I don't even know where to start. Yes, megabus is a cheap and somewhat convenient option for those who are in need of short distance travel. We had to reschedule our trip from Baltimore to NYC 3 times. First two were due to covid and obviously at no fault of megabus, but required change fees. In the middle of a pandemic. When we finally had set dates we could go, we find out they cancelled our trip. We click the link to reschedule and the site can't be found. I then had to spend over an hour on the phone getting placed on hold, getting hung up on, and playing phone tag. I was finally able to reschedule to similar times on the same dates, this time free of charge. Now for the first ride - totally fine other than the AC blasting at 8am. Second ride - we get to the bus stop in NYC and the lines are unorganized, as usual. People in our lines keep saying they're in lines for different locations and times. We try to ask any employee we can find and they seem clueless as to where our bus is. All we hear from other passengers is that the bus is an hour late. Of course that was for some other bus, but we didn't know. I kept refreshing my email and no emails from megabus. Our bus ended up only being about 45 minutes late. But still with no communication from megabus. About an hour into the ride, we pull over at some truck stop in the middle of New Jersey with no communication again. Now we're all frustrated because we're already significantly late and have no clue why we stopped. Finally about 10/15 minutes later, the bus driver comes on the intercom with a reminder that passengers need to clean up after themselves in the bathroom. Now we can only assume she stopped to clean the bathroom. About 15 minutes after we get back on the road, she pulls off on the side of the highway for about a minute. No big deal other than the fact we're just on the side of the highway. Overall, the employees we came in contact with in person were doing what they could with the little resources they had. The lack of communication is what really did it for me and now we'll be paying the absurd prices for parking near NYC instead of riding the bus. read more

Haven't been on a Megabus for a while but I think they added an extra row of seats because this one is SO CRAMPED. WiFi doesn't work. No outlet near my seat . This for trip between DC and Nyc. And since when do they switch drivers and not even let us get off the bus? It took at least 10 minutes! Next time Bolt or greyhound. read more

I was on the mega bus already and this was a fifteen minute rest stop for the passenger and driver...omg I was supposed to be in dc at 5:30pm not 7:00pm...where on the site does it say mega bus will make rest stops... When I first got on the bus the driver kept announcing this is an express bus going straight to washation dc...he stopped for a cigerate break and made a big annoument saying "does any one have smokes i can borrow"... really unprofessional !!! beside arrival time being late the driver... kept on announcing please no cell phone talking /music etc...while he was driving with the radio on... Are you freaken kidding me... So because you are a driver you get to be disruptive while the passenger is limited to what they do... Wow unbelievable!!! read more

