I will be contacted for approval if anything extra had to be changed or repaired. Arnold called me back after several hours of work and gave me a complete breakdown of everything that was done. He also said they will wait until my truck was completely done with the inspections and passed before they left the location. Great work ethic he has. Arnold work within 40 mile radius of Chowchilla and I would recommend him if you are in the area and need of roadside service. After all the hard labor and hours my total came out to $1,622 dollars.
