The driver was unable to do so because the traffic was not very light and just stayed close. I was already speeding to keep space between my car and the bus and the driver just sped up more. Not only that, but when I had to slow down due to traffic slowing down, the driver nearly hit my rear and honked and cursed at me, as if I had control over traffic. Quickly after, the driver switched lanes and switched back into my lane, nearly smashing my car into the construction railings and FLIPPED ME OFF WHILE DOING IT. I called the company to report the driver and snapped a picture of the back of the bus. They never apologized and have yet to call me back. This driver nearly killed me and caused an accident while driving recklessly, not to mention she was incredibly rude. While I have no used this bus service, I would still not recommend it based on this horrible experience. DO NOT USE THIS BUS SERVICE.

My bus at greyhound is delayed. I'm sitting here waiting and the people here are nice but the facility doesn't have open restrooms. Otherwise, I have no issue taking a bus when I'm traveling. Some people would take a uber and I do take Ubers and Lyfts sometimes but I can walk or take the bus I will. I like saving my money as much as I can. That means I'll have more spare time on my hands. So I proceeded to move past him. As I'm about mid bus, he purposefully swerved towards me, almost causing me to hit the barrier. I wish I had a dash cam. He should have his license revoked, and he should be charged with reckless endangerment.

When we finally got ahold of him, almost 10 full minutes AFTER our reservation was over (which I was only able to do after leaving the venue to call him), we agreed to extend our time (not that we had a choice at that point) for a total of $165. We were off the bus by 1:40am (for a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes extra time). The next day, the company had charged us $247 (for 1.5 hours), despite our agreement on the cost, and despite us only going over by 10 mins (again, not entirely by choice). When I reached out to the company and explained that we agreed to $165 (again, only bc we were left with no real option), they were completely unhelpful and threatened small claims court if I disputed the charge with my credit card company (LOL). I'm sure there are other reputable car companies in this area, I'd look elsewhere. This level of utter unprofessionalism over $82 is a joke. Update: "Entire charge" in this instance meant the $247 extra I was charged, rather than the $165 I had agreed to (which was explicitly clear in my texts where I say I am only taking issue with being charged an extra 30 minutes for what was only an extra 10 minutes after being FORCED to extend our time). You would have known that had you bothered to ~even attempt~ a professional resolution (eg, perhaps a single question or a hint of an apology) instead of being immediately hostile and asinine---the below excuse seems like a lame attempt at pretending your response wasn't totally unreasonable (which it was).