Took a day trip from Baltimore to NYC yesterday and I will NEVER give megabus my business again! The trip there was exactly as we had expected. The trip back? Where do I start?! The bus was an hour and 13 minutes late picking us up. Within 10 minutes our bus was hit by another bus (hit and run) which took out the power and AC. Not the bus driver's fault but there was ZERO communication to the passengers. The driver panicked and instead of calling for help she locked the passengers in the bus (again, no power or AC) and went for a walk to clear her head. There were elderly passengers and children nearly passing out and she refused to talk to anyone. The passengers finally called customer service and a replacement bus was sent.... With room for 10 PEOPLE!!! We called and another bus was sent for the rest of us but the bad driver came with us! At this point we were already 3 hours late and it was pouring rain so we couldn't wait outside. We got on the new bus and ten miles later she pulled over again. She forced us off the bus and onto yet another bus with no power or ac. She still had not communicated ANYTHING to the passengers!!!! Feeling very faint I asked the driver if we could go to the gas station (50 yards away) and get water. She said no. I tried for several minutes to explain that many of the passengers had not had any water for several hours and she very rudely told me I needed to leave her alone and we were not allowed off the bus. She started driving away again and about 10 minutes later she pulled off to another stop and told us she would be back in 20 minutes. So we all got off the bus and ran in for water and food while we had the chance. 35 minutes later the bus driver came back and drove us home. She swerved all over the road and into the medians several times. Customer service was alerted to all of this and was not helpful AT ALL. Do not ride megabus!!!! I wish I was making this up. Ok, this is going to be long... My friend and I booked through Megabus for day trip to NYC. We ended up paying about $66 per person roundtrip, but we figured that was better than the headache of driving in NYC and finding parking. Our trip to NYC was pretty flawless-- we left on time and got to NYC pretty much right when they said we would on our itinerary. However, when we got to the bus stop in the morning we were told Megabus overbooked by two whole buses, so we were on a hired coach bus rather than the double decker Megabus. Not the end of the world because we still got on a bus, but how do you overbook by two whole buses?? On to the return trip... We got the the bus stop around 8:40 for our 9:00 pm bus. There was a huge line and I could tell they probably overbooked again. Our bus was going back to Baltimore, but then on to DC, so our bus had both people going home to Baltimore and DC. They herded all the Baltimore people onto a separate coach bus (because they were definitely overbooked) but they didn't actually count how many people they were herding on because my friend and I were the last ones on the bus and there were no more seats. So we waited to get on this separate Baltimore bus, only to get back off and go to the other bus. It was very unorganized and annoying, but we were on a bus heading home a little after 9 so it was ok. Fast forward about 30 minutes into the trip, and our bus pulls over on the side of the highway. All the driver says is "Stand by", doesn't tell us what's going on, and eventually we get back on the highway. In another 15 minutes or so, we're pulled over again. Something is wrong with the engine and we have to wait for another bus to pick us up. We pulled over around 10:30 and weren't back on the road until 11:50. It was ridiculous. Meanwhile all these 18-wheelers are flying by our bus sitting on the shoulder, I didn't feel safe at all. Once we were back on the road there were no more bus issues, but our bus was supposed to be back at 12:15 am, and we didn't get back until 1:45 am. One another complaint, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. I didn't have to use the bathroom on the way to NYC so I can't vouch for those ones (Although it was a Dillon's bus so I'm sure it was fine) Upon getting on the Megabus on the way home, the bathroom floor and toilet seat was covered in urine and there was no toilet paper. This was getting on the bus, which means the bathroom was not even checked in between trips. And of course with all the bus malfunctions and delays that means more people were probably subject to using that horrible bathroom. Luckily I always keep travel size Kleenex and hand sanitizer with me in my bag on day trips, but I felt so disgusting after having to use that bathroom. Absolutely unacceptable. Currently waiting to hear back from Megabus because I'm demanding a refund for that return trip. read more

Fact: you will not get to where you want to go on time, if ever, if you take Megabus. Don't bother. Shell out the cash for Amtrak. The extra $ is worth what you'll save in frustration. Bad Experience Summary: I purchased 2 roundtrip tickets for the Megabus between Baltimore and NYC. The bus was scheduled to depart at 8:00am. We arrived at the station at 7:40am, following instructions to be there at least 15 minutes before departure. The bus was not there. We waited until 8:30am for the bus to arrive. The Megabus staff sat in their cars and refused to talk to anyone because they were too busy smoking. No information was given out. In the end, we had to take another means of transportation to NYC. Even with allowing for delays, we were worried about arriving in time to attend a ticketed event. If the staff had offered ANY information about when the bus would arrive, we would have stuck it out. But since they refused, we had to assume we were on our own. When I requested a refund, they said No because "the bus arrived at 8:06a.m." This is a flat out lie. when I called them out on that lie, they stopped responding my emails. To summarize, Megabus is: Terrible at managing their schedule Terrible at Customer Service Terrible at telling the truth. read more

