The staff looked at me like I had just ruined their day by daring to bring them business. I asked questions, they rolled their eyes. I called for updates, they dodged my calls like I was a debt collector. Professionalism? Nope. Accountability? Not a chance. They told me my car would be ready "in a day." Apparently, in their world, a "day" actually means "over a week of excuses, lies, and waiting." And when I finally got my car back, guess what? The original problem was STILL there--plus a couple of new issues they generously "added" for free. And then the cherry on top? A bloated, mystery bill with no explanation. Not only did they fail to fix the vehicle properly, but they actually caused new, unaddressed physical damage to my car while it was in their possession. * Incorrect Parts Installed: Their mechanical competence is highly questionable. Upon inspection, I discovered they used the completely wrong hose for the repair. Cutting corners with incorrect parts is dangerous and completely unacceptable. * Fraudulent & Inflated Billing: The financial aspect of this transaction was a total scam. They double-dipped on charges, billing me multiple times for the exact same procedures. On top of that, they tacked on excessive, completely unjustified labor fees that do not align with the actual work performed. * Unprofessional Invoice Receipt: When I demanded a breakdown of the charges, they provided an incredibly poor, messy invoice receipt.
