Daniel and Lind were professional, efficient, and so wonderful to work with. They worked nonstop and got all of our stuff from South Phoenix to Tempe in one afternoon. I needed a mover on very short notice and they were available twice even after I had to reschedule. I'm a single lady and needed help with the heavy lifting but they did it all! This team was really great when it came to my moving. I live alone and can't do the move alone. It all started when I called to receive a quote. It was a great experience from the get go because they were thorough and asked questions about my move. When I called to finally schedule my move, I have given them an update on what needs to be moved and again, they were helpful, patient, and understanding (Im indecisive). The day before it was time to move, I had an emergency come up and had to quickly change my schedule. They were quick to accommodate my availability the soonest they can. The day of the move, they had some issues with their schedule but I received ample notice of their ETA and was kept in the loop. The movers were helpful, courteous, and mindful of my items. Please do not hire Dignity moving. They damaged many pieces of my furniture. One piece beyond repair. They issued 50% credit to rectify their carelessness. The desk they broke a leg off of was taken back to their office for "repair". Daniel advised me they would just try to wood glue it so I requested they just bring it back and I'll repair myself. The condition it was returned in was deplorable. There's a black footprint and some kind of black oil on it. Not to mention a portion of the wood it missing so it cannot be repaired. When I asked Daniel to cover the cost of the desk and refund moving charges he had the audacity to tell me I damaged my daughters desk myself and that he knows people like me that are just out to get money! That's insane!!! When threatened to contact the BBB he told me to go ahead because they weren't going to do anything for me. At this point voices were raised and Daniel told me I was learning a valuable lesson today. His words. I'm a 44yr old married mother of one child. I am not out to get money from my movers. Anyone who has ever moved knows there's a lot of work to be done. Bottom line is that this is a fairly new business. They have no idea what their doing. They do not wrap your furniture and it get damaged and dirty on their rented uhaul. They may be a bit cheaper then the next guys but you get what you pay for. This is by far the worst experience we have had with any service company, moving or otherwise. When we were planning our cross-country move, we looked at several moving companies and received bids from each. Mentors was far from the cheapest, but they followed up promptly and provided all the assurances and made all the promises we needed. Once we paid them, the responsiveness ceased and the services were substantially less than promised, much less, expected. First, I will say that the crew that showed up to pack us up from our first home was a full crew. They had us packed and loaded in the truck by mid-afternoon the same day. As we were closing on our new home in about a month, our furniture and belongings were to be held in storage for that time. We were assured the storage would be climate controlled--it is not, or if it is, it is controlled at temperatures in excess of what would be considered harmful to furniture as our furniture experienced significant heat related, as well as other, damage, which I will elaborate on later. Contrary to the crew provided for the move-out, the crew that showed up for our move-in and delivery of our furniture was a crew of 2. A crew of 2 to move furniture and belongings for a 4400 sq ft home of 6 people. As a direct result of the inadequate and substandard crew, what should have been a single day move, turned into a 2 day move. Morever, boxes that were clearly labeled for specific rooms were left in the garage, or basement, or dining room. Not just a handfull of boxes, but a total of over 60 boxes, which I needed to them move on my own, up and down multiple flights of stairs. Several significant and expensive pieces of furniture were damaged also, some to the point of disrepair. Worse, the movers caused significant damage to the hardwood floors in our new home, the repair costs and consequences of which are beyond imagination. The most offensive part of this experience is this: the repairs to the furniture and cost to fix damage to the home are not in dispute. We further confirmed prior to the move that we had over $83K in insurance coverage. However, it has been over 2 months since our move and the company has made zero effort to settle the claims. The company's efforts have been limited to hiring an "arbitrator" to evaluate the claims. The arbitrator, however, has been unable to secure an estimate for the repairs despite having them contact us and walk through the home to inspect the damage. The inspector agreed that some of the furniture was beyond repair and would need to be replaced. Yet, still after paying over $23k to the movers, despite having over $83k in insurance coverage, Mentors has failed to pay a single dime toward the claim. Further, the arbitrator states that she has been waiting on estimates form the original estimator yet has made no efforts to arrange for alternative bids. The bids that have been received have been through us directly, spending time and effort to assess damages as a privilege to paying Mentor's over $23k for what should have been a very simple move. When the issues were first addressed, i was directed to deal with mentor's loss person. She assured me that this was 'not the mentor's experience" and assured me that things would be addressed. We sent photos of everything, receipts and screenshots to evidence the quantification of the damages, but once Mentor's saw the extent of the damages and the values of the items damaged, Mentor's became non-respondent. Moving is stressful and no one needs the additional stress of wondering whether their belongings will be safely packed, stored and moved. Do not use this company. They are the worst, most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. Again, we were assured of full coverage for our move, and I even called to verify the coverage prior to executing all agreements. Despite this, Mentor's is burying its head in the sand and after 2 months, has failed to replace, fix or even offer a resolution of the matter. If this is the Mentor's experience, stay far away. We are now in the position of spending thousands of dollars to replace furniture and belongings because Mentor's has failed to honor the coverage limits it assured we had and has failed to stand behind its services. Look elsewhere for your moving and storage needs. They deserve zero stars read more

I had booked my moving date for 3-13 and had a problem with our closing date at my old house, Daniel happen to call when I was upset about the delay I tearfully explained what was going on. Daniel's first response was "Don't cry Rosemary everything's going to be okay," his kindness in his voice gave me comfort, and he was right we were able to move as scheduled. The next day he sent his 3 guy crew Joseph, Ramon and Kobeny. They were very helpful and professional and Ramon was the funny one who made this move go with laughter, Joseph was the business type one very professional and n8ce. World class service with this tiny but mighty young company. They delivered exactly what I asked for and more. Wrapped each item individually and used extra special care throughout the move. We were searching for a mover to hire for a local move, so I requested an online quote from 5 different local moving companies. Daniel from Dignity Moving responded within about 20 minutes with a detailed, very affordable quote. Questions were quickly answered and a moving date was set. On moving day, Lind and Joseph showed up on time and loaded our stuff (2 bedroom house) in about an hour. A quick 15 minute drive, then an hour to unload and it was done. Everything was in great shape and these guys worked hard and communicated well throughout the process. This is a very well-run business from top to bottom. These guys are incredible. Daniel responded to my online inquiry immediately with exact pricing and details, and offered to move us within two days, ON Easter. He sent a friendly reminder confirmation the day prior to the move, and he showed up (yes he worked alongside his guys on a holiday) with his guys right on time. They prepped the old house, and the new house when we got there, with tarps covering the carpet in the high traffic areas and padding on the doorways. They were hella fast at wrapping everything and getting it in the truck. They worked well as a team, they all had company shirts on, and were super personable, and patient with me and my wild kids. They were super respectful of our belongings and everything arrived in perfect condition. I am still amazed how quickly but efficiently things got moved over. I thanked one of the employees for moving us on Easter and told him I was sorry he had to work, and he told me it was ok because he got to move a nice family to their new home. What a great dude. The guys carried an entire moving truck up two flights of stairs in 110° heat quickly, yet made sure to handle all of our stuff with the utmost care. I had a fairly unique project of large (and heavy) multi piece bookcase/file cabinet unit for a remodel where I researched and tried to contact many different moving companies.