I'm writing this as I'm on a bus headed to NYC Yeah. No never again. I took two trips because a friend recommended it and it was my only option on short notice. First trip was fine, from Philly to DC. Second trip however was enough to say eff this Id rather pay full price. The bus was about 20 minutes late. I forgave that because it was 15 degrees in DC with fresh snowfall. Get on the bus, trip starts all is fine until then. Suddenly there's an announcement 20 minutes into it that we had to change buses because the one we were on didn't have enough fuel to get to DC. Slight inconvenience. I'm still being patient. First thing I noticed is it's freezing inside the new bus. Ok... It's been sitting, perhaps it just need to warm up. Long story short, for the first 30 minutes of this ride we've been sitting in a bus that's about 25 degrees because there is freezing cold air coming out of the vents and the driver has been trying to figure out how to fix it (she's been nice). But finally I told her she should just turn off the air because it's only making it worse. So for the rest of the trip were sitting in a 30-40 degree bus. Other negative points. I assume because this is a low cost budget bus based on the pricing system that your employees especially the ones that check people in etc are paid a very low salary. I assume so because it's like they don't give a shit, they are some of the most rude people I have ever dealt with. Except for the driver. She was nice. I'm sure it's not her fault that you as a company don't perform regular maintainer or fueling of your buses. Suggestion: walk 300 miles instead of taking this service. read more

I've taken the Megabus from White Marsh, MD to NYC several times since it first opened, and the experience has always left much to be desired. My last trip with Megabus the weekend of March 23, 2013 ended this very fragile relationship. The ride up was standard: the bus was late, so we had to stand in line and freeze for 20 minutes before boarding. The driver sped the whole way, warranting beeps and stares of shock from other drivers. Whatever, it was cheap and I survived. On the way home, however, we almost died of carbon monoxide poisoning, among other annoying, though not fatal things: I arrived early to wait for the bus and there were well over 200 people in front of us with "standby" tickets. All of these customers were placed on the double-decker MegaBus, while my husband and I who had actual tickets, were placed on a decrepit single level charter bus. The luggage attendant threw everyone's bag in the luggage compartment with force. The gentleman in front of us asked him to be careful with their bag, so he promptly threw it harder. Since I didn't want the contents of my luggage destroyed, I had to keep my 45 pound book bag on my lap the entire trip. The only seats available were in the very back next to the bathroom. The toilet did not flush, but that didn't stop people from using it. In addition to the raw sewage smell, exhaust was leaking into the cabin of the bus, the circulation fans were broken and the windows did not open. Everyone was complaining of terrible headaches, sweating and trouble breathing, but the bus driver was not concerned (his window opened). Even though MegaBus is more expensive than other bus trips in the Baltimore area and I have to drive 25 miles to the bus stop, I usually travel with MegaBus because the double-decker buses are more comfortable--they are newer, the seats are more spacious, it's clean and quiet. Best of all, if you arrive early, you can avoid sitting on the same level as the bathroom. I understand if they need to have two buses for each trip, but the second bus should be comparable to the double-decker buses advertised. If I wanted to ride on a single level uncomfortable bus, I would have spent less money and walked to the bus stop by taking the Bolt Bus--which I plan to do from now on after this awful service! I'm writing because the WiFi is out on the bus to NYC. Im a traveling physician desperate to do work on the bus. I paid for this service only to be rudely told it us only a courtesy. This is unacceptable, and neither the bus driver nor customer service were able to remedy the problem or extend any form of empathy or understanding. 5 hours of lost work is a significant loss of revenue. I really think that people need to know what they're doing before purchasing a mega bus ticket but if you come with no expectations then it's a really good deal. No the seats aren't the best, no the Custer service isn't the best, yes it can get hectic, but you're paying between 5-50 dollars for a round trip ticket to NYC...if that's where you're going. Don't plan on the wifi, in fact some don't have it. I've taken the megabus at least 30 times and I love it. You can't beat the price. Yes sometimes buses break down, that happens, but if you want something a little faster and reliable then take the train. This can be a great experience just don't expect to get in a rolls Royce and expect amazing service. You get a cheap and mostly reliable transport to another city. read more

