SCAMMERS!!!! Went here to have my tires changed out to tires with rims. Waited for a long time, so I had to ask why I was being left to wait when others who got there after me were getting in and out. The guy finally decided to do the job and was VERY rude!! He charged me $100! when i asked why it was so much he said "i'm charging for my time!" Keep in mind I brought both sets of tires in, it was just a swap of one set to the other. While doing the job the guy was acting super sketch! Well, later that day my tired flew off as I was making a turn like LITERALLY FLEW OFF!!! Come to find out they damaged my whole part where the tire goes. It had 3 missing bolts & broken. THANK GOD, this happend on a street with very little traffic! If this would have happened on the freeway or a busy intersection, God knows what would have happened! read more

Responsive. Reliable and Quick. I needed a tire mounted and installed last minute . There was nothing open since it was on Christmas, I called the shop to see if it was open since I needed to drive back to Watsonville , wasn't comfortable heading back on a spare tire. The representative was quick, negotiated the price on site no hesitation. As soon as I got there they raised my car, handed them my new tire and they tossed the other tire since it was torn. They were my go to tire spot but have noticed NEW employees that will try and scam you every chance they get i went in there w my Lexus and was quoted $80 to do a simple wheel swap... I later called and got a quote for the same thing but said I had a Toyota corolla and was quoted $20.... No difference in the labor yet they wanted to rip me off for an additional $60 simply because he seen a Lexus and a guy that didn't look like he knew to much about cars or tires.. shop used to be good w fair prices now a bunch of shadey employees are costing this shop money by trying to get over on people that have been coming here for years . This place is great. We got a flat tire and were not from this area. I read the reviews online and they were true...the guys were super nice and very efficient. We were in and out within 10 minutes for a tire patch. Definitely recommend these guys...also they were open until 6pm on a Sunday which was awesome. read more

We had a flat from a screw over the Labor Day weekend. The big chain tire shops in town were closed on Sunday and Monday, but Nacho's was open. After having the spare put on, I drove to Nacho's to have them do a repair. I told them I needed the tire repaired and remounted, as well as the spare put back on under the truck, which is a huge pain due to an anti-theft locking system. They quoted me 20 bucks for all of that. I though maybe they didn't hear me right. I get there and the guy tells me that they can't patch it. They have to do a plug. I thought oh great, how much will that cost... He says TEN. I asked "dollars?!?" Yes, he says. I couldn't believe they would do that so I expensively, but I was even more surprised they actually charged me LESS than quoted when I honestly wouldn't have known any better. They had the whole thing done and ready to roll in like 20 or 25 minutes, and that's with one person ahead of me. 100% will go back ANY time I need a tire repaired, and I will be checking with them about a new set when the time comes. Pros: Honest, fast, inexpensive. Cons: the only complaint I have is that the lot is a little small and tough to navigate when busy...but they directed me out so it was not really a big deal. read more

my brother in law took my tire off the other day from having a flat tire and come to find out my tires where not tightened all the way when they where put back on After taking it in to nachos tires to switch out my tires. they where very loose and wobbly on the road. I had to drive from Merced all the way to copperopolis to go home and lucky me and my kids made it home alright. people should check their work before sending off their customers. read more

They sold my 68 yr old mother a bad used tire which resulted in a blow out on the freeway while she was alone. Currently filing a civil suit against this shop & owner. Have had too many issues with them and this is not the first. This issue could've turned far worse than it did and Nacho doesn't care about his reputation nor the welfare of his customers. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone if you value your safety. Luckily we were able to find better service at a more reputable shop. read more
