We didn't get a chance to use them because Covid had shut the world down but I kept their number locked into my phone. Fast forward two years later and I had an emergency and Baron came to the rescue. At 9:45pm I got a call from my main bus company saying that one of their coaches broke down and they wouldn't have a third bus for a trip we were host the next morning. The first person I called was Claudine because she had given me her cell number two years earlier. I told her our problems and within 40 minutes she had a bus and a driver locked in for my trip Needless to say, this doesn't normaly happen so I was very thankful. The bus was clean, on time and the driver was very professional. They have a customer for life!

The products are no longer as consistent as they used to be, and I've noticed a significant drop in quality compared to what they offered in the past. It's disappointing to pay premium prices and receive products that don't meet the same standards. I used to recommend this place to friends, but I can't do that anymore. I really hope management listens to longtime customers and focuses on improving quality instead of just increasing prices.

The second driver then nearly caused two accidents and drove excessively over the speed limit. Both drivers were reckless and should be monitored by state troopers and fined. If anyone is ready this, and knows a few state troopers, because it's insane. Especially the way the driver went through the toll booth, he was driving at such a high rate of speed, I thought he was going to hit the toll booth. Insanely dangerous. For our return trip, the bus never even showed up. We are now forced to dispute the charges with our credit card company and are warning everyone we know to stay far away from this company. We travel to New York several times a year for business--usually by train--but decided to give this bus company a try. That was a huge mistake. I cannot believe how unprofessional they are. I wanted to switch things up for my bday and at my old age, sometimes you can get a little stuck trying to figure out how to keep things fresh. I was entertaining an outing with friends that required a bit of a drive and thought it might be fun to rent an classic limo - like one we had back in the day for prom. Very often when I go with friends to wineries or day trips, everyone gets the sprinter vans now and it's just a slightly different experience. So I did request a quote for businesses nearby that might be able to accomodate my group, only a week in advance. While I number of businesses reached back out to me with quotes, I quickly learned that fewer companies have these classic stretch limos in their fleet. Ballston not only got back to me quickly, but was also available to hop on a call first thing that morning. Because there was some transparency on rates after seeing a number of quotes, I felt confident that their quote was fair and felt good moving forward with locking it in after reviewing logistics. The day of my birthday, the driver arrived on time and was great throughout the 6 hours he was booked. (Three of those hours we were inside eating brunch but he also worked with us to extend our time when we asked if we could drop by one more place before heading back from Baltimore!)