I took the Megabus to NYC from Baltimore on 6/9/13 for a day trip. Never again. Getting there wasn't an issue, except we got there 40 minutes late. Whatever, I can deal. however, my travelmate and I ran into a bit of a pickle, and ended up getting to the bus one minute after it was scheduled to leave. 10:10 was the scheduled time to leave, we got there at 10:11, but the bus was still there. I was relieved, until I was told very rudely that we were late, so we wouldn't be getting on that bus, because we had to be there 15 minutes ahead of time in order to get on. I was confused, because no where on my ticket did it say that. So, they let stand-by on the bus, but not us. And we didn't get on the next one, either. Finally, they had room for 3 standby on the 12:40 bus, so me and my travelmate got on. As we were boarding, a woman ran up with a ticket for that bus. She was almost 10 minutes late. SHE WAS ALLOWED ON THE BUS. The ride home was freezing, as the AC was on the whole time. I didn't get home until almost 7am. Hey, if their policy is 15 minutes before in order to board, okay. That's a dumb policy, but if it IS their policy, they should put it in big frakking letters on the print outs. Waiting for almost 3 hours, not knowing for sure if you're even getting home that night, all because you were 1 minute late. Yeah, no. Screw Megabus. Never again. read more

My family and I rode the Baltimore megabus last year for our first trip to NYC. We weren't sure what to expect as there were so many mixed reviews, but we hoped for the best anyways. I have nothing but great things to say! Our bus arrived right on schedule, and left NYC on schedule as well. I slept most of the way to NYC, so it made the time go by a little bit faster. We also found that using the Megabus is much better than driving to NYC ourselves and having to pay all those tolls on the way! We've booked another adventure with Megabus to head down to NYC in December this year, I hope it's as great as the first trip! Some advice for first timers--Arrive early and bring snacks and drinks! I was skeptical for my trip today due to the other reviews but it wasn't bad AT ALL. Location: So hard to get an exact address into a GPS because it's really a "park and drive" so we had to put the intersection. Expect to be waiting outside in the cold because there's no shelter. Came about 45 minutes early and waited in the freezing cold. Yes a line formed but the bus is empty so you will have a seat. Bus was on time at 4:45. The bus ride was like like any other bus ride I been on. Simple and easy. FYI: The charger is located over your head in the outside seat. It was definitely worth 35 bucks!!! read more

Absolutely awful! AVOID this bus company at all costs unless you like to wait for 2 hours and not have a bus come. This is the second time having to deal with the disrespect and disorganization. I called this company 2 times and was told my bus was running 15-20 minutes late. An hour goes past so I called and was told the bus left, I asked to speak to a supervisor and guess what she hangs up on. I have the phone calls recorded because of treatment. The second supervisor did the same thing when I asked to speak to a manager. AVOID, AVOID AVOID at all costs! Unless you enjoy having headaches. I have to say this first. I don't like double-decker buses. The seats are smaller, going up and down stairs when the bus is moving is a nightmare and then there's that feeling of bus turbulence when the bus hits a bump or whatever. Ok, now that's out of the way, except for my feelings of the double-decker bus my review of Megabus is positive. Megabus has a very flexible schedule. A lot of buses running between Baltimore and NY at all times of the day and night and weekends. If you miss your bus then there is a $5 charge for changing buses but because they have a lot of buses it is a small price to pay for the convenience. Megabus leaves out of Whitemarsh so there is plenty of free parking for you car. The amenities are the same as other buses (Wifi, outlets, bathroom) but the prices for a bus trip can be considerably cheaper than the competitors so the amenities seem better. Sometimes they have normal buses instead of double-deckers but if they could just do something about that bus turbulence on the double-decker's then this would be a four star review. read more

