My greyhound bus got delayed ELEVEN HOURS. I was already at union station. I went to the Peter Pan bus service station and was able to get on a bus just 10 minutes later than my original time. Worst travel experience of my life. I have ridden many buses over the years and nothing comes close to how bad my recent trip was with Peter Pan Bus Lines. Every seat in the bus felt like they were missing multiple screws. At every slight turn at every red light, me and my partner would jolt from our seats. I used Peter Pan Bus Service to travel to and from NY. The drivers were friendly, the ride was comfortable and I arrived safely at each destination. I am used to drivers usually placing luggage under the bus so I was somewhat surprised to see this was "self service." I did g have a problem grabbing my own bag just thought the drivers did it for you. I'm sure I will use the service in the future. read more

I purchased a Mega bus ticket and way for the bus for almost an hour and realized that it was a bit late to get the ball rolling on... I was going to the Peter Pan window and see Mega bus I was shocked when I saw this... I ask for a woman and she told me that I should go with the bus Peter P Long story... and Probably I had to pay to be able to travel with them .. after long long discussions with the people they accepted to let me in... Misunderstanding Mega was out of business... But the service is not bad This is my first I hope they will be able to get the job done all the time read more

December 26th, returning to White Marsh Maryland from New York City, 2:30 pm. Traveled many times on this route using Mega bus. This was the first time on Peter Pan. Maryland to NY on Monday 12/23 was great. Buses are much improved. However returning to Maryland was absolutely a horrible experience. Completely understand and appreciate a driver who keeps control of the overall environment and behavior of passengers. However when passengers are not allowed to talk is ludicrous. I taught public schools (elementary) for many years and would have definitely lost my job had I spoke to anyone like this driver spoke to us. If he heard a VERY normal level conversational voice he yelled at the passenger. One gentleman tried to have a phone conversation with someone who was I assume he was giving a time for pick up got addressed in a nasty and unpleasant manner by the driver. This gentleman was not speaking loudly or inappropriately in any way. He ended up needing to hang up his phone without completing his conversation because the driver kept telling him not to talk. I have had to pick up my children many times when returning from college from the bus and the thought that they would be made to hang up from a call that was necessary so that they wouldn't be dumped without a ride in the middle of a parking lot literally makes me sick to my stomach. My husband and I actually became fearful due to the actions of this bus driver. read more

Took Peter pan bus from nyc port authority to Baltimore greyhound. The bus left around the printed time of departure (give 10 minutes). Bus driver was friendly. Electrical sockets are available. Pull out food/ tablet tray behind seats. Seats were comfy and reclined. Pull down shade on bus windows. Free WiFi. Bathroom was decently sized for a bus bathroom. No water however to wash hands, only hand sanitizer. Foot suppport worked well. Tv's on board looked modern. read more

No issues to complain about! Was here last night briefly for a transfer bus to Silver Spring from New York's Port Authority. The bathroom was decent. The boarding was quick. The driver was safe and courteous. I'll consider using this bus service more often and recommend it to others! read more

Since I've experienced a multitude of issues with Greyhound Buses, Peter Pan has been my new mode of transportation for short/quick trips. They're pretty reliable, on time (for the most part, if delayed no more than 20 minutes or so) and buses are cleaner than most. The buses are well ventilated and charging ports are usually working, except on one or two occasion....still better than other bus companies. I can't comment on the restrooms because I've never used them, I just have a thing about bus restrooms. On the other hand, drivers are efficient, fast, safe, and polite--based on the experiences I've had. The main reason I prefer Peter Pan is their overall reliability in getting you to your destination on time and safely, not a bad option in my opinion. read more

The bus from Baltimore to NYC doesn't even have an AC! I could barely breathe in there. They deceive their customers; I will never use Peter Pan Bus Lines again. It was 90 degrees outside and they didn't even bother telling us that there was no AC. The bus driver only disclosed this when I asked. Avoid this company at all costs! read more

This company is not following COVID guidelines I took a trip from Baltimore to New York on the 6pm bus the bus was clearly over sold and crowded even the social distancing seats was occupied. The driver told some people that was trying to get on he had no more space and that started an big argument so he just let them on. All seats on the bus was occupied. We arrived to New York 15 mins late from that whole situation. But the Trip coming back was much better with empty seats and everyone had their own seat read more

I was booked on the 4pm bus from Baltimore to New York on Memorial Day. About 30 passengers were not able to leave on that trip because the trip was overbooked. We had to wait for 2 hours for another bus. Peter Pan clearly knew that this bus was overbooked and should have made provisions beforehand. It was a real inconvenience. There wasn't even any apology from their dispatcher at the Baltimore bus station. To make things worse, the promised bus did not make it at 5pm. The bus finally arrived at a little before 6pm and we left Baltimore at a little after 6pm. That's over 2 hours of delay. This is an inconvenience that was avoidable. You knew that the trip was overbooked. You should have made provisions in advance. read more

You need to train from the ticket sale's person to the drivers on how to give a better customer service. They are the worst ! They have no respect and absolutely rude ! Why do you even hire them if they have attitude towards to passengers ? Today one driver gave me an attitude because he locked the door from outside when we get to Baltimore and I needed to use the restroom, he was out there talking and I would of use the restroom by that time but he locked the door from outside and when he got back he said he had to leave and if I have to use the restroom that he will leave me there !?!?!? Honestly, I've never had bad experiences with them, except this time. They delayed my bus without an email notice. I was supposed to be on my way by 430pm from DC to New York on an EXPRESS BUS. They put us on the "5pm" bus with a stop in Baltimore... We get to Baltimore at 6:30pm. We finally take off, minutes later our bus breaks down at 7pm... waited for another bus to come. The bus finally came and only had a 16 person limit I'm pretty upset. Had to cancel plans & this 4 hour & 20 min trip is now turning into a 6 hr + trip. @ Peter Pan REFUND plz. read more

Their ticketing and boarding agents Sher and her college are superb, especially compared with the Greyhound personnel in the same location. Sher's male colleague tried to sell me a forthcoming ticket when I tried to resolve a ticketing issue with Greyhound. I still had hopes to resolve the issues with Greyhound when this was happening. After wasting quite a bit time, it became clear that neither the bus driver nor the ground folks did not care enough to help me to resolve the issue, I went back to Sher's male colleague to buy the ticket he had been trying to sell me. Unfortunately the ticket for that bus was no longer available, the male colleague agreed to sell me the later bus but would try to get me on the earlier bus if there were seats. The only issue was that he would get off duty. He handed the matter over to Sher and I shook hands with both. Sher was able to get me on the earlier bus but some lady showed up at the last minute, taking the last seat on record. After I went back in the station, Sher came in informing me that she found another seat. Finally I was able to get on the earlier bus after a long day. I really appreciate the professionalism of Sher and her male colleague. This is in sheer contrast with the Greyhound personnel at the same location. read more
