This location is horrible. I was there earlier today and waited 30 mins for shaved ice. They just keep telling us the shave ice isn't ready. When we asked to look into it further, they turnaround and I saw our shaved ice sitting there already half way melted. In addition, they got the order wrong. This place does not care for customer service so I suggest going somewhere else. read more

This location is inside a Rovera. It has a kiosks and is easy to self order and seat yourself.

I got the brown sugar milk tea with boba, it was pretty sweet, even though it was 50% sugar, but overall it was good.

Oh boy where do I start? The poster near the front desk said "Please try me" but I guess I should have read it as "TRY ME, BTCH" After we ordered from the kiosk, our order took 30 minutes with others' orders getting fulfilled when the place was completely empty. This was after we checked in twice about our order. Next, the serving was a bit small, but that's understandable. But my Hot soup order had SOUR taro/sweet potato balls, so they must have gone bad. The soup did not look appetizing either, as it was not uniform on the skim. Usually toppings would hang on the top, but it had very non-uniform skim patches that didn't seem normal. Once I returned this, I had to ask for a substitute. The service lady brought her manager, and she took my substitute of a chocolate (important) AND pistachio shaved ice with NO Sweet Potato and NO Taro balls. She assured me that it had neither (also important :^) FINALLY, when this order came out, there were Sweet Potato Balls and Taro Balls. I brought this up immediately, and the service lady said they were JUST made and left with a dismissive apology while walking away. But wait there's more! There was 0 chocolate! It was 100% Pistachio sauce, but then I was tired of trying to get things right. At least it came much quicker than the initial order, it was just problems one after another. Safe to say that the Irvine and the Industry locations are much better, so I'm staying away from this awkward half-assembled 99 Ranch, quarter Mama Lu's, quarter MeetFresh location and its unapologetic staff. 5/5 Stars. I visited the new Meet Fresh location in Tustin on Friday September 6, during their soft opening. I was so excited that this new location opened, since I find dealing with the diamond jamboree parking to be a bit of a pain. The Tustin location has plenty of parking. The staff was attentive and eager. There were about 5-6 tables in the foyer outside of Mama Lu's/the grocery store. Luckily it was pretty empty when we arrived so we had no problem finding seating. We ordered 2 items, the icy grass jelly signature and the mangoberry milk shaved ice. The icy grass jelly signature was DELICIOUS! The taro mochi balls were a perfect chewy consistency. The creamer on top a nice touch. A perfect dessert on a hot night. Unfortunately the mangoberry milk shaved ice was very disappointing, thus the 1 star deduction. The flavor itself was good, the presentation was beautiful, but the ice was a hard block. I had to use my plastic spoon to chip at the ice but I still couldn't eat it. I heard the table next to us doing the same. What a waste of $15. Not sure if it was just an off night, since the staff is still training. I expected more of a snow consistency but it seemed like the ice was roughly shaved then froze back together. I only write this as a recommendation to improve this dessert. I will definitely be back to this location but will stick to the signature desserts, unless they can improve the shaved ice. I wish this new business much success. read more

Went here for their 50% off milk teas (usually I go to the diamond jamboree location), They gave us the milk teas in a solid white cup instead of clear, which was suspicious. I ordered a milk tea with pudding which just tasted like sugar water, my mother got a black sugar boba milk tea, which she claims her boba tasted sour. We immediately threw our drinks away, and I had an upset stomach. Went to the diamond jamboree location, ordered the same drinks, no sourness, no water down milk teas, absolutely perfect. read more

It's good the drink and food I personally don't like and when I do order food it takes so long. I order one drink and I'll be waiting for 30 minutes . One time I ordered something and I was waiting for and hour! Just for mochi! The only thing good is the mango and strawberry shaved ice and it's seasonal!