I had a fine experience with Megabus. I would like to give them 4.5 stars, actually. It's only because we arrived in New York like 30 minutes late because the driver obeyed the speed limits on the NJ Turnpike perhaps a little too closely. That's it. That's my only gripe! I arrived at White Marsh and the bus was there with a line. I still got a window seat up top, but I didn't get the coveted front panoramic window seat. No big deal. Next time I'll just get there earlier. Bus left a little late and arrived late. Oh well. I allotted time for that sort of thing. You arrive on Seventh Ave in front of some shoe stores. The pickup location is kinda distant from the closest subway so be ready to walk. The ride home was flawless. I got the coveted seat up front. We left right on schedule and arrived on schedule. Someone mentioned crappy baggage handling. They handled my bag like an airline would, and space in the cargo area is limited so bags are stacked. I would say carry all fragile items with you on board if you are concerned. I had some bottles of beer though and they were fine. Someone mentioned surly staff. They seemed pleasant to me. About like any other bus driver. Someone mentioned uncomfortable seats. Yeah they are a bit small and I would equate them to an economy car's seats. But this is a discounted bus service so I don't expect amazing seats. They were just fine for four hours. Really, for $7 round trip you can't beat this. read more

Well our trip from NYC to DC took 6 hours instead of the aforementioned 4. THAT'S A BIG DIFFERENCE. IT'S 50% LONGER. First our bus was 45 minutes late arriving. Then we lost more time because our bus driver was CRAWLING (all cars and trucks on the road were passing us) while simultaneously swerving. Then we stopped at White Marsh for 45 minutes waiting for a "relief" driver (after they had told us it would only be 5 to 10 minutes wait). Boo on you, Megabus. It's BoltBus or Vamoose from now on. read more

Well how exciting is it to be on a bus? It isn't. You get what you pay for and it's a really good deal. We paid $27-ish, bought our tickets in advance online. We made the reservation easily, and you can either print out the confirmation or show it on your phone when you arrive. They say you should arrive at least 15 minutes prior, and I agree. We took a 25 minute cab ride making it on time (we woke up late!)...but barely made it. It was also the first ride from Baltimore to NY. Estimated 3 hours and 15 min long. Check in was easy and so was seating. You are allowed to take one luggage and it rides underneath the bus. Don't sit near the bathroom, or you'll smell like air freshener the entire time...its terrible. The ride was great until they stopped to switch drivers...that is when they dropped from 5 stars to 3. Who does that? And the driver took FOREVER to arrive, set us back another 20-25 minutes. When the bus was off, the air was off and it was warm inside. Aside from that, we had a smooth and cheap ride from 2 cities. I would ride again. But that was a bad break! read more

If I could give them negative stars I would!!!! I purchased tickets from Baltimore to Pennsylvania for the 2:30 PM bus. The information provided on the E-mail stated that there was a BUS STOP RELOCATION to WHITE MARSH PARK & RIDE. One hour later the bus had not arrived and so I called and inquired as to what was going on with the bus. The agent told me that the bus came and went and so I asked her where the drop off location was. To which she replied "White Marsh Park & Ride". Then she placed me hold and when she came back on the phone she told me "no it was JC penny parking lot". I asked her since they provided me misinformation (even she was confused) if my family members can be placed on another bus b/c they had a flight to catch the next day. To which she said no and so I asked to speak to supervisor. The supervisor was Peter employee ID # 5188088. Who proceeded to tell me to buy another ticket. When I asked to speak to his manager and that I should not have to pay for their error he hung up the phone on me. From all the bus services that travel between NYC and DC Megabus is the worst. Their pick up location in NYC is chaotic, improvised and the staff is extremely unorganized. We made the line and just before getting into the bus he puts a few of us to the side and let's advance a whole new line. When asking the guy if we were in the wrong line or bus he was just plainly rude ("just stay there!") instead if explaining what was going on. Yes, it's cheap and you can't expect much, but we're still paying customers! Whenever I can I prefer other alternatives to DC area. read more

