Highly recommend dealing with mohammad. We were debating the long drive to head over to buy the Honda Odyssey because we wanted the best deal for our Lexus trade in. Once we arrived they greeted us, were professional and he was back and forth with the owner to make the best deal possible. We got a great deal on the new car, which made up for the loss we took on our trade in. To top it all off, he stayed 2 hours past closing to finish all paperwork to drive an hour home to his pregnant wife, so our family really appreciated his service and our kids love the car. read more

POOR customer service. My husband and I found an online vehicle we were interested in. I called ahead of time, as we were coming from Modesto, to see if the vehicle was still available. I spoke to Mohammed and he assured me the vehicle was still there. We arrived 30 minutes later, and Mohammed "went to pull it around." He left for a few minutes, and instead of returning with the vehicle, he returned saying "I have bad news. We JUST sold it!" I call BS. If it was there 30 minutes earlier, it would've been there still, since paper work takes longer than that. He then proceeds to try to sell us on a similar vehicle at a price $3,000 above the price I had seen online for the same vehicle. Do not trust them! read more

Traded in a Chevy Blazer and they only gave me $750 for it. The next day it was on their website for $3999! I understand this is a business and they have to make a profit, but 400%!! On top of that the drivers sideview mirror on the vehicle we were looking to buy was cracked and salesman told us they would not replace it for us! Stay away from this dealership! read more

Very disappointed with this dealership. They seem too interested in a fast deal than an efficient/legit one. I came in, purchased a vehicle, or so I thought, signed the papers/agreement, they gave me the keys and off I went. 2 days later I get a call saying they didn't actually get anything approved as expected, and I now need to either return the vehicle or get a cosigner. I did not like this, I don't like being lied to, especially not on such a large purchase. I was originally so excited to have purchased from them, but in the end, I was let down tremendously. I took my business to Razzari the same day I returned their vehicle and got my trade-in back. I was approved for a much better deal at Razzari anyway, and it was an actual legit deal! So I suppose it all worked out in the end, just not at Choice Motors. read more

Terrible Service! I found a truck online, sent a request and got a call back that day. I call first thing the next morning, got the price and did all the paperwork over the phone. I was approved. I told them I can not come in until Sunday since I work and I live 2 hours away. I was assured I would get the Truck for the price, since I did everything via phone. All I had to do was come in test drive the truck and sign the papers, we did this so I would get the price and so it would be faster for me on Sunday. Well guess what NO they gave me the run around about the price that it was a 3 day special only and then they could not find my papers I did over the phone, well my guess you could not find my papers or didn't want to find them because they were done with the lower price. So I had to do it ALL over again. Waiting 3 plus hours at the dealer with 2 kids. Any other place would honor the price, I did everything I was asked to do over the phone and showed up Sunday with the proof of the price I was offered. I'm only asking for them to be FAIR and give me for the price it was listed. To the owner: Contact me I bought the 2013 Silverado on Sunday 1/22/17. You are not fair, you should sale for the price that was offered when I called. It's wasn't like I didn't keep my word and not show up. You have my information contact me. read more

Horrible customer service. They just want to get you on the lot to rip you off.  We found a car on their website and called to verify the car had not been sold and was on the lot.  The lady put us on hold for a few minutes and then returned to tell us she had the car there.  We called ahead because we live 1 hour from Merced. When we arrived we spoke to the lady and she said, "unfortunately, the car is in not here." It was in another city over 40 minutes away. AND she tried to get us to fill out information to start a purchase of the vehicle without seeing the car. Seriously? THEN she asked us if we wanted to look at something else.  Very poor customer service and they will say anything to get you on the lot.  DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! read more

I am pretty satisfied with my experience here! I inquired about a car online and was given a very quick response back and setting up an appointment was very easy. Since the place was about an hour an a half away and I had a strict budget I wanted to stick to, I requested to talk to a financing employee who I'm pretty sure was the manager. He assured me that I could get a certain monthly price, interest rate, and loan period, and I believed him enough that I thought I worth the drive to see the car. I had already test driven the make and model that I was interested in, but they still offered to give me a test drive. One of the employees, Gloria, even offered to drive over a different color of the car from another location on the offchance that I liked that color better. I took her up on the offer and she was more than willing to drive it over for me. They were ready for me when I arrived. The employee who helped me wasn't the same person who I spoke with on the phone, which may explain why they weren't giving me the rate I was given on the phone. However, I did end up getting a rate that was pretty much spot on, so there may have just been a miscommunication issue. The negotiation process and signing of papers and such was better than I expected, as someone who has never bought a car before. All in all it went very smoothly, and I did get the car at a fantastic price according to my research on how much the make and model is typically worth. read more

Totally had a bad experience. they reassured me that they could get me into a new car had my husband take time off work to go over there, we live out of town, and they couldn't do what they told me they could. I was even suppose to meet one of the lady's there and she told me she would stay late to wait for me I told her we were on our way and when we got there 30 mins later she was no where to be found. Had a sales man name Steve help us out he was very nice and even gas us gas for the trip of up...thanks Steve you were great!! But so disappointed they could make it sound they could help people out and they couldn't do jack. Such BS would not get a car from there or recommend someone to them. They need to teach there people who call to set up appts to learn how to do customers service and not give false information!!! They just tell people what they want to hear to get you in there and that's totally wrong!! read more
