I took my vehicle in for an alignment check and was told that it needed camber kits in order to properly align the car. The vehicle has not been lowered, so I do not understand why camber kits would be necessary. The technician looked at the suspension but did not make any adjustments, yet I was still charged the full price. I feel that I was scammed out of my money. Please be cautious when bringing your vehicle to this shop for an alignment. You can see from the photo, nothing has adjusted still charge me full price. read more

UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE. A year had gone by from my last horrible experience with their previous mechanic and I thought I would give them another try, as Wally is a great business owner. However, the people he has working for him, seem to be extremely shady and unreliable. I brought my mom's 2015 Jeep Cherokee in to replace a strut. When I spoke to Eric, he told me wait time would be about an hour and I ended up being there for 3 hours instead. While I was there I heard his mechanic become frustrated and also heard him banging on my moms car to get the strut out. I didn't think anything of it as I thought maybe that was just a part of the job. Turns out I was wrong, the mechanic was just frustrated and decided to take it out on my mom's Jeep and replaced the strut in sideways. Almost $200 later and my car sounded the same before I brought it in to them. Sad Wally can't find a trustworthy mechanic. On a side note his manager Eric is very unprofessional. When I saw him the next morning, when I dropped my mom's Jeep off, I asked him why no one answered the phone when I called yesterday at 4 o'clock. He explained that when hes busy, he hears the phone, he just decides to ignore it because if whoever needed something that bad, would have called twice. That isn't something you should tell a customer ever. He also tried to add an extra $30 on top of the job they were doing and when I say what the? He came back in less than 3 minutes saying he could drop $30 off with no owner approval, kinda sketchy and odd if you ask me. I will never return here again, sorry Wally, get a new crew and maybe I will consider it. Until then, BAD BUSINESS!!! read more

So I had a really unfortunate incident this past weekend, all 4 of my tires were punctured with three of them completely flattened. To add to my misfortune it was a Sunday when everything was closed, except for Costco. So I went to Costco, which is literally 500 ft away from shop. At Costco I was told nothing could be done to my car til Monday for several reasons: 1: they don't accept credit cards 2: they didn't have the right tires, they could order them but they wouldn't have arrived til Wednesday so instead they offered a slightly larger and wider tire. 3: they were already working on other cars I needed tires so I was willing to accept their price of $440 for the new tires and labor cost of replacing them. Even with the rude employee at the tire service desk. Come Monday as I was about to pay (with my debit card as my parents were able to deposit money in there to cover the cost), my dad told me he had googled this place Tires 4 Less and that they would do the exact same thing for $280! With the correct tires! So I had my car towed those 500 ft to this new shop. They told me it would be a 30 minute process. They rotated my tires and inspected my undercarriage. The guys at the shop, I believe Roligh and Jose, were so nice. It was a pleasant experience and I was able to get back on the road in no time. If you find yourself in a jam on your travels like I did, or just want to buy new tires I couldn't recommend this place any more highly. They are affordable, have great customer service, and they're efficient and fast! Stop going other places and paying ridiculous prices to wait for hours! read more

Awesome! Just awesome. Went and got financed for the new tires with warranty plus alignment and thought I need a alignment but didn't and they told me the truth! He didn't charge me cause I didn't need it, and he even put hub caps (extra charge) on for me cause we asked him if he had any and they did. I will be going back for rim on my Honda Fit soon as I get the mechanical issue fixed, my tires bow outward a little bit and they told me that I wouldn't have even know if it wasn't for them and I'd just be buying tires after tires. I had just bought other tires a year ago and they were destroyed because of it and no one said a word at America Tires. read more

They saved the day! Had a nail in my tire, I got there at 5:15 thinking they closed 6, but sign said 5. They had no problem taking me in and replacing with brand new tires. This outfit is shady from the start. Brought my auto in for new brakes. In short, three trips later in an attempt to keep them from not squeaking, they asked me to pay $80 for labor to finally fix them. After I paid they were worse than ever! My patience being exhausted I took my car to Toyota and problem solved! Requesting the refund for the $80 in labor was denied. I couldn't even get the owner to contact me. I learned my lesson.....never try to save a few dollars with this business. read more

My tire decided to disrespect me so I had to come get another one. I called before I came down of course and I was quoted $85 out the door for everything. That's for a brand new tire too which is AWESOME! So I get here and first impression is...ok I'm waiting like 2-3 minutes in the car before anyone even acknowledges that I'm here. Whatever it's a shop...a guy comes to talk to me and I tell him I called earlier about a tire. He looks like he doesn't know what I'm talking about and then looks around my car and while asking me my tire size. I give it to him. He opens my trunk gets the popped tire, then when he sees how bad the old tire is he tries to tell me the possible reason my tire popped....he asks if I want the tire installed....uhhhh or course. He leaves again....coles back like 8 minutes later then says "I need you to get your kid and get out, then I can change your tire". I was thinking in my head....ook well I've had people change my tire while I'm still in it but ok....I've also been asked to exit my vehicle a whole lot nicer lol but whatever. The process took a lot longer then it usually does but I got my tire changed for the price they quoted and they weren't too unfriendly and they're like a mile away from my house so I would definitely be back. read more

Reread the name and I promise you will think twice. Tires 4 Less means you get crappy quality all around. I brought my car in hopes that my front camber kit control arms would be installed properly. That was NOT the case. The mechanic was cocky and not to mention, sloppy and not friendly at all. In fact, he was disgruntled with me because he claimed my car gave him trouble. They did NOT tighten my bolts or add pins to my kit! WHAT THE FLUFF!? I mean really guys!? After installing this and charging me over 3 bills, my car ran WORSE. It was grinding and the steering wheel was a bit stiff. I called to see if I could bring it in and I got the run around about how it was my fault for asking them to install Skunk brand parts. I call BS! I took it elsewhere and apparently Tires 4 Less forgot to tighten bolts and add pins! Unbelievable!!! They never apologized or tried to make things right, but instead blame me. Beware of this sketchy hole in the wall tire place. Maybe they should stick to selling tires and fire the lazy and careless mechanics! NEVER RETURNING!!! read more

I buy trade and sell cars quite often. As such tires become much more of a factor (and price point) than for your average driver. This place was great, friendly staff, and usually a reasonable price. Unfortunately the vehicle I drive daily developed a leak at the bead where the tire meets the rim. I was quoted 25 to remove the tire, clean up the rim place some silicone at the contact point and reseat the tire. I then told them I'd acquired many used tires with exceptional tread left for no more than $10 to $15 more than that. At which point I let the manager know who I was, and that I'd brought at least 6 or 7 different vehicles here for tires, including both of mine and my wife's ford. He told me that he could drop it to 20 for the process. Another tire shop (Starting with a G) did the exact same process for $10. Unfortunately I could find no used 14" tires at the time and the cost of a new tire was out of the question. At that point my only option was to have the bead broken, cleaned up, lined with silicone, and reseated. Unfortunately the place that I go to all the time was only able to lower it to twice the price of a tire shop that I'd never been to. Sufficed to say I haven't since returned. read more