Given that the bus stop is at a mall, it seems well suited for travelers leaving Baltimore communities for the destinations of NY and DC and other intermediate points like Richmond, Phila. and Harrisburg. However the bus stop is not so convenient location for tourists entering Baltimore, who may be better served by the Amtrak trains at Penn Station, or the Bolt. Nonetheless, I have landed here and used it as a point to meet local bus service and get picked up. The money saved with a reservation makes this alternative still useful enough to consider going a little out of my way. read more

Did a R/T from White Marsh - NYC for first time & the verdict? Super easy & very affordable. Headed up to NYC on Saturday morning, bus arrived & left on time. Seats are a tad small, but otherwise fine. There are working outlets to charge phone/personal electronics. Trip up was non-stop & arrived at drop off 20 minutes early. From NYC - Baltimore (White Marsh) pick up was on 34th St next to the Javits Convention Center & signs are posted on sidewalk for each destination city to stand in line. Other riders and bus operators are pretty helpful answering questions. Bus left on time. The trip back included 1 brief stop at rest area, driver stated he was picking up a passenger; however, saw him run into store. No clue if anyone was picked up, but not a big deal as stop was approximately 5 minutes. Plus, we arrived in Baltimore early. Tried the wifi & it was slow; streaming video sites are blocked for bandwidth reasons. FYI, there was a taxi waiting at the White Marsh park & ride. No idea how quickly a second taxi arrives after a person snags the only one. read more

My daughter took the Megabus from White Marsh Park N Rick on Oct 19, the 6pm bus didn't depart until 6:30pm. Sigh! She returned on Sunday, Oct 21 on the 11p bus. The bus didn't depart NYC until 11:30p and stopped 5 times before getting onto the NJ turnpike because exits were closed and the bus driver had trouble following the re-route. The bus driver NEVER informed passengers what was going on. My daughter overheard the conversation after the 3rd time the bus driver pulled over. He was asked in a non-conferential way, "why are we pulled over?" He replied in a very irate and rude manner and told the passenger "if you don't like it, get off the bus". After several words between the 2, the bus driver threatened to called the police. The 11pm bus was supposed to return to the White Marsh Park N Ride by 2:20 am, they pulled in @ 3:40am. Unfriggin believable, I am getting ready to call Megabus to see about this poor service and find out what they plan to do about this very, very poor service and bus driver. Never again! I travel often and want people everywhere to know that with as many options that there are for transportation, from City to city , Megabus is the absolute worst choice you could ever make for several reasons . 1. They are unethical : I booked my ticket on line on the way from DC to NYC as it was important I got on a bus to NYC ASAP. I travel quite often and book tickets all the time and am 100 percent positive I put DC -NYC . I arrived and had to run to make my bus and was shocked when the agent told me My ticket was invalid . " Megabus somehow put NYC to DC and refused to give me a refund even though it was their fault and forced me to purchase a brand new ticket. The bus was going to leave so I had no choice where the customer service rep refused to do anything about" their "error . I waited until I boarded the bus to call & speak to a manager and it was like pulling teeth to get the customer service rep to let me speak to a manager at which time I finally spoke to a "Jerold" who refused to give me his last name ( keep in mind he was a manager !) , After rudely speaking down to me refusing to refund my ticket (even tho it was "their "mistake , reneging on offering to count it to a future ticket purchase ( not kidding ) , he then hung up one me ! I want everyone To know twice when I used Peter Pan and greyhound, and "I" requested a change ( completely my doing and last minute ) , not only did they happily do it , but didn't even charge me a "change" fee! Then if it couldn't get any worst , yep .. it did ! There was no AC on a 90 degree day ), no outlets except for a few scattered throughout the bus (Ok I guess if you don't mind your $1000 I phone getting stolen , , no basics like cup holders , trays , basics I find on every single bus out there ( I travel to NY a lot ) . And of course we can't end without saying anything about the incompetence of all the workers i affiliated with the bus including driver , ticket taker and another associate, and how they all follow their "superior's " footsteps and were all just as extremely rude as the so called " manager" in customer service and of course that rep as well were! Bottom line , with all the choices out there ,ALL of the competition are cheaper and have all the amenities they promise .... are polite , and don't steal your Money by charging double and refusing to refund their mistake or who knows probably it's an intentional way of stealing your Money . DO NOT TAKE MEGA BUS ! They are corrupt , rude, liars ( about the amenities) and I forgot to mention how Run down the bus I was on and how everyone was fearing for their life listening to the brakes squeal and feeling the shaking as if the bus was ready to fall apart any moment . We read the reviews and adjusted our expectations. Morning bus arrived ten minutes late, and left at 748 instead of 720, however boarding was swift, power outlet and wifi worked. Overall a quiet smooth trip to NYC. We returned the same day... Bus boarded ten minutes prior to departure, and left on time. Smooth trip, wifi and AC working. The air conditioning was blasting freezing air the entire ride. Everyone was bundled up and the bus driver didn't know how to fix it. It was horrible. Make sure you bring a jacket!!!!! Also the wifi didn't work. read more

