If I could give this place negative start, I would!! The Customer service is really bad. The tall girl is so rude and taking the order with her bad attitude and gave me a wrong drink. I always order a same drink all the time at meet fresh. I literally go to this place every other day at Mesa location. It is Jin Xuan Oolong milk tea that I order all the time. I was around this area at that time, so, I wanted to gave it a try at this meet fresh location. I ordered the same drink as usual. The tall girl handed me my drink and it was a wrong drink. I told her it is not what I ordered and she gave me an attitude saying that it is what I ordered. I told her that I been order the same drink every other day at another location. There is no way that I don't know what I want! She tried to make me admit that it is my fault till the other worker came to talk to me. I told them that I could buy another drink if they are going to remake me the one I wanted but the other girl said it is ok and she remade me the drink I wanted. I don't know what's wrong with that tall girl maybe she just has a bad day at that time. read more

Been here three times since opening I think, loved the signature grass jelly I got the first time and wasn't so impressed with the other signature taro one... had the boba milk tea from this place and it was pretty good with half sugar no ice. At a lot of boba places if you ask for no ice they'd probably fill the cup with 75% full but this place would give you 100% full which is awesome!! Will be back again soon since it's only a 10min drive for me! read more

Came here for the first time and tried their shave ice dessert Forgot what number I ordered but their ice was not smooth, it still had chunks of ice. Some were hard to bite! Flavor wasn't there, it was pretty much blend. The store was nice and clean but they need to work on their customer service! The guy who took my order didn't greet us or asked if I had any questions on their menu. I don't think I will be back. read more

I do enjoy their desserts there but the cashiers don't always get the order right. This last time I went, they ran my credit card twice so duplicate charged me. They assured me it only went through once. They really need to train their staff better. But I see the charge come through twice on my statement. Exact same amount and exact same date. Really so so for that price. Two times I went they were out of almond soup. First time order hot red bean soup. It wasn't even hot, and the mochi and taro were too hard to even eat. New and clean store with lots of seating, employees neatly dressed and fast, nice packaging, and the milk teas are great. But if you have never had taro paste, taro balls, etc, maybe pass. They're just not good. There were also blue-painter's-taped-handwritten messages on half of the menu, owing to their partially-opened status, I guess. Furthering the issue, the employees I interacted with were unable to answer basic questions in English. So just get some milk teas (with or without boba) and go elsewhere for a dessert fix. read more

I came here on the first day of their soft opening because I happened to see their post earlier in the day. I've been trying to follow the status of their opening for months, but there wasn't much info, and then all of a sudden I saw the announcement they were finally open! We got there after work on that Friday and it was pretty busy. We were in line for about 45 min before we got to place our order. I got the Icy Taro Ball Signature - B, which had taro balls, shaved ice, taro, red beans, boba, and potaro balls. My dessert had a lot of shaved ice, but it melted a bit and refroze, so I had to chip away at it and break it up. The shaved ice acted more as a filler and i would have preferred less ice and more of another topping instead. The taro balls were very chewy, but I would have preferred them to be smaller. The taro itself was really sweet, almost too sweet, and i wish those were smaller as well. The portion of the whole dessert was more substantial than I expected. My friends customized their dessert and it looked way more appetizing than mine, and seemed to have less shaved ice. I would come back but I would try something else. read more

We've been to many other Meet Fresh in Ca locations. I'm happy they finally open one here in Az. However It is just not as good as the other locations. Not sure why? Since is a franchise so it should be just as good in taste. The decor is very basic compared to others as well. They could use some cleaning of the tables and water stations. ( like other stores) Last few time we we went, we didn't get even a smile when we order from the counter. When ask some questions, they seems so irritated by us. Hope it gets better. read more

Love this place!!! Each dessert is so unique and balanced perfectly. My husband and I came in and tried two of their desserts - grass jelly and shaved ice. The girls working had such good energy and were very kind and helpful! Highly recommend. Will be back to try more! read more

The desserts here are legit. Can't get this anywhere else in town. Reminiscent of desserts from home. 5 stars all day!!!

Stopped in for a boba here the other day. Ordered my jasmine tea with lychee jelly! Pretty good, however seemed to lack some Lychee Jelly ( it was there but maybe like 1/4 cup). Slightly disappointing however all the girls inside were super sweet and nice - very friendly. Very refreshing, their jasmine tea is very strong here. I want to give this a negative one star for the girl refusing to take our order because it was 40 minutes before closing. I love the Vegas location so I was so happy to see this here in AZ. My family of 8 walked in 9:20pm after dinner on a Friday night. We got up to the counter and I asked the girl behind the counter about something on the menu that said "Almond A". She said, I kid you not, "No". I thought she misunderstood so I said again I saw something about almond. She then said, "Almond soup. We are out." Okaaay... I then told my sister to order first as I looked for something else. As my sister ordered, the girl snapped "Wait." then proceeded to do other stuff. Okay again. Maybe she's having a bad day. I get it, it gets busy and sometimes people get flustered and stressed. I grew up in the restaurant business so a worker having an occasional bad day is no biggie. But when she approached us again and my sister tried to place her order again, the only thing she said to us was, "Your order is going to take 40 minutes." I'm like, what? I was confused so I asked, "So can we order?" She then said again bluntly, "It's going to take 40 minutes." And she glared at us with a "get the hell out cuz I don't want to work..." look. I was still going to order but the rest of my family was so uncomfortable they wanted to leave. So that was FOUR times that girl was rude to us. That's not having a moment... that's deliberately rude and telling us to leave. So I went to get my mom who just sat down and said we were leaving. She looked bummed because we love the desserts from the Meet Fresh in Vegas... and she looked comfy and didn't want to get up. But heeeell no, I wasn't going to sit through that woman's attitude. Again, I get people have bad days. But she was rude to us EVERY time she spoke to us and basically told us she didn't want to serve us 40 minutes before they close. I got into my car and sat outside to see how long orders would take. At 9:35, all but 2 tables cleared out and there was not a single person waiting. So 15 minutes was the wait time, not 40. Buy lazy, lying, grouch girl didn't want to serve us. We went down the street to Dulce Churro Cafe and ordered 3 churro desserts and 3 drinks for under $30. Thank you grouch girl for saving us a ton of money cuz the average dessert here was $8-11. I would have paid it. But not for your attitude. read more

Their drinks were decent but we waited for fifteen minutes just to order with three people ahead of us. Then we had to wait another fifteen for two drinks. Also it's been about a month since their opening, but a third of their drink menu is still unavailable. read more
