Two days in I drove an engine bolt through my new drive tire the lot was a wrecking yard for 20 years I know of and they laid a few inches of crushed asphault over all the debris and as soon as I run it over it pops up I have buckets after a few months they started making up past due balance. So I canceled all my reoccurring rentals a few days later a new one was opened in my name my info but charged at a non standard amount the system u set it up on only charges for a month or week at 220 a month however the one they set up was to reoccur at 600 for one space so I told them I was leaving when I return if in fact anything is owed i will settle up as soon as I returned and a day later my stuff was towed and lastly when I went to pick up my vehicle it was at a rush auto dealer ship around the corner not even a tow yard it was hidden by other vehicles I will also add i was paid up until 1 31 25 so park at your own risk.

First, they lured me in with an introductory rate, but made no mention that it was an introductory rate. My rent has increased 42% in 16 months. The possibility of rent increases are in the contract, but that kind of hike needs to be made abundantly clear from the start ("this is an introductory price ..." . I was extremely surprised at all of the increases I've had in just over one year's time. But, they got me. Access to storage is not much longer than normal business hours, which can be problematic. What's worse, they require you to provide proof of insurance or they will automatically bill you for monthly insurance. Unfortunately their central office and local office are not always on the same page, so I will receive notices multiple times a year from each for me to send them my insurance policy, even after I've already done it. In 16 months I've had to be on the phone with them somewhere in the 5 to 10 times range with billing or insurance problems, and add to that multiple emails. I send them stuff and they conveniently don't receive it. Last time, the proof I showed wasn't enough and they needed the declarations page from my actual policy and additional insurance info. I've got to contact my insurance company and find out the information that they want. All of this so that they can charge me an extra $12 a month. This sort of thing happens multiple times per year. Absolute madness. But I have so much stuff in storage that I would have to hire a moving truck to get it out and into a new unit with a new company. They have me over a barrel, and they know it. What an absolute mistake I made renting from this company. Huge regrets. This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had renting from a storage space, and I have been doing this for well over 15 years. Save your time (so, so much time) and money and stay away from this company.

She was told it could be in use elsewhere, could be parked behind the door of someone's unit, or stolen. Her experience gets a 1 here. Public Storage.com. A landlord and I have been helping a friend get his collection into storage. At the desk we were advised an online registration would get us a lower rate. And advised us rates change. On November 7, 2025 we were quoted $51 for a 10 x 10, online contract. Deleted one star from my previous review For the owner or manager trying to gaslight me by saying…read morethat the lines on the pictures that I've provided are cracks in the cement blocks is just BS. They are mud tubes specifically from termites. Anyone looking at those pictures can blow them up and see that they are external to the wall (on top of the cinderblock ) and not a crack in the cinderblock. Besides, I actually crushed one of the mud tube lines and they were mud tubes. On top of that the two pieces of antique furniture that I had right up against that area is the only thing that got termites. They didn't come in with the furniture. The furniture was destroyed because of the termites that are in the facility. They came up through the openings in one of the other pictures at the base of the wall. And spread out from there. I ended up taking my furniture right to the dump because I didn't want to bring a termite infestation with me

I started this project in yelp for storage of a RV. Got a message from the manager stating no availability at this time and then a second message showing a quote of $60 per month. Upon further discussion with the manager that was just a number to get the message posted to me "states Yelp requires this" however I received messages from other businesses without a price quote. When I contacted Everest Self Storage was told they have a space opening up the end of the month for double that amount. I will not be doing business with them. Dishonesty from the get go!!!