On their website, I purchased a "guaranteed socially distanced seat." They sold the seat next to me last minute, and said, "We're not doing that anymore." Their website still advertises these seats will be empty, and the seat they sold has a big circle with a cross through it on it. read more

It's Megabus, go in with low expectations and you will be pleasantly surprised. I rode to NYC from baltimore in the morning and from NYC to baltimore in the evening. Both rides departed about 15 minutes late and arrived 15 minutes late, no big deal considering we weren't in a rush. My friend and I sat on the top floor and we did notice the bus rocking back and forth on the highway. But, the charging ports were perfect and the wifi worked for basic internet usage. For the price you pay, which was incredibly low for us even when we booked less than a week out, you can't argue with the company. I would definitely recommend Megabus because of their AMAZINGLY LOW PRICES. Go in with low expectations, expect minor delays and maybe 1 or 2 rude employees, but they get you to and from. read more

Do not take MegaBus if you ever plan too. I paid extra money to catch the earlier bus from NYC to Washington DC. The bus is late for more than an hour and when it drives half way, the driver just told us he been driving for 10 hours, he s not gonna drive no more and we should wait for another bus to come to pick us up. Another bus came to pick us up 20 mins later, it was full, half of us have to wait for undefined time (cause nobody knows when will next bus coming) and now i'm waiting in cold in the middle of the night in Baltimore park and ride. Terrible experience. I took other bus, they are fast, on time, free bottle of water and don't stop in the middle of the ride. read more

Horrible service VERY unprofessional and money have been stolen that they won't refund back! I paid over $150 in two days while they allowed random passengers to get on the bus for a $5 fee ! My bus ride was SIX HOURS long when it was only suppose to be THREE! NEVER AGAIN ! The customer service is the WORST! Big Scam! Don't waste your money apparently it's cheaper to just wait in line and give the driver $5 to ride ! IM VERY UPSET & TIRED! I hate to go give 1 star! read more

Update: 4 stars to 3 These busses are bouncy as f**. It's seriously becoming a problem. Can't focus on reading or doing work; my laptop gets airborne from my lap every 20 seconds. Bus is rickety as I don't know what. Writing this from the bus. Baltimore to Boston and Back. Honestly nothing is terribly wrong. Buses have been on time both ways. Drivers are pleasant minus this lady driver who kept bullying people on the road by not letting them cut in front of her - - AT ALL. (This was kind of sad and scary) My biggest complaint, and thus fair warning to all, is that these busses are suuuuuuper sensitive to road conditions (bumps, dips, potholes etc..) there were a few times where I almost got projected out of my seat due to bumps and dips so make sure you wear your seatbelt. read more
