First, they lured me in with an introductory rate, but made no mention that it was an introductory rate. My rent has increased 42% in 16 months. The possibility of rent increases are in the contract, but that kind of hike needs to be made abundantly clear from the start ("this is an introductory price ..." . I was extremely surprised at all of the increases I've had in just over one year's time. But, they got me. Access to storage is not much longer than normal business hours, which can be problematic. What's worse, they require you to provide proof of insurance or they will automatically bill you for monthly insurance. Unfortunately their central office and local office are not always on the same page, so I will receive notices multiple times a year from each for me to send them my insurance policy, even after I've already done it. In 16 months I've had to be on the phone with them somewhere in the 5 to 10 times range with billing or insurance problems, and add to that multiple emails. I send them stuff and they conveniently don't receive it. Last time, the proof I showed wasn't enough and they needed the declarations page from my actual policy and additional insurance info. I've got to contact my insurance company and find out the information that they want. All of this so that they can charge me an extra $12 a month. This sort of thing happens multiple times per year. Absolute madness. But I have so much stuff in storage that I would have to hire a moving truck to get it out and into a new unit with a new company. They have me over a barrel, and they know it. What an absolute mistake I made renting from this company. Huge regrets. This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had renting from a storage space, and I have been doing this for well over 15 years. Save your time (so, so much time) and money and stay away from this company.

The prices of storage are on the climb everywhere and their rates might be a little bit more than some other places nearby but after visiting other facilities, it was clear that you get what you pay for.

In my experience here, November, 2025, they get a 5. Second, the Unit - also a five. I did see a customer in the office wondering where the cart was for her block of units. She was told it could be in use elsewhere, could be parked behind the door of someone's unit, or stolen. Her experience gets a 1 here. Public Storage.com. A landlord and I have been helping a friend get his collection into storage. At the desk we were advised an online registration would get us a lower rate. And advised us rates change. On November 7, 2025 we were quoted $51 for a 10 x 10, online contract. It failed, likely because, despite a long career in operating systems, hardware specifying and buying, database development, our experience was a fail. We lost the $51 rate. It went to $76 a week later. When I step to the counter, systems are inevitably down or processing slow or.... Public Storage.com would not accept the payment of two potential payees. The interface provided no reasons or guidance. But I am sure it was me, The User's fault. I was the guy in the Helpdesk Joke who thought the CD reader tray was a coffee cup rest.... In 1981 I did not know a 5" floppy disk needed formatting before use. The most valuable Help Desk tip ever - at that time. I give myself a 1 on Public Storage. com. The App. The app does nothing until you have rented a storage unit. No score here. If this online experience is the future of Artificial Intelligence; Family Human, we are in trouble. Life is too short for computer interactions. There's a life out there! Phone help: 602 635 4015 for this facility. They get a 5. Once we got a 10 year Public Storage Customer Service employee online, they found the First Attempt (expired, useless. Found the data collected by our first Assistance call, and sent us to an employee that finished us up, was patient as we connected tothe proper payer, and got the unit rented. My advice, stay away from the digital-only side of this house and connect with Real Intelligence - Office employees or Dial up assistance. Concluding, I can give my who Public Storage experience a 3. We did have a cart for our unloading, you must locate an employee to unlock the bathroom. The coded security gate worked well - once we got the code. Unit rental fees wentvfrom $51 to $76. Also, this has got to be the best real estate investment going - as long as we Pigeons of Life can afford the charges.
