Always great quick in and out service at Garza Tire at reasonable prices. My Go to tire place in Merced from getting new tires to fixing a flat. I like to spend my money at a family place not some robot corporation. read more

Excellent service! I had a tire that needed to be repaired, and they got me in and out incredibly fast. The repair was done professionally, and the price was much lower than I expected. It's hard to find a shop that's both honest and affordable these days, but they definitely delivered. Friendly staff, quick turnaround, and great prices--I highly recommend them to anyone needing tire repairs or service! read more

225 65 R17 tires balanced and installed for under $480. They open at 9 am on Saturdays and I was the first one in today. Within minutes people were walking in asking for alignments tire rotations and brake replacement. So word of advice get here early. I had been shopping around for new tires for a month. Nothing against America's Tires, Les Schwab or any other place I called. I know you guys have bills to pay, put paying $1k or more for tires I think I'll pass. I have bills to pay as well. They also have a wide selection of rims for all makes and models. Give them a try. read more

LETS START WITH "GREAT EXPERIENCE" 1. the ladies in the office were great, kindly answered all my questions. Explained in detail what was going to get serviced. LAST BUT NOT LEAST! 2. The mechanic Johnny was very informative. Gave me the insight on my car as to why this is doing that & so forth. Leading up to say ID DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! read more

The young lady at the counter was so rude and they are lucky I needed a tire I always have came to Garza out of habit but today was different due to her behavior I waited in the heat cause I didn't want to be around her . read more

I give this place one star because of the customer service. The lady is nice but she said my vehicle would be fixed by 5:30pm the same day I brought it in. So when we went back to pick it up they told us yes it's fixed and gave us the bill. After paying the $370 they told us its not fixed! (I even got a voicemail from them asking if i was able to pick it up before they close while I was at work). So they said they'd call when it's ready the next day. After being stuck at home waiting for their call I finally decided to call them after 4pm and I asked the lady if my vehicle was ready, she just replied with "oh yeah yeah it's been ready". So they forgot to call??!! I DO NOT recommend this place. They're expensive, unreliable and forgetful read more

All my tires were down to the tread indicators, mismatched and one was 11 years old. You could say I needed a full set BAD! I know good tires aren't cheap...but I'm a cheap person sooooo you could say I was looking for a good deal with reputable tire brands. I called 6 different shops around Merced, and Garza's was the only one who had my size in stock (205/50/15) with a brand I've heard of (Nankang) and at a price that fit my budget. I was in and out the door in less than an hour the next day with a full set of fresh tires mounted and balanced on my rims for $310. I was happy with the price, confident with their work and finally had the peace of mind to take a long drive ( which I did the next day.) if you need a new set of tires, I wouldn't hesitate recommending these guys again. read more

Hands down best! I know I can count on them for the best prices around. Not only have they always carefully explained what my car needs, they don't tack on extras I don't need (which happens a lot in Merced). The employees are awesome and fast. I can easily set up my appointment and get an estimated time of when to come back. Def recommend them :) read more

Great place I would give 5 stars but if you go make sure you ask NOT to have MANUEL work on your car every car I've taken in and he works on them the job is half way done or not done correctly. Why would you have someone that isn't well educated on cars work at a car shop? read more

Ive gone to Garza for used tires and tire repairs several times. I always got fast and good service. The prices on used tires is fair and the used tires were in good condition. read more

Don't know how this place is still in business, they messed up my car real bad and try to blame me for it. Like really, your people stripped the studs and the tire wasn't even the right size, it was too wide and scraping the fenders. After taking the car back to have them fix our stripped stud, they try to charge us. Then the lady finally agree to go ahead and replace it and have me sign a bs "contract" saying they are no longer liable for anything that's wrong with the car. This place over torqued the studs and will not take responsibility for their mistake. I now take my car to America's Tire, best price in town, better service and fast. I had a friend take her car there, messed up her car also. It cost more to fix their damage than to get tires there. So only go here if you are willing to take that chance of paying for the damage after getting your tires installed. read more

This was the only place that had used tires for my , I know because I checked all the other tire shops but wanted this as my last option because of the review on yelp . But man they are so nice and friendly here and they sure do want to give you a good price for a good tire. And he actually looked at all the inventory to see which one had more thread on the tire for me. They will see me here next time I need tires . read more

Great service and awesome deals! Definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends!

Welcomed with smiles & quick service. Purchased a full set of new tires for a very reasonable price. It was a Friday & the shop was busy that day. My wait (including the installation) was within an hour. Feels great driving on new tires :) read more

I got a quote for two tires from this company and I was handed a calculator slip of paper with two prices for different kind of tires for our truck. So I asked them to order the tires that cost $217 total instead of $207, only $10 difference so I went with the higher price ones. Ordered over the phone and they asked for deposit, ok that's different but ok I put down $100. SO that was Wed then on Monday didn't hear anything from them if they were in or not. So call and was told no their not in we will call you, so I get call on Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday I was able to get truck in to get tires put on. I go to pick up truck and ask about getting an alignment and they said ya we have to schedule an appointment for that ok, so its for next day. I come home and look at the tires and they put on the cheaper tires Westlake, but I paid the $217 tires which were Milestar/Westland. Ok whatever, so I go into alignment appointment on THurs and tell them look at my quote and you guys charged me for the higher price but I got the lower quote tires, so I ask..can I get that price difference off my alignement today. She says ok but we have to charge you $30 for an inspection before we do the alignment and IF there is anything wrong with it we will take that $30 off if you let us do the work. WHAT!!!???? I said nevermind and walked out and scheduled an appointment somewhere else where it will cost more but hopefully I get better service. read more

They have great prices and they are quick, no nonsense service. They have a small waiting room so you don't have to stand around, and everyone there is polite and business like. We always go there for our tires and alignments and recommend them to anyone who needs tires, read more
